Grecia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Creta

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Hotel confortevole e ben posizionato. Le camere sono piccole ma ben attrezzate, tutto era buono, ma la connessione wifi ha deluso il posto. La colazione era un punto culminante. Ottima selezione di cibo di qualità. Il personale era capace e accogliente

The Cretan cuisine was outstanding, and the service was attentive and professional. There’s something for every palate, and I never had a meal that wasn’t top-notch. The resort’s amenities are equally impressive, with a spa that provides indulgent treatments, a well-equipped fitness center, and multiple pools perfect for lounging. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions. Overall, The Royal Senses Hotel is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Cretan hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Crete. L'appartamento Stella Paradise by Checkin è molto convenientemente situato a Hersonissos - la spiaggia principale è a soli 5 minuti a piedi intorno ad un angolo, a 10 minuti a piedi di piacevole per la promenade della città con ristoranti e bar, e non più di 20 minuti a piedi lungo la linea costiera di hotel, ristoranti e piccole spiagge di pebble fino alla spiaggia di sabbia più vicina di Sarandari. Gli appartamenti stessi sono piuttosto di bilancio, ma allo stesso tempo è molto confortevole opzione di alloggio per i viaggiatori che apprezzano la combinazione ottimale di prezzo e qualità. La nostra camera era costituita da una piccola camera da letto, una camera da letto con un divano e una piccola cucina dotata di un forno, un frigo e una caldaia. Per coloro che preferiscono cucinare durante il viaggio, c'è un minimo di cucina necessaria, ma abbiamo ordinato colazione, coperta da Stella stessa, il proprietario degli appartamenti. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Stella per il suo aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Ha raccomandato meravigliosi ristoranti e spiagge, ha ordinato taxi e tavolo nel ristorante e ha risolto tutti i problemi minori che abbiamo avuto, La struttura è stata molto facile e la nostra stanza è molto confortevole. E un grande vantaggio è stato la presenza di una terrazza dove si poteva asciugare i vestiti da bagno dopo la spiaggia e bere un bicchiere di vino la sera.

L'hotel è abbastanza pulito e moderno. Abbiamo trovato i letti molto comodi e la posizione dell'hotel era abbastanza comoda vicino alla città vecchia e alle aree portuali. Le camere sono ben arredate con un paio di sedie, una zona lavoro, una postazione per caffè/tè, una grande TV e un ampio bagno. C'erano abbastanza prese in giro per la stanza e molti interruttori con le impostazioni della luce per farlo bene. Abbiamo apprezzato il balcone e la vista all'esterno, ma ogni sera c'erano alcune macchine che passavano con musica ad alto volume. L'unica lamentela significativa che abbiamo avuto è stata che la doccia del bagno perdeva molto facilmente nelle nostre camere e bagnava il pavimento vicino al bagno. La colazione in hotel era abbastanza buona con una varietà di cibi cretesi come formaggio e pasticcini. C'erano uova strapazzate fresche e anche un'ottima salsiccia disponibile. La colazione comprendeva anche una grande varietà di frutta conservata che si abbinava bene allo yogurt greco e comprendeva arance, ciliegie, uva e fichi. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che l'hotel disponesse di un parcheggio economico nelle vicinanze del Central Parking, che costava 7 euro al giorno con privilegi illimitati di entrata e uscita a patto che ricevessimo un timbro all'ingresso. L'hotel aveva anche un ristorante che offriva il servizio in camera e c'era un caffè popolare proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Questo hotel è stato una buona base per esplorare Creta con una posizione comoda vicino all'aeroporto e il prezzo era molto onesto per noi.

Bel luogo e pulito

Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center. I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip! The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

We loved absolutely everything about the Batis Aero. Seafront location about a kilometre from old town - an easy walk along the promenade in the sunshine. The room was lovely with a side sea view, super comfy bed, loads of room, fantastic shower. The hotel facilities were great, the outdoor pool was sparkling clean with comfy beds. The beach across the road was fabulous, again with comfy sunbeds and with the ability to order drinks and food. The sun terrace on the roof was amazing with lovely views of the bay and a great place to relax. Breakfast was literally out of this world. A basket of bread and pastries with a platter of cheese, meat, salad and greek cheese and spinach pie to start, freshly squeezed orange juice and choice to tea or coffee. Then a choice from the menu of eggs, omelette, pancakes, yogurt and granola, fruits, salad - all freshly cooked or prepared and all absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel with the loveliest staff you could meet.

Oggi sono tornato a casa dopo aver passato una settimana straordinaria in questo hotel a famiglia, e posso dirvi che è stata una delle migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto, piena di persone carine e di grandi condizioni meteorologiche greche. L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato, si dispone di molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. Lidl è a piedi solo 5-7 min. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel c'era un grande negozio di caffè- Muoversi. Il centro di Chania si trova vicino all'hotel, con una fermata di autobus che vi porterà a una bella passeggiata e a una deliziosa cena. Ogni giorno le ragazze si assicuravano che la nostra stanza fosse pulita e che abbiamo nuovi asciugamani, e facevano composizione piuttosto impressionante da fiori e asciugamani 😁 Il manager dell'hotel era estremamente amichevole e sempre affrontato in modo efficace le richieste che avevamo .La colazione era deliziosa e il nostro soggiorno era estremamente piacevole. Visitare questo hotel per sentire l'ospitalità greca sorprendente.
