Truly amazing place to stay in Hyderabad. The staff was absolutely amazing :) we can’t thank them enough for making our stay memorable and super comfortable - from the delicious breakfast, to spa, and the reception team.

The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

Personalmente vorrei ringraziare l'***ager, il personale e l'onorevole Azam frm il f&b per aver assicurato che io abbia ricevuto il miglior trattamento possibile. Sono rimasto per 6 notti e non mi hanno impressionato con la loro eccellente cura e servizi da parte della reception, la custodia, la F&B, la cena in camera e la porta principale e tutte le richieste sono state soddisfatte rapidamente. Devo dire che sono stati ben addestrato e che ciascuno di loro è davvero notevole. Ben meritato raccomandazione e sarò solo a Vivanta la prossima volta. Grazie.

A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!
