We stayed on the top floor of the hotel. Our room was spacious and provided amazing views of the snow capped mountains from the windows on the two sides of the room. All the Staff were very courteous and super responsive and helpful. We had opted for Breakfast and Dinner. The hotel serves vegetarian food primarily and the food was served fresh and was very tasty too. The location of the hotel is a plus as you can just get down and walk around the town without any dependency on your driver or taxis. The market and good restaurants like the Mountain Cafe are just a 1-2 minute walk away.

Ha avuto una splendida esperienza! 💯 tiro fuori per il signor Tshewang per il suo eccellente servizio. Molto raccomandato. La stanza è pulita, il check-in è stato pulito e il cibo era 💯. Sì il cibo è 💯✅ Hanno una piscina calda e un bel giardino. Finora il miglior hotel durante il mio soggiorno in Bhutan

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The food was fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the iconic all the local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the quiet setting offered a peaceful retreat from the lively energy. Highly recommended for an exceptional experience!

One of best and most comfortable stays. It was completely worth every penny. The host was responsive and helpful even before we entered Bhutan by informing us the rules and requirements of a driver and guide. The check in was quick and easy. We were welcomed with a welcome drink which was much needed as it was a cold day. The chef(Mr Icha Ram Adhikari ) and the other staff ( Aita Maya) were kind and helpful. The food was amazing and the chef even made pancakes for us on our check out day. Everything was well organised, room was spacious and clean , all amenities were provided and everything was functional. The lodge is fairly close to both the tiger nest( must visit in Bhutan) and the paro market( amazing for shopping and eateries). We ended up extending our stay by a day and would recommended this place to everyone.

Probabilmente è l’hotel migliore in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel tour del Bhutan, soprattutto per il livello del servizio e per la cena e la colazione a buffet. Difficilmente otterrebbe più di 2 o 3 pallini se fosse ad esempio in Nepal, ma per il Bhutan credo si meriti i quattro pallini. in ogni caso le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, ben riscaldate ed anche il bagno è riscaldato e con l’acqua calda. Hanno anche organizzato per noi, attraverso l’agenzia una serata con le danze locali, ben organizzata e piacevole. Qualche problema per mia moglie celiaca… pur avendoli avvisati in tutti modi… si erano dimenticati della sua allergia. In ogni caso decisamente migliore e più confortevole rispetto alla media del paese. Non è a Paro, per spostarvi avete comunque bisogno dell’auto.

Wonderful luxury hotel close to the airport, great to end the trip. It has everything you expect from a luxury stay. Great staff, great service and we had a one bedroom villa which was large and private. Our butler Karma was excellent. This is our first experience with COMO hotels and we look forward to trying their other properties. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was good. The spa and indoor swimming pool were beautiful. The grounds were private and beautifully manicured with the friendly local dogs that come to visit daily. This was the first luxury category resort in Bhutan (read “oldest”). As some of the reviewers have noted, it is a bit “tired” and could do with a refresh. But it didn’t take away from the wonderful stay and staff.
