Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Hyōgo

Il migliore del migliore, posizione (5 minuti dalla stazione di Kobe, treni locali all'hotel, cortina e giardini di erba, ecc.). Miglior servizio al check-in, migliore cibo, migliore camera. Non ci sono parole per esprimere la mia felicità durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel.

This place is awesome!! I can feel that a lot of thought has been put in when they came up with services/things the hotel guests might like to have eg extensively long hrs for public bath, free ramen for supper, free icecream after bath, free yakult kinda drink for morning, massage chair, manga comic books to read, free dessert and water in fridge in room ….and the hotel is close to merikan park as well as train station! Absolutely loved my stay!

Una delle migliori esperienze della mia vita. La vista dalle finestre è incredibile. Il pranzo di Kaiseki era fantastico (necessita di prenotazione in anticipo). Un'amica moderna, ma reale. Il personale è estremamente amabile e utile. L'unico problema è la cattiva condizione del bagno privato, ma niente di critico.

I had a wonderful **3-night stay** at Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe. The location is beautiful, with relaxing seaside views and a stunning look at the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

Piscina, attività, stanza, caldo, attività, ristorante, supporto del personale.Tutti super alti. La stanza è molto grande e pulita, anche i pannolini sono comodi. Il cibo è un po'congestionato, ma la soddisfazione è più alta di quella che si afferma di essere un hotel completo. E'meraviglioso che ci siano considerazioni ovunque, in modo che la famiglia con i bambini non porti disturbi.

In assoluto il miglior soggiorno finora nei miei 15 giorni in Giappone e il servizio è davvero impeccabile. Sono stato in Giappone in diversi viaggi da solo e questo è senza dubbio uno degli hotel più memorabili. Il personale è davvero gentile e la vista dalla camera è incredibile. La camera in cui mi hanno fatto l'upgrade parla da sola: un bagno bellissimo e servizi davvero ottimi. Sebbene l'hotel sia situato fuori dalla terraferma, è disponibile un servizio ferroviario portuale e anche un servizio navetta gratuito per due delle principali stazioni nell'area di Kobe. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

The service of the staff is superb and way beyond expectation.  I noticed that the yugata for my wife is men’s size and my slipper is women’s size. I hope they can be more prepared on the suitable sizes to be available for guest. The only thing I don't really like is the toilet room inside the Japanese style room. The wall paper has lots of stain spot, smelly and it is not quite comfortable to stay even for a short while to do your thing when you have a need.

First time staying at a Dormy hotel inn and super impressed with the level of hospitality for the price! 1. Public onsen and sauna are available on the top floor. Gender segregated with both indoor and outdoor (rotenburo) sections and the usual amenities. Only the sauna is closed overnight, the onsen remains open. Washing machine and dryer are available on 12F too. The washing machine is free, the dryer is not. 2. Free refreshment once you're done with your onsen. Ice cream at night and probiotic drink in the morning. 3. Free serving of ramen (yonakisoba) at night from 21:30-23:00. Head over to the restaurant at 2F. 4. Breakfast buffet is available and it was honestly quite decent for the price. Would stay at Dormy again if I return to Japan 😊

it was a nice stay but the room was quite old. the reason i stayed in this hotel was because the gym but apparently not everyone can use it and i think this is something that should be told prior of booking.

We were met by an aloof and rude receptionist whose name has a 带 among other characters.  She said check-in starts only at 3pm and obviously I don’t understand her as we were not Japanese. She pointed to the sign in Japanese. That said, her elderly  colleague was amicable and a darling. He was polite and professional.  The rooms were spacious and the complimentary Ume tea was delightful. There is a breakfast and Kaiseki dinner was delicious. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor Onsen.
