"La camera era pulita, silenziosa e dotata di ottime tende oscuranti che hanno garantito un buon sonno. Anche la posizione è molto comoda. Tuttavia, i servizi erano piuttosto essenziali: non erano disponibili caffè, lozione per il corpo o articoli simili. L'aria condizionata emanava un odore sgradevole quando era accesa, il che suggerisce che il filtro necessiti di pulizia. Sebbene il soggiorno sia stato complessivamente piacevole, il prezzo di oltre 200 € a notte è sembrato eccessivo considerando la semplicità dell'alloggio, nonostante fosse un fine settimana di alta stagione. Ideale se cercate qualcosa di semplice e pulito, ma non di lusso."

Location is extremely convenient, approx 3-5mins walk from the Graz main station. Good if you have many belongings or luggages
Service was average - hotel staff told us to wait 10mins before she could check us in due to them filming a tiktok video. But it took a total of 30mins wait - I believe that could be improved as it was already 20mins past checkin time
The room was overall clean but the layout of the toilet can be improved. Water could easily leak and flow out of the bathroom even door there's a door
Food was not bad, selection was apt and service staff were quick to clear plates

The location is perfect. Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better. And you have to order room service one day before, otherwise room service will not come.

I really loved the hotel. Amazing location, you can take a bus or walk to all places you need. There are lots of supermarkets around and you can buy food. My room was clean , new and really comfortable. WiFi was working perfectly. Breakfasts are good.
The front desk was working fine! All workers were helpful, kind and friendly.
I will definitely stay again next time. Highly recommend!

独行客-客L'hotel è situato intorno alla stazione principale, nonché nei servizi di trasporto pubblico locale e regionale. Ci sono molti ristoranti e pochi supermercati nelle vicinanze. La città antica può essere facilmente raggiunta a piedi o per tram. La mia camera d'albergo è molto pulita e tranquilla. 5-star da me, molto raccomandato.

Very nice location. Our room was facing the main road but there are no noises coming in. The noise camcellation is good!
The room is spacious and classy!
The parking is easy and it ia 15 Euros per night.
We had some issues with heating in our room and the staff gave us more blankets, but in the end the room wasn't as cold as we thought. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Frühstück sehr gut. Personal im allgemeinen auch sehr gut, bis yu einer Frau am letyten Tag, eine Asistin, unfreundlich.
Ich bewundere mich, warum es um kurz nach 10.00 heute, d.h. am letzten Tag, noch nicht 12.00 Uhr, wo man noch kein check out macht und Koffer usw.
runter holen muss, ist das Zimmer gleich gesperrt. Ich konnte nicht ins Zimmer rein. Ich glaube, das hat die Frau gemacht, denn bei meinem
deutschen Kollegen war es nicht passiert.
Sonst andere personalien sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Einrichtung im Zimmer im Stxle der 70er ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände im Zimmer die nicht verpachtet ist und Risse gat, soll glaub ich so sein. Wird sicher Vielen so gefallen, meines war es nicht. Schon gar nicht bei einem Grand Hotel.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

旧市街に近い場所でスーパーもすぐ近くに3軒もありました！バジェットホテルなので最低限のものだけが備わってますが、スタッフの方も親切で泊まって良かったです！グラーツにまた来る時にはここに泊まりたいです！
