I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

La struttura è molto attraente, il centro commerciale è vicino a shopping e ristoranti, è pulito, il personale è amichevole, la camera è grande e tutto è fatto per un buon soggiorno.

Lo spazio della stanza è relativamente piccolo, la disposizione è ragionevole e la posizione è eccellente. Puoi andare al grande centro commerciale di Boston dal secondo piano. L'hotel fornisce 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale gratuitamente ogni giorno. L'unico rammarico è che l'hotel non offre la colazione gratuita.

Aveva una bella esperienza, ci siamo andati a fare un piccolo weekend prima che arrivasse il nostro primo bambino, prima ci hanno dato un complimento per la nostra stanza, il mio miele e il nostro amico hanno goduto delle bevande al bar e hanno servito le loro bevande in tempo. Il pranzo la mattina dopo, il cibo era delizioso e portato direttamente nella nostra stanza per noi. Check-in e check-out è stato così facile con i più gentili assistenti del desk front. Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

La posizione geografica è generalmente buona e la salute è buona.Siamo li' per fare la scelta.Se si tratta di viaggi, è più difficile, perché il viaggio alla città richiede trenta dollari e l'Università di Harvard richiede trenta dollari. La reception ci vede troppo stanchi. Ci facciamo stare in anticipo. La reception ha caffè al mattino e frutta e acqua di ghiaccio possono essere bevute gratuitamente. È facile andare in metropolitana, andare a Cambridge a MIT, andare al centro della città e andare al parco di Boston per la libertà. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's very close to Logan Airport, with a drive of less than 30 minutes. The hotel also offers a good range of amenities, including complimentary breakfast, a free self-service laundry room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, which added a lot of value to our stay. That said, there were two things that I found disappointing. First, the free airport shuttle only runs during specific hours: 3:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. If your flight arrives or departs between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., you'll need to arrange your own transportation. Second, while breakfast is included, it is only available until 9:30 a.m., even though the front desk told us it would be served until 10:00 a.m. The staff closes the breakfast area promptly at 9:30, so I would recommend arriving before 9:00 a.m. Also, since breakfast is self-service and guests are responsible for clearing their own tables, some tables were not very clean and still had crumbs left behind by previous guests. Overall, the location and amenities are great, but these two issues took away from the experience and would influence my decision on whether to stay here again.
