Hotel con colazione a Luang Prabang

This was my first time staying at this hotel (chosen because it is top-rated), but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience for me as a business traveller. Apart from the central location, the stay did not meet my expectations. I booked a double-bed room and requested the second floor with a temple view. The staff informed me that the second floor was fully booked, and even the double-bed rooms were unavailable, so they gave me a twin room (no. 3) and pushed the beds together. The only good part was that the room still had a partial temple view from the window. The room itself was beautifully decorated, but there were no basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, razor, or comb unless requested at reception. I returned to the hotel close to midnight after a long day, only to find the reception closed, no staff available, and no information on how to contact anyone. There was also no in-room phone. I had to walk barefoot on the cold hard floor, could not brush my teeth, and could not request an iron to prepare for my meeting the next morning. In the morning, staff were still not present at 6:00 AM when I needed toiletries. When they finally arrived, I overheard the housekeeper saying they had run out of stock and that I should “go buy it outside,” which made me feel quite unwelcome as a guest paying a high room rate. The receptionist then repeated the same message without offering any guidance on where to buy items. Additionally, while the hotel claims to reduce single-use amenities for environmental reasons, they still provide drinking water in plastic bottles instead of glass — something that should be improved. I would like to compliment the staff member on duty on the morning of the 12th Nov 2025 at around 6:00 AM. I wanted to prepare food for almsgiving, and he kindly gave me helpful advice. He even went to ask a nearby vendor to bring the items I needed so that I could receive the service conveniently. I truly appreciate his assistance and excellent service. Overall, the lack of essential amenities, poor service availability, and unprofessional attitude made my stay uncomfortable. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Although we initially had a duplicate booking issue, the front desk (Renin) and reservations team handled it promptly and professionally. They were attentive, responsive, and fluent in Thai and English, even assisting us outside working hours. It was lovely to meet Renin in person after speaking on the phone — He was warm, enthusiastic, and always smiling. The breakfast staff were also excellent and could communicate fluently in Chinese. Souk and the front desk team were very helpful in recommending local trips and waterfalls and organize van. At check-out, we accidentally left something behind, and Renin kindly ran after us to return it. Such a thoughtful gesture truly impressed us. Highly recommended for their genuine hospitality and outstanding service. Overall, the team turned a booking issue into a beautiful and unforgettable stay. We are truly grateful for their warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt service.

La camera è molto grande, completamente attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno rilassante, la luce può essere migliorata, la camera è ancora un po 'sopra. Alcuni commutatori hanno visto giorni migliori, il commutazione di / fuori luce può essere confuso, bisogno di provare qualche volta per ottenere la giusta. Il servizio è buono in generale, il checkout non era così facile come previsto, ci sono voluti un po' e la stampante non funzionava, non poteva ottenere la mia fattura stampata.

Molto bella casa con reale affari locali Laos. Se hai bisogno di un buon sonno, è facile camminare ovunque. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, se si desidera prendere viaggi di giorno o 3 giorni consiglia un buon prezzo per prenotare con l'hotel.

It’s quite a good hotel with a perfect location, rooms are colonial style, nice view from the rooftop. There’s a small gym on the 11th floor (like 2 thread mills and an exercise bike) and a swimming pool on the 12th. Good breakfast with a variety of egg dishes and even beef noodle soup.

The room is OK, not super clean but it’s cleaned by the housekeepers. The location is OK, you can walk around 10 minutes to get to the night market. Our room has a bathtub, which is good. The staff are not attentive, except the girl who is in charge of the night shift. She is very polite and helpful. Overall, this hotel offers what suits its price. If you want to save money, I think it’s a decent choice.

L'hotel è difficile da trovare, situato in una strada a circa due chilometri dal mercato notturno. Lo stile generale è chiaramente quello di una guesthouse ristrutturata privatamente. Mi hanno dato una stanza al piano terra con una porta scorrevole che si affaccia direttamente sulla strada, proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel. A dire il vero, non mi sentivo molto a mio agio a pernottare lì di notte, dato che la sicurezza in Laos non è paragonabile a quella in Cina. L'unico vantaggio era il servizio gratuito di carrelli elettrici per raggiungere il mercato notturno.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno al 3 stelle Mekong Charm Hotel, quindi abbiamo deciso di rimanere due notti più lunghe di quanto previsto. La posizione è meravigliosa. La colazione Terrace è direttamente sopra il fiume Mekong. Il manager dell'hotel vive per il suo lavoro e è molto utile e amichevole. Non avevamo niente da preoccupare. Ha organizzato una moto e il nostro viaggio in treno a Vientiane. Se ritorniamo a Luang Prabang questo hotel sarà la nostra prima scelta.

Il proprietario non è onesto. Quando gli chiese un biglietto di autobus a Phonsavan ci ha prelevato più del 50%. Furioso. In realtà, sapevo il prezzo all'inizio, quindi gli chiese se sarebbe stato circa 12 dollari, ma insisteva che non c'era modo di poter corrispondere a quel prezzo. E'divertente, tutto quello che doveva fare era chiamare e fare una prenotazione per noi, ma invece ha cercato di ottenere profitto dalla prenotazione e ha pagato $18 ciascuno.E non dovevamo fare altro che fidarci di lui. Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati al terminal, abbiamo capito che l'unico modo per andare a Phonsavan era ancora meno di $11.30. Non consiglio questo hotel gestito da questo uomo d'affari sciocca.

酒店地處湄公河邊的一條小巷內但可以停車，步行到湄公河畔最多五分鐘，周圍吃飯以及購買生活物品還算是方便。酒店所處位置安靜環境舒適床品和房間都很乾凈。
