Iraq: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Baghdad

The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve.

La stanza è pulita e confortevole, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, e la posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. E'molto importante apprezzare il buffet dell'hotel. Ci sono gusti cinesi e stranieri. È molto delizioso!! Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'Hotel Taj Baghdad. L'hotel mi sentiva sicuro, e il personale era amichevole e accogliente. Mi hanno permesso di controllare in anticipo dopo essere arrivato da un altro hotel. L'atmosfera era rilassata e la camera era comoda. Il colazione ha offerto una buona diffusione con molte opzioni. La posizione era conveniente per esplorare Baghdad. L'hotel offre anche un servizio amico e affidabile con un conducente, che ha reso il tour della città facile e conveniente. In generale, l'Hotel Taj offre un buon valore, una calda ospitalità e una base sicura e confortevole per i visitatori di Bagdad.

Continuo a tornare in questo hotel per la gentilezza della squadra guidata dai signori Sari, Sophia, Alan, Mariyam e Faisal. Quando sono lì, fanno sentire l'ambiente a casa e prendono ulteriori misure per la nostra sicurezza e il comfort. La gestione dovrebbe essere orgogliosa di questo Servizio incredibile Meglio raccomandato

Nice hotel, very clean , friendly staff , perfect location and very delicious breakfast, I highly recommended to try it. I am sure I will visit them again.

由於工作原因，我經常來回巴格達，對這裏的酒店早已不抱太高期待——不是房間太小，就是餐食不合胃口，服務更是參差不齊。這次出差前，偶然在攜程上發現了新上線的TAJ皇冠酒店，抱着“試試看”的心態預訂，沒想到竟成了我在巴格達住過最舒心的一次！ 酒店大堂不算寬敞，但裝修風格現代，一進門就被淡雅的香氛包圍，瞬間緩解了長途飛行的疲憊。前台小哥英語流利，辦理入住高效順暢，完全不需要反覆溝通。更貼心的是，一位年長的本地行李員主動幫忙提行李，一路引領我到房間，熱情又周到。 推門瞬間就被驚喜到了—房間格局合理，面積約40㎡，在巴格達絕對算“奢侈級”空間。空調是提前開啟的，一進屋就涼快舒適。床品觸感細膩，床墊軟硬適中，對於常年出差的人來説，能睡個好覺比什麼都重要。最讓我感動的是那張寬大的辦公桌（國內很多酒店現在都縮水了），配上迎賓水果和歡迎信，商務人士的剛需被精準拿捏！ 入住不到10分鐘，一位中國經理特意上門問候，添加微信並表示隨時可聯繫—這種主動服務意識，在海外酒店實屬罕見。後續無論是諮詢出行建議，還是簡單閑聊，回覆都迅速又親切，恍惚間有種“住在國內高端酒店”的錯覺。 由於行程原因，衹體驗了晚餐和早餐，但菜品豐富度令人滿意，口味也很正宗（終於不用靠泡麪續命了）。 在巴格達能遇到這樣的酒店實屬幸運——空間寬敞、服務細膩、餐飲對口，甚至比國內同價位酒店更注重細節。 TAJ皇冠酒店讓我住出了“回國感”。
