Value for money. As there is no metro in HZ, lcation wise for the hotel is not bad, very near to bus stop, 10min walk to one end of westlake, 20min to 水东街. Hotel room is very clean and quiet to sleep in, the water pressure for the shower is amazingly strong that it has 2 level.

Il personale della reception ha un'elevata efficienza nel tempo di soggiorno e ha anche iniziato a chiederci se abbiamo bisogno di ulteriori bagni.Sapevo che siamo venuti a viaggiare e abbiamo condiviso con pazienza la strada calda vicino e i ristoranti spesso visitati dai locali, particolarmente pratico. L'igiene della stanza è anche molto tranquilla. Le letti sono state tagliate pulite e piane, senza odore. Le piastre, gli specchi e le zone di toletta sono raccolti incolori. Nemmeno gli angoli hanno visto la polvere.La notte è molto comodo dormire, la prossima volta verrà e sarà consigliato ai suoi amici

We were very happy with our stay of 9 nights here. The hotel was a little bit old but everything worked. There is an abundance of restaurants, malls, cafes and little shops just outside the door. West Lake is about a 10 minute walk away. There is a nice river about 5 minutes walking distance.

L'hotel con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo e il miglior ambiente nelle vicinanze. Anche se l'ingresso è poco appariscente, l'interno è pulito e ordinato, con decorazioni nuove, e il servizio è buono. La colazione è inclusa, c'è una lavanderia e lì di fronte c'è un supermercato e uno snack bar notturno. È la prima scelta per viaggi d'affari, e ne vale la pena!

UUtente ospiteI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations.
The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy.
The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building.
For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet.
Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers.
There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests.
The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated.
The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall.
The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great.
For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area.

老板会说一些基础英语，人也非常热情。我刚从香港机场来到深圳北，他还主动提出可以带我熟悉一下周边环境。楼下和附近有很多吃的，我就在旁边吃了兰州拉面和臭豆腐，非常方便。
这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。
每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。
店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。
其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。
唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。
地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。
总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

1. Posizione: molto raggiungibile a Pechino pedonale, vicino al Tee Mall, e Pechino Lu stazione metropolitana proprio oltre all'appartamento.
2. Ascensore: prima di prenotare mi preoccupava di un altro recensione sull'ascensore, il tempo di attesa per l'ascensore non supera i 5 minuti.
3. Camera: questa stanza ha le più complete strutture. Hai la cucina, lavatrice e la sua asciugatrice, mini frigo, e proiezione. Ti danno shampoo, condizionatore, sapone, kit dentale, lavatrice facciale, rimuovere, sapone da pranzo, anche un umidificatore della pelle.
4. Pulizia: la pulizia della signora pulirà la vostra stanza ogni giorno per voi. E il proprietario vi chiederà prima se vi piace la stanza per pulire o no.
5. Comunicazione: il proprietario era super super comunicativo e utile. Istruzioni per l'edificio, come controllare e controllare era molto chiaro. Migliormente si contatta il proprietario attraverso la chat prima di atterrare.

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

SStevenSembra un vecchio edificio, ma all'interno della stanza tutto si sente nuovo, il condizionatore lavorava bene per qualche giorno di soggiorno e lo usava tutta la notte. L'unico modo per salire è attraverso l'ascensore, quindi non si sbaglia a prendere il bagaglio e salire sulla scala. In generale, il prezzo era al punto giusto, abbastanza vicino alla metro estrazione Chen Chan b e sul cammino dal metro all'hotel ci sono molti ristoranti decenti intorno, il posto sarebbe stato perfetto se fosse un po' più grande dal momento che la tavola era bella Anche piccola e non adatto per lavorare con il laboratorio.
