TTraveler Peter TangÈ la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel in 2 anni.
Posizione: 8/10 L'hotel si trova nel cuore dell'isola di Okinawa, nella zona di Onna. L'aeroporto di Naha dista circa 50-55 minuti di auto. Alcuni ristoranti locali e Lawson si trovano a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La posizione non ha nulla che non vada, visto che l'abbiamo scelta noi.
Servizio: 10/10 Abbiamo prenotato l'accesso alla Club Lounge con check-in express e snack durante il giorno. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il servizio: i sorrisi sono ovunque e sono sempre benvenuti da tutti in hotel. Per sottolineare una cosa: abbiamo avuto bisogno di un cacciavite per aprire la piccola custodia del giocattolo di mio figlio, il personale è stato così gentile da trovarmene uno, e non credo che un hotel debba aiutarmi per una richiesta del genere.
Servizi: 9/10 Le piscine esterne erano chiuse a causa del maltempo.

The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.

Hoshinoya has long been renowned for its impeccable service, and my recent visit was yet another shining example of that legacy. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart.
Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling.
From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired.
But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel.
One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone.
🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

PPudding SuUn hotel molto grande, pulito e bellissimo. Puoi vedere delfini, razze e persino tartarughe marine nell'hotel (da vicino). Ha anche una spiaggia e una piscina private. C'è anche un negozio di souvenir al primo piano conveniente Inoltre, ci sono zuppa di noodle e colazione a buffet nella hall. Il riso al curry e gli hamburger di hot dog venduti a bordo piscina sono entrambi deliziosi! I prodotti da bagno forniti in camera sono molto profumati ~ Inoltre, poiché il mio ragazzo ha tatuaggi sulle mani e si è dimenticato di portare le maniche, inizialmente non poteva andare in piscina e in spiaggia. Più tardi, un membro dello staff ci ha aiutato a prendere in prestito un Giacca a maniche lunghe dell'hotel per poter giocare ad Water, l'atteggiamento di ogni dipendente nei confronti del servizio è davvero ottimo!

UUtente ospiteHotel Nikko Alivila in Yomitan has a beautiful setting that’s hard to fault. The Spanish-inspired architecture, ocean views and direct beach access give it a relaxed resort atmosphere that feels distinctly different from city hotels in Okinawa. The grounds are well maintained, the pools are lovely, and service is warm and polished in that understated Japanese way.
That said, I would rate it 4/5. While everything is clean and well kept, the rooms are beginning to show their age and could benefit from a refresh. By Japanese standards it remains perfectly comfortable, but it doesn’t feel as modern or newly renovated as many newer resorts elsewhere in Asia. Still, a charming and scenic stay overall.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio dell'hotel è senza dubbio di prima vista, tutto dall'arrivo alla partenza è grande, e il personale è sempre attento a voi e vi accoglie molto caldamente.
La piscina è buona, le strutture sono belle. Le camere sono anche spaziali. Amore il balcone che sorveglia la piscina dell'hotel. Veramente niente da colpire, tutto si è sentito come un'esperienza di 5 stelle ovunque si vada.
La migliore parte è la passeggiata verso la spiaggia di Sesoko, è veramente l'accento, in termini di vicinanza e qualità della spiaggia. E 'un soggiorno tranquillo e ci siamo sempre sentiti tranquilli durante il viaggio.
Solo un piccolo nitpick è la qualità del ristorante italiano potrebbe essere migliore, considerato il prezzo che pagavamo. Aveva 2 piatti, di cui 1 era così, l'altro era ...non veramente commestibile, ma non eravamo piccoli commercianti, quindi abbiamo avuto solo senza lamentele.
In generale 10/10 soggiorno, ritornerà.

TTK—Attenzione ai costi di natura nascosta per la piscina all'aperto, lo sportello, i cuscini e anche i sedili della piscina all'aperto adulta. Per me, questo è puro rapina. Non ho mai avuto questa esperienza nella mia vita, anche in altri hotel in Giappone. Capisco che talvolta ci siano commissioni per un arrivo, ma gli hotel di solito offrono uno sconto o permetteno agli ospiti di usarlo una volta per la volta gratuitamente. Per questo ho dato 1 alle strutture.
Il colazione giapponese è servito in una scatola bento (una persona, con riempimenti illimitati di riso e zuppa), ma il pesce era già un po' freddo. So che non vogliono tenere i loro clienti in attesa, ma ci dovrebbe essere un modo per mantenere il cibo caldo. Il mio consiglio è sempre andare con il buffet internazionale a meno che non preferisca stare da qualche parte con meno persone.
La stanza era grande, sonora e ben attrezzata con tutto quello che avete bisogno, tra cui un bagno di dimensioni medie, ma la vista dalla mia stanza era bloccata dalla piscina e dagli alberi (non sarebbe un problema se siete al di sopra del 5° o 6° piano). L'hotel sembrava bella, ma ho trovato le loro spiagge come un mezzo rispetto a quello che ho visto mentre guidavo intorno a Okinawa.

Guest Tip: Ensure you are present at your balcony to embrace the magnificent sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon around 5:00 PM is a transformative experience that defines the beauty of this resort.
