È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e sicuramente vorremmo tornarci. Avevamo fretta di prendere un volo mattutino e il personale è riuscito a farci fare una colazione veloce prima di lasciare l'hotel, un gesto molto apprezzato.

È stato fantastico! La posizione è comodissima. Il posto è molto pittoresco. I prodotti cosmetici in camera sono di alta qualità (Byredo). Il mare è cristallino. Non c'è molta gente. I lettini sono sufficienti per tutti. Il servizio è molto buono. Torneremo la prossima volta.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Heartfelt Hospitality in Hoshinoya Okinawa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hoshinoya has long been renowned for its impeccable service, and my recent visit was yet another shining example of that legacy. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart. Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired. But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel. One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone. 🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

Un hotel molto grande, pulito e bellissimo. Puoi vedere delfini, razze e persino tartarughe marine nell'hotel (da vicino). Ha anche una spiaggia e una piscina private. C'è anche un negozio di souvenir al primo piano conveniente Inoltre, ci sono zuppa di noodle e colazione a buffet nella hall. Il riso al curry e gli hamburger di hot dog venduti a bordo piscina sono entrambi deliziosi! I prodotti da bagno forniti in camera sono molto profumati ~ Inoltre, poiché il mio ragazzo ha tatuaggi sulle mani e si è dimenticato di portare le maniche, inizialmente non poteva andare in piscina e in spiaggia. Più tardi, un membro dello staff ci ha aiutato a prendere in prestito un Giacca a maniche lunghe dell'hotel per poter giocare ad Water, l'atteggiamento di ogni dipendente nei confronti del servizio è davvero ottimo!

It was our last night at Okinawa and we went back to Hyatt Naha after coming back from Onna. As before, the room was clean and the staff’s dedication can be seen. I had to return my car and they delivered our luggage to room during that time. Happy to spend our last night there.

Questo soggiorno è stato un'esperienza molto piacevole. Sebbene la posizione dell'hotel sia relativamente isolata, circondato da altri alberghi e privo dei tipici servizi (come minimarket o ristoranti), ciò ha creato un ambiente di vacanza tranquillo e rilassante. L'aspetto più lodevole è stata la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale. Dal check-in al check-out, ogni membro dello staff ha dimostrato eccezionale professionalità e ospitalità, facendomi sentire davvero benvenuto e apprezzato. I servizi dell'hotel sono piuttosto completi. La spiaggia privata e l'ampia piscina, in particolare, offrono eccellenti spazi ricreativi. Questo lo rende una struttura altamente raccomandata per le famiglie con bambini, dove i piccoli possono giocare sulla sabbia e in acqua a loro piacimento e gli adulti possono rilassarsi in tutta comodità. Tuttavia, c'era un piccolo inconveniente in camera: aprendo gli armadi, si avvertiva un leggero odore di muffa, come se la stanza fosse rimasta chiusa a lungo. Pur non avendo compromesso il soggiorno nel complesso, suggerisco all'hotel di migliorare la pulizia e la gestione della ventilazione in quest'area. In sintesi, se i vostri obiettivi per le vacanze sono strutture di alta qualità, un servizio cordiale e un ambiente in cui i bambini possano divertirsi un mondo, questa è sicuramente un'ottima scelta!

Il servizio dell'hotel è senza dubbio di prima vista, tutto dall'arrivo alla partenza è grande, e il personale è sempre attento a voi e vi accoglie molto caldamente. La piscina è buona, le strutture sono belle. Le camere sono anche spaziali. Amore il balcone che sorveglia la piscina dell'hotel. Veramente niente da colpire, tutto si è sentito come un'esperienza di 5 stelle ovunque si vada. La migliore parte è la passeggiata verso la spiaggia di Sesoko, è veramente l'accento, in termini di vicinanza e qualità della spiaggia. E 'un soggiorno tranquillo e ci siamo sempre sentiti tranquilli durante il viaggio. Solo un piccolo nitpick è la qualità del ristorante italiano potrebbe essere migliore, considerato il prezzo che pagavamo. Aveva 2 piatti, di cui 1 era così, l'altro era ...non veramente commestibile, ma non eravamo piccoli commercianti, quindi abbiamo avuto solo senza lamentele. In generale 10/10 soggiorno, ritornerà.

Attenzione ai costi di natura nascosta per la piscina all'aperto, lo sportello, i cuscini e anche i sedili della piscina all'aperto adulta. Per me, questo è puro rapina. Non ho mai avuto questa esperienza nella mia vita, anche in altri hotel in Giappone. Capisco che talvolta ci siano commissioni per un arrivo, ma gli hotel di solito offrono uno sconto o permetteno agli ospiti di usarlo una volta per la volta gratuitamente. Per questo ho dato 1 alle strutture. Il colazione giapponese è servito in una scatola bento (una persona, con riempimenti illimitati di riso e zuppa), ma il pesce era già un po' freddo. So che non vogliono tenere i loro clienti in attesa, ma ci dovrebbe essere un modo per mantenere il cibo caldo. Il mio consiglio è sempre andare con il buffet internazionale a meno che non preferisca stare da qualche parte con meno persone. La stanza era grande, sonora e ben attrezzata con tutto quello che avete bisogno, tra cui un bagno di dimensioni medie, ma la vista dalla mia stanza era bloccata dalla piscina e dagli alberi (non sarebbe un problema se siete al di sopra del 5° o 6° piano). L'hotel sembrava bella, ma ho trovato le loro spiagge come un mezzo rispetto a quello che ho visto mentre guidavo intorno a Okinawa.

Guest Tip: Ensure you are present at your balcony to embrace the magnificent sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon around 5:00 PM is a transformative experience that defines the beauty of this resort.
