Hotel a 5 stelle in Otago, Nuova Zelanda

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.

Parcheggio: Non ci sono bay di parcheggio al Hilton (solo valet) stesso, ma condivide con Doubletree che è limitato. Ho chiesto la camera accessibile per la mamma e la fornito come richiesto, anche se la posizione della camera era su una parte dell'edificio che è a distanza da camminare. Recommend this hotel to everyone, the lady help me check in is very friendly and professional, explain every details to me and show me to the room, good quality service.   The room is spacious and the view is beautiful.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla strada da pedaggio di Danidin, e la posizione è buona.Il centro è molto bello, e c'è un grande serpente al piano inferiore.La camera è grande e le strutture sono pronte.Il ristorante è al primo piano e ha bisogno di pagare per mangiare.

Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant（see below pics）!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails. It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things. The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰 I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Il servizio del personale online, appartiene a un piccolo hotel eccellente, la colazione è buona e la posizione è molto conveniente. Ma due problemi non possono essere evitati. Una è l'acqua di notte e la piattaforma aperta per gli europei e gli Stati Uniti. È un semplice tempo sociale. E noi pensiamo che il tempo di gioia amministrativo sia due concetti, non aspettare; la seconda è la stanza lungo la strada, che è davvero più ricco.

Staff are friendly, room is comfortable and I really appreciate the gym facility even though it is small but quite complete, and the laundry room is very convenient for family with young toddlers as we can wash their clothes and use again 😊
