Hotel a 5 stelle in Otago, Nuova Zelanda

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.

Grande hotel con splendide viste. Prenotammo una camera deluxe con vista sul lago e la vista era magnifica. Il servizio era eccellente e il personale si compiace. Il fuoco era un bel toccamento! Il parcheggio è un po' di problema con parcheggio gratuito molto limitato ($20.50 NZD al giorno) e le camere sono più vecchie con vecchi tecnologie e mattoni.

Questo hotel è molto vicino al centro della città, conveniente ovunque, e quando entra la porta dell'hotel è un parcheggio. E'adeguato per i passeggeri auto-conduttori. La stanza ha un senso d'arte. Lo spazio fuori è pieno di respiro d'arte. Molto piace!

Il nostro hotel più soddisfatto per il viaggio nell'isola meridionale della Nuova Zelanda!Dopo tre notti, la stanza è grande, entra e sai che è mantenuta con il cuore. Ci sono balconi, finestre, scherzi, chieda alla reception di avere un pannolino unico, parcheggio gratuito, riscaldamento appena aperto. Il ristorante dell'hotel e questo è anche molto buono. Non devi andare, il nostro pranzo e la colazione sono tutti mangiati in hotel.Perché è un villaggio di golf, l'ambiente circostante è molto buono, e il design del giardino è anche attento. Il servizio è anche molto professionale, l'unico sentimento di dispiacere è che il letto è un po'soft, non sono molto adatta.In breve, saremo qui la prossima volta e consigliamo anche ai miei amici.

Amazing and beautiful hotel facing the lake. The 3 bedroom apartment we took is beautiful. Breakfast was good albeit space is smaller. Overall good hotel and residence to stay whenever you are in Queenstown.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

I'd say the lake view with ”The Remarkable” backgroundfrom the room is definitely worth the money. Staff are generally friendly but the cleanliness and wear&tear has quite some room for improvement in order to claim themselves a 5-star hotel. Overall, I'm pleased with the stay, the location is considered convenient if you drive as it's only takes 5 minutes drive to downtown.

Overall, the location, service and facilities are very good. but the pricing is a bit on expensive side. The buffet breakfast at hotel with limited choices which can not compare with the same kind of hotels category in Asia....can't expect too much. You may consider to book room only instead. The service and the reception, concierge and doorman are very helpful and providing many information. If the service and attentiveness at the cafe (during serving breakfast) can be enhance, it will be much better.

A lovely place to stay, the location is strategically located near to the centre. The famous Fergburger is less than 5 minutes walk. Parking is limited but you can try and ask for a reservation at the hotel. The room itself was spacious, comfortable bed and big room. Breakfast was simple but still very good. Enough amenities and everything is provided including complimentary snacks and drinks. Happy hour is 5-6pm at their common room.

Apartamento fantastico - assolutamente grande con una bella vista sul lago. Veramente conveniente avere una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli nella stanza. La posizione era perfetta.
