LLeonardo Sant AnnaBuon hotel a 30 minuti di auto dal centro di Philadelphia. Buoni ristoranti e negozi vicino. Aveva solo pochi piccoli bagni e cassette. Di resto hotel sicuro e ampio e funzionale.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è buona. Ho vissuto due notti negli agosto 21 e 22, ma quando sono andato via dal negozio ho dimenticato di prendere due T-shirt e una camicia nella cassaforte. Dopo due giorni e 25, sono andato alla ricetta dell'hotel per chiedere se non l'ho trovato o se l'ho perso.Dopo aver saputo i risultati, l'umore non è stato buono.

UUtente anonimoThe staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

UUtente ospiteThe chairs provided in rooms r not clean,I put a towel on the seat B4 I sit down: this is obvious w anything else made w fabric: not the bedsheets...they always are clean Very glad that all the flooring in wood/linoleum. The woodwork and such needs touch-up/or repainting by those who know how to paint wood.In some cases, the wood needs repair,therefore the 'look' in the room is rundown and tawdry.
Plenty of towels,soaps&toilet paper.
No phones work,if they r even there,in the room,so,the guest has to contact lobby desk(hardly gets answered) w guest's own phone.
If the guest insists on a PRIVATE room NOT ONE W DOOR ATTACHED TO ANOTHER ROOM,that should be honored. Also, I would like to be reimbursed for the four stays I wound up w a 'shared' wall. The noise, groans & annoyance from those adjoining rooms were just intolerable! This happened more than once!!!
The excuse was that it was the only room left AND ACCORDING TO SITE, that was not true!!!
In a hotel room,consumer law, there is the expectation & presumption of privacy. I ubered to this hotel and did not want to spend MORE THAN I SHOULD to then Uber out, just for a room especially since the vacancies were listed on the site
NO EXCUSES EXCEPTABLE.
The breakfast nook was clean, filled and adequate.

FFlorence LyeLa Quinta’s location was perfect for weekend trip. Staff were friendly and helpful on both days and evening shifts.
I loved the free shuttle service provided that allowed us to go to and from the airport and also to the Septa train services right at the airport station. The train service was comfortable which allowed us to visit down town PHL with ease. We just called the hotel again for pick up when we were back at the airport station again. The Downtown visit was a great experience indeed.
Word of advice - though the hotel works hard to maintain cleaniless in the main foyer and dining area, the room was spacious and tidy - though not fully equipped with personal items like hand soap so do bring your own - that will save you a lot of grief with no expectations of having a fully stocked bathroom. I do believe these may be available at the front desk. We had our own supply so it’s no big deal.
They do serve a good hearty hot breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages along with choices of cereals, bagels, bread, juices, & yogurts. Coffee tea and hot water are available at the foyer anytime.
