Hotel a 3 stelle in Arusha, Tanzania

My friend and me stayed here for four nights after our safari ended in Arusha. Our room is spacious with many amenities available such as table/chairs and a TV. There are also three power sockets, which is always appreciated. There were no wardrobe and fridge but some hooks were available for hanging clothes. Hot water is available in the bathroom although the water pressure could be stronger. Our shower area tends to flood due to bad drainage, and I even dropped my clothes into the water once. The room is clean but a little dim at night. Windows have anti-bug screens and curtains, which are essential to block the sun’s intensity in the morning. Wifi works like a charm. The front reception counter is usually empty as the hotel staff tends to congregate in the kitchen instead. They were quite helpful and lent me a laptop to do some file transfers between my various devices when asked. The daily breakfast provided tasted average. The location is a little far from town and we needed to engage a driver from Bolt app for most day activities. There are no grocery stores nearby but it’s possible to buy some mineral water from the kitchen staff. This hotel is near to a mosque so it’s periodically noisy in the morning and evening. It is also near to the main road so we will hear loud traffic every now and then. That said, I was able to sleep relatively well every night. The rate here is pretty cheap for a twin room so I felt this stay was quite value for money.

We arrived in Arusha at the same time as the President! So, trafic was chaotic. Entry is down a rough gravel road, but once the security gate slides back: welcome to paradise. A stunning large home set in a beautifully maintained garden. Idyllic!! Walter is a fantastic and obliging host. Food was great; room was clean and well serviced. Cannot fault the stay and will return.

L’hotel si trova in centro ad Arusha davanti la stazione dei bus. La zona è molto trafficata e nelle ore di punta il traffico è molto congestionata. Però è in una zona viva della città attorno ci sono vari mercati mercatini i negozi e artigiani di tutti i tipi. Il mangiare è discreto complessivamente un giudizio positivo. 

La camera è molto pulita, ma l'ambiente è un po' piccolo. Anche le misure di sicurezza sono molto complete, il servizio è particolarmente buono, anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è ottimo, c'è una piscina, un bar e un ristorante, la colazione è molto abbondante, vale la pena consigliarlo.

Restaurant is very good for a variety of food options and beers. Room is dated and can be noisy (road, noisy bar on the weekend) but good for a short stay before safari. A few food options around / cafes as well as convenience stores and currency exchange. The exchange is much better in Tanzania than Kenya but it seemed harder to pay with a bank card in Tanzania.

La donna di fronte molto amichevole che ha portato i miei bagagli. La stanza era pulita e hanno anche accettato di tenermi il mio bagaglio mentre faccio il mio viaggio safari. Il ristorante era anche grande e buono e buona qualità. Uno dei migliori posti in cui sono rimasto. Anche vicino a un ATM e un supermercato che ha aiutato!

Buono valore, buon hotel pulito, posizione tranquilla, non molte opzioni alimentari intorno, ma il ristorante Wildebeest vicino alla porta era buono per un locale (ma buono per gli occidentali) cibo e birre economiche. Buon colazione per l'Africa. Resterò ancora.

L'hotel locale è considerato buono, ma penso che l'hotel sia come un hotel. Il personale è benvenuto, ma la moglie di cena non gli piaceva. Per meno soldi, l'hotel si fermò sul retro e sembrava molto meglio per noi. Ho notato che il prezzo in Tanzania non riflette sempre lo status e il servizio. Con diversi soldi si può ottenere le stesse comodità.
