Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Okinawa, Giappone

La camera era davvero spaziosa! Eravamo in 2 adulti e 2 bambini e al check-in ci hanno subito fornito due divani letto, peraltro molto ampi. Assolutamente perfetto per famiglie con due figli, non esitate a prenotare!Un consiglio: prenotate la formula con due pasti (mezza pensione), perché la cena a buffet, che da sola costerebbe più di 9.000 Yen a persona, se inclusa nel prezzo della camera diventa molto più conveniente! C'è shabu-shabu di Wagyu, sashimi di gamberi dolci e moltissime altre prelibatezze!Per gli ospiti dell'hotel, il trattamento all-inclusive è valido anche in spiaggia!La sera, c'è un'attività di pittura su statuette Shisa (石敢当) al costo di 2.500 Yen per pezzo.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha. The location was one of its biggest strengths, with many attractions, restaurants, and train stations within easy walking distance, making it a great base for exploring Naha. The hotel is simple yet comfortable, with all the essential amenities you need for a convenient stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. While the bathroom was a little compact, it was functional and didn’t affect our overall comfort. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than expected, which was a thoughtful gesture after a morning of travelling. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located hotel that offers good value for anyone looking to explore Naha. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 giorni per la nostra luna di miele. In fase di check-in abbiamo deciso di aggiungere il pacchetto lounge che comprende la camera vista mare. Consigliamo questo pacchetto anche se costa un po’ di più perché include i seguenti servizi: lettini spiaggia (altrimenti a pagamento 3300jpy), semplice colazione nella lounge (caffè, brioches, frutta, succhi, caffetteria) che vi permette così ti tenere il ticket valido per colazione/pranzo per il pranzo al ristorante Corallo. Si può decidere altrimenti di avere la colazione in camera. Le camere sono molto pulite, curate e dotate di ogni servizio. Con il servizio lounge ci sono snack, bibite analcoliche durante il giorno e dalle ore 17:30 alle 20:00 anche bibite alcoliche. (Birre in bottiglia, vino alla spina, liquori..) Il pranzo a buffet è molto vario e abbondante con i cuochi che fanno alcune cotture a vista (tempura, cerne di angus, noodles..) Ci sono due ristoranti all’interno dell’hotel. Uno a buffet e uno alla carta. La spiaggia ha una zona recintata anche in mare che vi permette di fare il bagno tranquilli senza il pericolo di incontrare pesci velenosi. Il bagno in mare si può fare fino alle ore 18. Il mare è davvero molto bello, la vista dalla camera fantastica. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile anche se non parla molto inglese. Nella via principale si possono trovare ristorantini per la sera e alcuni supermercati. Se si vuole esplorare l’isola serve una macchina ma per arrivare all’hotel c’è il servizio shuttles bus pubblico se si ferma a Tiger Beach (a 200m dall’hotel). Per il ritorno in aeroporto è possibile usare questo servizio oppure quello a pagamento fornito dall’hotel.

This is a great option if you want to stay right in the heart of American Village. The hotel is brand new, which really shows in the condition of the rooms and facilities. The amenities were excellent - having a washer/dryer with 2 complimentary detergent packets daily was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The in-room fridge and microwave also made it easy to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. The room itself felt more like an apartment, with a spacious living area, a balcony, and an amazing view overlooking American Village. Location-wise, it’s perfect if your main focus is exploring American Village. However, beyond that, the area gets pretty quiet late at night once most of the village closes. In hindsight, I probably would have stayed further north as a base for visiting Okinawa’s northern attractions. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing, especially after hours. During check-in, security refused to let me temporarily park in the open spaces while unloading luggage, claiming it would encourage everyone else to demand parking there. Considering the inconvenience of retrieving the car from the automated lift parking just to unload bags, the response felt unreasonable, so I ended up parking curbside instead. Things got worse later that night when I accidentally left my key card in the room. I buzzed reception for assistance, but the staff member simply kept gesturing for me to tap my card to enter and refused to come help open the door despite me clearly explaining the situation. There was also no security staff present at the parking area to operate the automated parking lift when I returned, so I parked in the surface lot instead - only to be scolded by security the next morning during check-out. Overall, the hotel itself and the facilities are excellent, but the inconsistent and unhelpful service significantly affected the experience.

Ci saranno molti insetti in più erbacce vicino C'è un'area di rete in alcuni angoli della stanza dell'hotel  Prima di dormire, sono stati trovati insetti nella testa del letto, e la sola letto ha un setaccio giallo  Non c'è modo di usare la piscina per più insetti di notte  Suggerisce che l'hotel possa fornire qualcosa di insetti dispositivi Il prezzo dell'hotel non è economico, la posizione geografica non è conveniente  Non ci si può immaginare che nessuno abbia aiutato a portare i bagagli nella stanza dopo l'ispezione. Anche meno scelta per la colazione Se 10 punti sono pieni, il rapporto di prezzo è solo 6 punti

Mia madre, 74 anni, si è ustionata quando una tazza che stava sollevando nella guesthouse si è rotta verso le 23:00. Ha chiesto al proprietario di casa una pomata per le ustioni, ma poiché aveva bevuto, non poteva guidare per comprare le medicine. Il proprietario mi ha solo detto di andare in ospedale o di chiamarle un taxi. Ho dovuto continuare ad applicare impacchi di ghiaccio per alleviare il dolore fino a dopo le 4 del mattino. Il proprietario ha spiegato che era dovuto alle differenze nella cultura giapponese del vetro, ma perché non avevano messo un cartello accanto al bicchiere che indicasse che non poteva essere usato con acqua calda? Questo mi ha fatto arrabbiare ancora di più. Il nostro viaggio non è potuto iniziare come previsto e ora abbiamo delle vesciche. Abbiamo anche mal di testa per la mancanza di sonno, per fortuna abbiamo delle medicine per il mal di testa. Questo incidente mi ha fatto sentire molto strana riguardo alla cultura di Okinawa. Questo era il secondo giorno del mio primo viaggio a Okinawa con mia madre e l'itinerario di oggi ne è stato decisamente influenzato. Sono molto delusa. Inoltre (non avevo intenzione di lamentarmi), il materasso sul pavimento è così sottile che non è adatto alla maggior parte delle persone. La qualità del materasso in un'altra guesthouse in cui ho soggiornato a Okinawa era di gran lunga inferiore. È chiaro che non hanno minimamente considerato il comfort dell'utente.

L'hotel è nuovissimo e il check-in si fa all'ultimo piano. Il personale parla inglese e la maggior parte delle richieste possono essere gestite in autonomia, il che rende il processo molto efficiente e ben progettato. Abbiamo soggiornato ai piani alti, ma onestamente non ne è valsa la pena. L'hotel è un po' distante dal mare e dai piani alti si vede solo uno scorcio della città. Un piccolo neo è la posizione non proprio comodissima per i trasporti. Dalla stazione ci vogliono circa sette-otto minuti a piedi e molte linee di autobus non passano vicino alla stazione di Miebashi. Bisogna prendere il tram e poi cambiare autobus. Se si prevede di fare escursioni giornaliere a nord di Naha o alle isole circostanti senza noleggiare un'auto o prendere un taxi, potrebbe essere un po' scomodo. La colazione era deliziosa! 😋
