Hotel a 4 stelle in Queensland, Australia

Excellent resort. Very large, with 3 fantastic swimming pools, bar, restaurant, mini golf, pedal karts, and many activities to do within the resort. The location is good, only 10 minutes from the center by car. Tidy and clean rooms, with cool air conditioning that helps with the hot Cairns weather. We would definitely return.

We arrived after office hours and appreciated that the check-in process was straightforward and easy to follow. However, the park's location is a bit far from supermarkets and major attractions, which made getting around less convenient for us. The facilities are mostly shared and not quite suitable for our needs. Unfortunately, all better-equipped units were fully booked, so we couldn't upgrade. We also found the Wi-Fi signal in the room to be quite weak. Due to these factors, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out after just one night.

Era un buon momento per la nostra famiglia. I nostri bambini amavano nuotare in piscina all'aperto riscaldata. La stanza era pulita e la gente della ricezione era molto gentile. Abbiamo decisamente voluto visitare di nuovo qui.

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean and had good facilities including washing machines, dryers and dish washer. It is in walking distance to waterfront, supermarket and good restaurants.

The hotel's location is excellent. The surrounding views and the city skyline are beautiful, both during the day and especially at night. As I had requested a quiet room so I could get enough rest, the hotel staff made every effort to accommodate my request, and I was satisfied with the result. Although a small amount of noise could still be heard in the room, it was minor and easy to overlook. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Finding my room was like a maze but once I was inside it was so beautiful and big. If you’re a big partier then this is perfect for you because the rooms are right next to the bar and pool but if you’re not then get some noise cancelling earphones

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

Everything was perfect. One thing to improve is the bed which was a bit soft and saggy.

일요일이라 리셉션은 닫았지만 체크인 하는데 아무 문제 없었고 방 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 주차공간도 충분했고 체크아웃할때는 직원이 친절하게 응대 해줬습니다 시간이 없어 수영장은 이용하지 못해 아쉬웠네요

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno a Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. L'equipaggio di accoglienza è stato incredibilmente utile qualunque domanda o problema abbiamo avuto, l'hanno ordinato rapidamente. La lavanderia a se stesso ha reso le cose facili per il nostro viaggio di viaggiare. Un ringraziamento speciale al vice manager Alex, che era amichevole, professionale e ha risolto diversi problemi per noi durante l'iscrizione. Molto consiglia per un soggiorno senza problemi.
