⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review: Pacific Hotel Cairns We had an excellent stay at Pacific Hotel Cairns. Max at the front desk was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Mila was also wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and brightly lit, with a comfortable layout and a balcony that opened to lovely views. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to major tour departure points, the Esplanade, and many great restaurants. The convenience of a self‑service laundry room was another big plus during our travels. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairns.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and clearly recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage safely in a locked baggage room. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with clean and very attractive pool areas surrounded by lush plants. In the early evening, you can even see fruit bats flying over the property, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, but only 15min from the airport.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

Grande hotel. Mi ci ha voluto un po' per scoprire come usare la TV. La piscina era grande, anche se sul lato più freddo. La metà delle luci nella piscina non funzionava così la metà era piuttosto buia. Non mi piaceva, ma non mi fermò a nuotare. La vista dalla stanza era stupenda

Service was great . Was able to check in early. Extra towels for what was a great pool were available. Great range of meals available for room service as well in the restaurant. Happy hour good value.

Non posso ringraziare abbastanza la squadra per la loro gentilezza! Sono arrivato tardi e non ho controllato il mio email per le istruzioni di autoingresso, quindi mi preoccupavo di essere incastrato. Invece, il personale è uscito in mezzo alla notte per assicurarmi che io sia sicuro e sicuramente sistemato. Mi sentivo così bene curato di questa è l'ospitalità al meglio.

Lovely hotel located at the other end of the Esplanade. The broad walk at the back of the hotel was nice to stroll along and an easy way to get to the city center. Kudos to the reception staff, Riccardo for leaving a really good first impression when I first arrived. He was so clear in explaining everything I needed to know before I checked in, and subsequent days when I saw him he was also really helpful with whatever requests I had. The room was big and spacious, very comfy beds!! The housekeeping staff were also friendly whenever I saw them as I head out for the day. Food from the room service was tasty. However, the breakfast buffet options were almost the same everyday though, wish there could have been more variety. But overall, I still had a rather pleasant stay here(:

Tutto era bene, ma era un po' troppo costoso per quello che descriverei come una bella camera d'albergo. Alcune cose nella stanza lasciano un po' da desiderare - si sentiva a buon mercato anche se non fosse.La posizione e le strutture erano buone, ma non c'era nessuno che potesse salutarti all'arrivo, era qualcosa di nuovo per me.

We arrived after office hours and appreciated that the check-in process was straightforward and easy to follow. However, the park's location is a bit far from supermarkets and major attractions, which made getting around less convenient for us. The facilities are mostly shared and not quite suitable for our needs. Unfortunately, all better-equipped units were fully booked, so we couldn't upgrade. We also found the Wi-Fi signal in the room to be quite weak. Due to these factors, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out after just one night.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato la notte con l'hotel Diana mentre avevo un intervento chirurgico oculare e doveva tornare il giorno dopo a vedere il dottore come siamo venuti da Toowoomba. Solo 3 minuti di auto dall'occhio. La nostra stanza era molto bello. Pulizia tutto molto bene.
