Letto non pulito, sporco rosso, moquette e pavimento appiccicosi, insetto morto sul bordo del divano, ho scoperto tutto questo la prima notte. Non ho chiesto di cambiare stanza perché ero molto in ritardo per scoprirlo la sera, e non ero troppo stanco dopo un volo di un giorno intero. Questa non è stata la parte peggiore: dopo aver fatto il bucato, l'asciugatrice non funzionava correttamente. Ho provato tre volte, si è fermata da sola dopo aver funzionato per 10 minuti o al massimo 20 minuti. Questa è la prima volta che affitto un appartamento in Australia. Se volete che la vostra stanza venga pulita, sconsiglio vivamente l'appartamento e cercate appartamenti con servizi o un hotel.
L'arrivée s'est très bien passée, les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables (si vous aimez bien les matelas pas durs) pour ma part, j'ai très bien dormi.
Grande piscine avec l'eau plutôt salée, belle terrasse et de nombreux choix de plats si on a envie de manger quelque chose sans aller trop loin.
Le personnel est disponible et sympa! Merci et peut être à bientôt :)

The hotel is a perfect place to stay with. The only thing to say of the down side is the location to train station. Some time you will feel noisy when with an approaching train.
But on the other hand, that could also be a good point for easy access.
Hotel is next to star ****** and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years.
The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full.
Without this drama, this hotel is good.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, sul lungo mare all'inizio della passeggiata e dei ristoranti.
La camera è essenziale, la colazione buona.
Unico neo è la piscina chiusa per rinnovo, viene offerto uber per andare all'altro hilton e usare quella piscina. Si fa ma non è molto comodo.

We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families.
What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty.
It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

Tutto bene, tranne la posizione troppo vicina alla strada principale, traffico molto rumoroso dalle 5 del mattino in poi, più il parcheggio proprio accanto alla camera, non insonorizzato, il check-in molto tardi la sera era tranquillo ma la partenza anticipata degli ospiti era rumorosa a causa dei veicoli e del traffico, più il servizio di pulizia in corso, che rendeva impossibile dormire! Camera molto spaziosa e pulita.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and clearly recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage safely in a locked baggage room. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with clean and very attractive pool areas surrounded by lush plants. In the early evening, you can even see fruit bats flying over the property, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, but only 15min from the airport.
Place is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard .
But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues

KKakoeGrande posizione con facile passeggiata sulla spiaggia, il paradiso centrale dei surfer, e accesso al tram per altre parti della costa d'oro. L'appartamento era pulito con un ottimo bagno e doccia. Anche le tole erano grandi - nuove e fluffy.
Il mobilio della mia stanza era datato, la matrice era vecchia, incomoda, e avrebbe dovuto essere sostituita dieci anni fa, e l'appartamento non aveva alcun stile o decorazione. Non sono sicuro se fosse solo il mio apt #910 ma non sembrava le foto online.
In generale, ha servito il suo scopo, ma era piuttosto incomodo e ucciso.

UUtente ospiteIt was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site.
Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in.
Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in.
Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think.
I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist.
Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!)
I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house)
So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one.
Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit.
We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have.
If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

Ci sono alcuni punti neri nel letto della stanza, ma la stanza è grande. È possibile dire che fuori dalla finestra del piano inferiore non c'è paesaggio o nemmeno il garage al secondo piano per le persone
Il mattino dopo che il suo innocente cari ha preso più di 270 coltelli oltre a 100 coltelli d'oro, il direttore di posta non ha spiegato che il rimborso del denaro era innocente.
