Bellissimi camere e bellissimi servizi, tutti erano assolutamente gentili e anche andarono fuori dal loro modo per mettere le mie borse nella mia stanza quando ero in ritardo per lavorare. Il fatto che abbiano una macchina del caffè complimentare che di fatto sa di grande è raro!

The room had an immediate unpleasant odour on opening the door.  The shower wall had long black hairs stuck to the tiles and remnants of old soap/shampoo. There was the remains of something that had previously broken off in the shower cubicle. The bathroom basin was mouldy around the plug hole. The blanket from the cupboard had an unpleasant smell. As I exited the lift on the first floor the lighting was non existent. I felt vulnerable. There is not enough onsite parking spaces for guests.

The room was considerably clean, 2 of total 4 lights were not working, room was dark and dimmed. Lisa did what she could do, replacing a floor lamp for us, which is appreciated. Night was a nigh**are, drunk guests were trying to tap their card to get in our room every hour or two. People or talking and screaming LOUD at from 1-5am, you could clearly hear people walking by,I understand that's not the hotel's fault, but I'm sure there's a better alternative in town at this price range.

Conveniently located in town close to shops and restaurants. Clean and modern facilities is attractive and the cost is also reasonable.

Salutato da una finestra di ricezione chiusa alle 4:00 di un sabato... ho visto una nota con un numero mobile per chiamare così rimandare per ottenere una macchina di risposta... ha lasciato un messaggio e poi ha iniziato a camminare. Finalmente ho trovato un custode che ha detto che avrebbe controllato me. Mi ha dato ”l'unica stanza disponibile” (sì, ho avuto una prenotazione) che non era quello che avevo prenotato. Benvenuti nella camera 101! Quando entrate dall'alto, passate il bar/restaurante che era stato in arrivo, passate due toilette pubbliche nel lobby cavernoso, dopo il quale troverete la porta alla camera 101. Le luci brillanti e il rumore di ogni residente che passava attraverso il lobby sul suo cammino verso il letto quella notte erano tutto per me! Il “pazio” che viene con questo primo pezzo di immobili è stato due sedie all'aperto situati nel corto spazio tra due edifici di 3 piani di altezza e è condiviso solo con il rumore di una dozzina di unità di condizionamento d'aria o così scaricando il loro indesiderato - Calore. Le foto della camera che ho prenotato mostravano quelle camere dietro, tra l'hotel principale e il parcheggio auto. Avrei potuto essere più felice, ma c'erano solo cinque ancora disponibili quando ho prenotato la mia, quindi immagino di aver fatto davvero... non un piacevole soggiorno. Great location and secure no need at ease breakfast is yum coffee is hot can sit back and relax and enjoy the weekend and they have it covered the rest of your stay . Thanks guys 10/10 Best part I loved was the balcony room 1502 pretty sure because this is right in the 0ath of fresh air . And room service quick and affordable.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation.

Tutto bene, tranne la posizione troppo vicina alla strada principale, traffico molto rumoroso dalle 5 del mattino in poi, più il parcheggio proprio accanto alla camera, non insonorizzato, il check-in molto tardi la sera era tranquillo ma la partenza anticipata degli ospiti era rumorosa a causa dei veicoli e del traffico, più il servizio di pulizia in corso, che rendeva impossibile dormire! Camera molto spaziosa e pulita.

Very clean , staff very friendly great location and will stay again

Ottimo hotel per il prezzo. Ottima posizione, vicino a tutto e all'aeroporto. Molto pulito, con caffè, tè e latte in abbondanza. L'unica lamentela che ho è che non usciva acqua dalla doccia.
