Hotel 3 stelle a Amsterdam

Questo hotel boutique sembra carino per il suo design, ma le loro pratiche commerciali sono disoneste! Mi sono sentito incomodo con il trattamento dei clienti. In primo luogo, la stanza che ho ricevuto non era quello che avevo pagato sulla base delle foto dell'app. Durante il mio soggiorno di una notte, hanno sostenuto che l'hotel era completamente prenotato e mi hanno offerto un ”arrangement speciale” in un allegato segreto. Mi sono ritirato e sospettato che fosse un alloggio per il personale, perché ho acceduto alla mia stanza attraverso una porta diversa con un segno. Quando ho chiesto di più, l’ospite mi ha detto che ho ricevuto una “aggiornamento” in una stanza di vista del canale perché erano pieni. Tuttavia, questa stanza era piccola e il riscaldamento non funzionava affatto. Quella notte era fredda e quando ho chiesto se l'AC potesse aiutare a regolare la temperatura, ho imparato che era funzionale solo in estate. Mi ha colpito che il sistema di riscaldamento fosse inadeguato, soprattutto a Amsterdam durante la neve. La signora mi offriva di passare in un altro posto di personale, che poi mi trasferii, ma era ancora freddo, e dovevo dormire nella giacca. Se il vostro hotel è completamente prenotato, non permettere la prenotazione in eccesso sulle piattaforme e fornire ai clienti alloggi per il personale; questo è una pratica commerciale inaccettabile!!! Mentre l'ospite era gentile e mi hanno dato una borsa di snack al check-out, l'obiettivo fondamentale di rimanere in un hotel è avere una comoda esperienza, che questo soggiorno non ha fornito. Non consiglierei questo posto a nessuno. Inoltre, l'hotel è troppo costoso, pagando un premio per una piccola stanza che non vale la pena. Pensate due volte prima di prenotare qui. Dovrebbero restituire la metà del denaro che ho pagato per la mia notte per una pratica così sleale!

The church hotel idea is interesting, and the workers were really nice. 🥰🥰 However, in my opinion, this place doesn’t deserve $155. When I booked it, I was on the way and made the reservation quickly. I knew the room would be small, but not this small. It wasn’t just small, the main wall was slanted, which made the usable space extremely narrow. I immediately took a picture of the toilet upon entering, as it had a yellow stain inside. The beds were comfortable, but there was no closet, not enough hangers, and the bathroom was extremely small with a tiny sink, making it impossible to place a toothbrush or makeup bag. The location is not bad, but you do have to walk at least 20 minutes (and 4 minutes with ferry) to reach Central Station. If you take the train, it’s about 11 minutes of walking plus 2 minutes on the train. Overall, in my opinion, the price paid definitely does not match the quality offered.

Ambiente: L'hotel si trova vicino al canale, con una bella vista e senza altri grattacieli nelle vicinanze. C'è un grande supermercato all'incrocio al piano inferiore, molto comodo per fare la spesa. Igiene: La pulizia è accettabile, ma ci sono alcune macchie su sedie e tappeti che non si possono rimuovere, come se fossero bruciate dalle sigarette o corrose da qualcosa, il che crea disagio. Servizio: Il servizio è molto buono e i soci IHG possono effettuare il check-in anticipato. Gli hotel europei in genere non offrono più articoli monouso e qui non c'è acqua gratuita. La colazione dell'hotel è nella media, con poca varietà e stili, si mangia in modo informale.

I arrived at like midnight but luckily there’s someone at the reception 24/7. The hotel is at an excellent location, it was ok to push my suitcase over from Amsterdam central station, I think it took 10minutes yet I was shocked to see the very steep staircase because I had a 26” 22kgs big suitcase with me, along with a 7 kgs hand card travel bag, 6kgs backpack. There’s absolute no way I’d be able to carry all that up stairs without tumbling down and getting injured before I could reach the reception desk. Thankfully, the male staff who work at the front desk were all nice and willing to help, ie 1st time for bringing all my baggage from the bottom of the steps at the entrance up to my room during which we encountered even more steep stairs to reach the room; 2nd time was when I had to check out, I left my suitcase outside the room and needed staff to help me bring it down to the reception storage; 3rd time was from reception down to the bottom at the entrance, otherwise I would not have able to stay at the hotel with all my bulky and heavy baggages. It’s an old hotel so soundproofing maybe a bit of a problem, like I could hear floor boards creaking but it’s bearable and I had a good sleep. I had bit of a hard time finding my room, it felt like a maze in a boat or an anthill, but staff showed me the way to my room. The view outside the window was wonderful, Van Gogh museum and rijksmuseum were within walking distances like under 40 minutes. It’d be even if they provided a water kettle, but I was happy that they actually have tv and air con! I’d stay here again, just that I better not bring a big suitcase next time. Thank you to the 3 staff I encountered on October 10th and 11th!

La stanza non è grande ma comunque abbastanza confortevole. Il bagno può solo dirsi nella media. Ma l'ambiente è molto carino👍! Comodi trasporti: la stazione ferroviaria, il terminal delle navi da crociera e la stazione degli autobus sono tutti raggiungibili in 5 minuti. Ci vogliono solo dai 10 ai 20 minuti per fare shopping nei dintorni o ammirare il paesaggio. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta, risponde sempre a qualsiasi domanda e ti aiuta con qualsiasi cosa! Ho sentito che anche la loro colazione è buona.

Super hotel nel cuore del bellissimo centro città (anche se può essere rumoroso la sera a causa dei bar nelle vicinanze). L'hotel è piccolo, ma confortevole, pulito, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente agli ospiti della città!

La camera era pulita e ordinata, ben attrezzata. Il bagno e la doccia separati sono stati molto comodi per sei persone, permettendo di gestire gli orari d'uso in modo efficiente. Il personale della reception e del bar della hall era gentile e disponibile. Si potevano ordinare cibo, caffè e bevande, oppure chiedere gratuitamente dell'acqua calda per preparare noodles istantanei, caffè o tè. La caratteristica più distintiva di questo ostello è l'aula universitaria con gradinate/anfiteatro situata dietro la hall. Qui si può stare da soli a leggere, lavorare al computer o usare il telefono, oppure ritrovarsi con amici. È un ambiente davvero unico! Essendo una signora anziana che ha lasciato l'università quasi 40 anni fa, stare qui è stato come fare un salto indietro nel tempo, ai miei anni giovanili. ❤️

The Hotel Library has an unbeatable location and room size! Spacious big bed, enough walking space in the room and nice bath/toilet size too. Location wise it is on the very main road - walking distance of 8-9 minutes from Centraal Station and opposite to the floating Chinese restaurant. The views of the road from our room were really amazing too. Its heater quickly heats up the room. TV is okay size and has few English channels - who doesn’t like to watch a TV in the hotel room before going to bed! Their room service is good - they make the bed and give fresh towels. There are few things that kind of take away one or two stars: - the elevator, though we are happy that they have one, but the one installed is very slow and you have to keep the buttons pressed and if you take the fingers off it stops midway - we asked for top floor since the views are always nicer from a height and they gave us the 3rd floor (top most) however, the hotel must clarify that after 2nd floor there is no elevator to the 3rd floor and to top it up, the stairs to the 3rd floor are so steep they reminded me of exercise called spiderman mountain climbers! - their room service team however do not clean the area around the kettle. We had sugar dropped and used cups kept and they wouldn’t clean on daily basis saying the cups are to be cleaned by the guests - this was shocking! I expect this to be part of cleaning duty irrespective whether i stay one night or four! - TV channels - out of the few that they have most of them wouldn’t air any content and just names of the channel which is quite irritating when you are given only two-thee channels to flip through. Overall i rate it a 3.5 / 5 for the staff at the reception were really polite - all of them! Happy to recommend this!

Adoro il Vibes Teleport Hotel. Soprattutto i proprietari, meravigliosi... sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali fin dal nostro ingresso. Sento che la loro aura mi ha sicuramente alleviato la stanchezza dopo un viaggio notturno. Ma vorrei che avessero un bar o un servizio di lavanderia a gettoni, un deposito bagagli gratuito e gli eventi aggiornati durante il nostro soggiorno.

L'unico inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stato il rumore; la porta della camera è sollevata di quasi cinque centimetri dal pavimento e si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva nel corridoio. A volte sembrava che la porta si stesse aprendo. A parte questo, tutto era fantastico. Ci sono due supermercati nelle vicinanze: un Action! proprio di fronte e un supermercato Jumbo a due isolati di distanza. La camera è dotata anche di frigorifero e scaldabagno. Inoltre, c'è una stazione della metropolitana molto vicina che collega l'aeroporto e altre stazioni per raggiungere il centro città.
