UUtente ospite3D2N stay was excellent. Nearby to Airport and our Event location. Breakfast not so much variety of foods but still excellent. Location to popular spots not so far away, overall not much time spending on the journey. Don't ever miss to spend time at Sunny Hill Ice cream, only located opposite the hotel.

JJ$SIl mio soggiorno è stato recentemente presso l'Hotel Wiwo, ed è stata una esperienza assolutamente piacevole da parte mia. Il processo di check-in era ben fatto, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, assicurandomi che mi sentissi a casa.
Le strutture dell'Hotel Wiwo sono eccellenti.Il centro fitness è ben mantenuto, con tutte le attrezzature che potresti avere bisogno per un buon allenamento. La piscina è una vera gioiello, offre uno spazio rilassante per il vento, completa con soggiorni confortevoli e un ambiente tranquillo. Le opzioni di cena dell'hotel sono anche eccellenti, con un ristorante che serve una varietà di piatti deliziosi, cucinando in palazzi diversi.
La camera era semplicemente bella. L’area era senza spot, elegantemente decorata e progettata con conforto in mente. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurandomi di dormire tranquilla la notte, e le lamiere di alta qualità erano un bel toccamento. La stanza era dotata di tutte le moderne strutture di cui avevo bisogno, tra cui Wi-Fi veloce, TV a schermo piatto e un minibar ben accanto.
Il bagno era spazioso e lussuoso, con una doccia grande, asciugamani e toletti premium. Mi piaceva anche l'attenzione ai dettagli, come il caffè e il tè complimentari, nonché la scheda pensativa che ha reso la stanza confortevole e funzionale.
Una delle migliori parti del mio soggiorno era la vista stupenda della mia stanza, che ha visto il bellissimo ambiente dell'hotel.
In generale, l'Hotel Wiwo ha superato tutte le mie aspettative con le sue strutture di top-notch e le camere bellemente designate.

FFazlie BinTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

SSerene_cRecentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e in generale, è stata una piacevole e rilassante esperienza. L'accento del soggiorno è stato sicuramente la spiaggia pulita, tranquilla e bellamente mantenuta. Era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godere dell'ambiente naturale.
La stanza stessa era confortevole e spaziosa, con un bel layout, ma credo che la pulizia potesse essere migliorata. Alcuni settori, soprattutto gli angoli e le superfici del bagno, sembravano essere stati ignorati durante la pulizia. Non è stato un problema importante, ma ha influenzato l'impressione generale della stanza. Un po' di più attenzione da parte del team di custodia avrebbe davvero migliorato la qualità del soggiorno.
La colazione era abbastanza decente con una buona gamma di opzioni. Il cibo era fresco e ripieno regolarmente. Non era troppo adorabile, ma era più che sufficiente per iniziare bene la giornata.
Il personale era in generale amichevole e utile. L’iscrizione era regolare, e apprezzavamo la loro amicizia durante il nostro soggiorno. Ciò detto, non abbiamo interagito molto con loro, quindi non posso dire troppo sul servizio al di là delle basi.
Per quanto riguarda le strutture, tutto era in ordine di lavoro dall'aria condizionata alla pressione idrica. Niente di lusso, ma sufficiente per un soggiorno confortevole. Le aree comuni erano ben mantenute, e l'hotel aveva un'atmosfera rilassante in generale.
Con un po' di più attenzione alla pulizia della stanza e forse un po' più di calore dal personale, questo posto ha un grande potenziale per offrire un'esperienza davvero eccellente. Lo consiglierei ancora, soprattutto a coloro che cercano una tranquilla fuga dalla spiaggia. Rimarrebbe ancora per la spiaggia e la vibrazione tranquilla.

SSheue ShiuanThe room was exceptionally clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and overall, the stay was excellent. All amenities were well-prepared, with strong Wi-Fi and Netflix available for entertainment. I was especially impressed by the modern touch – instead of using access cards, you simply enter your room with a code, which feels fresh and convenient.
My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast selection and quality, which would make the experience even better.

MMohd Hafadzie Ag SallehStaying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊
But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, ”oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest”.. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay.
On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer ”Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room” 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room??
All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅
For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping.

WWee PengThe overall staff services provided is excellent including the receptionists, male and female,all of them are showing me their smiling face while asking for information especially Robert, allaisteir and few female, l can’t remember her names. Room facility is a bit run down and no renovation done. Hotel building exteriors looks good but room interior is with 80s furniture . The water colour is yellow especially the toilet and wash basin, l need to flush for 5 6 times, then the water becomes clearer. Bath towel upon request from laundry , not available in the room. The bathtub is leaking at the corner edges each time we took our shower, the floor nearby the toilet bowl will be watery and can’t comfortably use the toilet as our bare foot will get wet. With the rate l paid through trip.com is still acceptable. Housekeeping forgot to provide the daily drinking water for my 2nd day but managed to have it after inform receptionist. Eatery areas can be find easily, there is one infront of the hotel ( famous for Sarawak laksa)and across the road, commercial shop lots with a lot of kopitiam and aircond restaurants they upgraded our room due to running high occupancy ( association rooms booking)
