Hotel a 3 stelle in New Jersey, Stati Uniti d'America

Il posto è pulito e il personale è molto amichevole. E' cosi' conveniente perché tutti gli elementi essenziali sono forniti.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Questo hotel è stato inaugurato di recente nel 2023. Le camere sono nuove di zecca Sono molto più grandi del Moxy dove ho soggiornato prima a Washington. C'è una macchina da caffè in camera, che è facile da usare un piccolo bar nella hall, comodo per lo shopping. Tuttavia, non ci sono ancora pantofole e scaldabagni. La posizione è remota, quindi ho dovuto prendere un Uber per uscire. Ho mangiato al ristorante dell'hotel, ma non ero abituato al gusto, quindi la mancia era piuttosto alta.

La posizione geografica è ancora molto conveniente, le strutture sono buone, i genitori del viaggio sono abbastanza vivi, ci sono microonde, frigorifero, cibo caldo è anche molto conveniente

Dovevo andare al Prudential Center per un concerto e ho deciso che era raggiungibile a piedi. Il check-in è stato terribile. La receptionist si è dimenticata di me dopo avermi detto di aspettare 10 minuti per la mia stanza. Ho chiesto una stanza vicino all'ascensore perché detesto percorrere un lungo corridoio, MA mi ha dato la stanza più lontana, accanto alle scale d'uscita. Sigh... Il letto era comodo. Il resto della stanza era ok, ma l'acqua calda ci metteva troppo a scaldarsi e la pressione era pessima. L'ascensore era lento e abbiamo dovuto aspettare a lungo per i due ascensori. Poi la sera uno si è rotto. L'attesa è stata estenuante! All'1:30 del mattino sono stato svegliato da dei ragazzini maleducati che pestavano la porta del mio vicino. E l'incubo è iniziato quando il vicino infernale ha deciso di fare una festa nella sua stanza. Ho chiamato la reception 3 volte e mi hanno promesso che avrebbero mandato una guardia di sicurezza per chiedere loro di fare silenzio. Ma nel momento in cui ho riattaccato, ho sentito squillare il telefono! Nessuno si è presentato e il rumore continuava. Dopo la terza chiamata, finalmente qualcuno si è presentato e la festa è finita. Ho dovuto sopportare 3 ore di rumore. Il giorno prima mi avevano detto che la navetta per l'aeroporto sarebbe partita ogni ora. Così sono sceso alle 7:45 solo per sentirmi dire che ogni ora è mezz'ora. Ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti nella hall. Nella hall c'erano dei ritardatari che dormivano nella hall. Nel complesso, non tornerò più in questo hotel.

Overall good hotel , bed is very comfortable so can sleep well beside room is very clean. The girl at receptionist is not friendly, no sense working ay hospitality but the men wearing glasses is very friendly. Housekeepers is also friendly & helpfull although speaking little English Good location just short walk to Mills Jersey Garden Mall👍👍

La porta dello schermo al balcone è stata rotta e lo schermo è stato rimosso dal suo quadro, non si chiuderebbe l'intera strada o la chiusura. La seconda questione è che il frigorifero è stato rotto e tutto quello che ho messo dentro è stato congelato. Ho perso il cibo che ho messo in esso perché era congelato in solidi. La schiena del frigorifero era completamente cucinata con ghiaccio e quando ho detto al tavolo frontale e ho chiesto se il Bistro era ancora aperto qualche minuto prima che fosse previsto chiudere, Ho avuto un ”scusate” e il cuoco si sta pulendo e non farei nulla per sostituire il pranzo che avevo perso. Non c'era una microonde nella stanza che mi avrebbe aiutato in questo caso, e avrebbe aiutato altri visitatori in futuro. Il pavimento del tubo non era protetto da alcun tipo di materiale resistente al slip e era così slipperoso come il ghiaccio. Mi slipperò quando mi sono fatto una doccia, ma fortunatamente potevo catturare la caduta. A 74 anni, ciò avrebbe potuto essere distruttivo per me e, a lungo termine, per l'hotel. La risposta era la stessa del frigorifero, cioè: ”Mi dispiace”. Mi sono dato due materassi di bagno per metterli nel doccia.

Non c'era nessuna distanza alla TV che ho chiamato servizio in camera Ho chiesto un telecomando. Ho ricevuto il telecomando circa mezz'ora dopo. E il telecomando non funzionava. Ho chiamato immediatamente il desk per un po' di ora e non c'era risposta.
