Hotel 2 stelle a Foshan

The room was nice. The location is a bit isolated, but there's a tram station just outside the building, so it wasn't a problem. The only real issue is that the rooms aren't exactly what's shown in the photos or described in the listing. I booked the Queen Business Room and got a regular room instead. When I asked about it, I was told that the pictures are ”for reference only” and that the listed amenities are just what you might get - assigned randomly - not what's actually guaranteed to be in your room. So my advice: book the basic room only. The premium rooms are exactly the same, just more expensive.

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home. I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level. You are not just a customer you are almost like family. Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect. 2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc. This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended. Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

Questo appartamento si trova in un edificio commerciale con molti piccoli ristoranti e negozi al piano inferiore. Molto comodo. La stanza è piccola ma ha tutto il necessario. Sono abbastanza soddisfatto del soggiorno, tuttavia non mi piace usare i loro asciugamani usa e getta per la doccia. Sono molto sottili e non assorbono bene l'acqua. Inoltre, ho soggiornato due notti e la donna delle pulizie ha fatto un lavoro approssimativo nel pulire la mia stanza.

The room is spacious and fine. Got a projector TV but all programs need to be paid for viewing. Problem is the drainage smell in the bathroom is too strong. This building is pretty old and drainage smell is always there in old apartment. Other than this, cleanliness is acceptable for me.

Located next to Zumiao subway (3mins walk) and only less than 20-25minutes from Shadi Airport which I landed (r18 by Didi) The hotel despite a bit dated are very conveniently located in ChanCheng District with all the must-go tourist attractions within 8-12minutes walk. The Fosan Lingnan Xintiandi is also 5 minutes walk thus make this location better than ShunDe District. I chose a room with small 2 windows (w night curtains ) mounted high on the wall facing the walkway thus allowing privacy yet some lights from outside. Room comes with aircon, TV, kettle, bottled drinks and toiletries but no hand soap (I’m fine with it as I can use the bathing gel to wash my hand). Lots of PowerPoints within the room too. A all in washing machine to do my laundry and I can hang them at the rooftop. Best of which , the staff actually moved my laundries indoor when I rained even though I was not in the hotel. Bravo and Thumb Up for the excellent services. I came for furniture shopping and it take me only 20mins or r17-r20 to reach the furniture wholesaler in Shunde. It is only 10-30mins to the 3 railway stations too thus Didi rides only cost less than r20 if you are heading to another city. Subway is 3 minutes walk on the right side of the hotel if you prefer that mode of transportation. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back for furniture shopping. Lastly checkout time is 15:00hour which is extremely helpful.

Io sono rimasto qui dal 31 ottobre al 4 novembre e ho avuto una grande esperienza. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva. La casa era mantenuta ogni giorno, e il personale era sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare. L'unica cosa da notare è che è un po' lontano dalla metropolitana circa sei autobus si fermano lontano ma una volta che scopri i bus, è facile andare in giro. È un posto perfetto se hai un lavoro o piani a Foshan, ma se stai viaggiando a Guangzhou per l'affare, pianifica circa un'ora per il viaggio. In generale, tutto è stato eccellente!

The service and location were great but the rooms are neglected. I could see it used to be very nice but it is in a state of disrepair. My first room was very dirty and smelled of smoke. They then upgraded me which was nice. The fridge was very dirty in both rooms. They did send cleaners to clean it thereafter. The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and many areas showed they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The staff were lovely and they provided amenities and cleaning services on request.

I can recommend this hotel. It's affordable but equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can also get a room with a refrigerator and washing machine. You can hang out your laundry on the terrace. Very satisfied! The room was clean and everything worked properly. The metro and bus stations are just a short walk from the hotel.

Tutti i servizi possono essere, cioè la velocità della rete è troppo lenta e non riesco a lavorare.L'aria condizionata significa quasi anche, ma posso ancora accettarlo.La lavatrice ha bisogno di comprare il liquido di lavaggio da sola. Il servizio della sorella contattata è molto buono, molto gentile
