Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰

5日間の滞在。 日本で流行っている「おこもりステイ」のような雰囲気で、誰からも邪魔されずゆっくり過ごすことができた。ホテルを予約すると朝食に加えて、一日一度の貸し切りスパ&サウナがついてくる。また、夕食はレストランとして利用もでき、近くで運営されているシャトームフラニのワインに合わせたジョージア料理を楽しむことができる。 ★ロケーションについて トビリシからタクシーで40分（40ラリ程度)ほどで到着。 タクシーの運転手が村で見るところがないというが、牛がそこら辺を歩いていて飾らないジョージアの姿をみることができる。また、周りの住人も親切で人懐こいジョージア人の気質を感じる人ばかりだった。 ホテルから10分くらい歩くとシャトームフラニがあり、ジョージアワインのワイナリーを見学することもできる。(要予約) 希望する場合は到着時にレセプションに予約をお願いすることもできる。 タクシーを使えばムツヘタを観光することもできる。(30ラリ程度) ★サービスについて レセプションは非常に親切で、どのような要望も回答してくれる。また、掃除も丁寧に行われており館内やテラスがいつも綺麗に整備されている。 夕食時のレストランも利用したが、洗礼された味でシャトームフラニのワインとよく合う味付けにされていて是非一度利用するのがおすすめ。 サウナは、フィンランド式で自分でロウリュして室温を上げる事ができて気持ちが良い。スパは風呂と水風呂が準備されておりサウナに入ったあとに利用すると良い。 おすすめとして、早目の時間にチェックインを済ませること。ぜひスパやレストラン、そしてシャトームフラニのワインを楽しんで贅沢なお泊りにしてほしい。

The room was spacious enough, and the facilities met my needs. The owner was very warm and hospitable. The hotel is just steps from the city center, where there are restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, which is very convenient. If there's any drawback, it's that the table space in the room is a bit limited. There's only a small coffee table with two cups, a teapot, and hotel information on it, leaving almost no space for anything else. Actually, if one of the two sofas were moved, there would be enough room for a large table.

Molto pulita e spaziosa camera. Vicino al ristorante e alla città di Kazbegi. Bella vista sulla montagna dalla nostra camera. L'ospite è amichevole e fornisce buone informazioni sui trasporti locali. Abbiamo un piacevole soggiorno in Axien Hotel e ho raccomandato l'hotel.

Se non noleggiate un'auto, è meglio non prenotarla. È lontano dal centro ed è una lunga salita. È molto faticoso camminare con i bagagli. Non è molto comodo prendere un taxi. Se volete prenotare un'auto, è meglio farlo con un giorno di anticipo~ Se non parlate inglese, è meglio non prenotarla. Il bungalow non è gestito. Quando entrate, c'è una stanza senza finestre e un lavandino è stato rimosso. Pensavo fosse chiuso e abbandonato~ Ho chiamato per chiedere in quale stanza si trovasse e poi sono entrato per prendere la chiave~ Se siete preoccupati per la sicurezza, è meglio non prenotarla. Dipende dalla fortuna se la serratura della porta è chiusa. Abbiamo chiuso la porta a chiave la notte e abbiamo scoperto che si poteva aprire facilmente la mattina dopo. Se non vi interessano i tre punti precedenti e non avete esigenze particolari per quanto riguarda le condizioni di alloggio, la baita è per lo più economica, con acqua calda e riscaldamento, proprio ai piedi della montagna innevata, e l'ambiente è comunque fantastico. Naturalmente, le baite in legno qui sono tutte molto buone. Si consiglia di sceglierne una vicino al centro. Comodi trasporti, cibo e bevande.

Это восхитительное место, восхитительная атмосфера, идеальная чистота, очень много милых мелочей в отеле продуманных, тишина, красота, вкусный завтрак, чудесный аромат, косметика итальянская в душе, Борис на ресепшен - просто сделал наш день! Очень позитивно и радушно принял нас, заселил, подсказал очень вкусное место для ужина. На территории гамаки, качельки, приятная музыка, атмосфера восхитительная. Изначально думали про отель Rooms, но ни разу не пожалели о своем выборе. В румс просто сходили после выезда кофе попили. Завтракали у себя в отеле. Этот отель оставил самое теплое впечатление о поездке в Грузию!

Un bel hotel. Molto ospite. Possiamo prendere una torta. Un delizioso colazione, diverse foto attaccate. La stanza per 2 adulti e un bambino di 8 anni con colazione è uscito 3700. Ci sono un parcheggio per la macchina. Ancora un odore folle di letti da letto. Molto felice e consigliabile!

We booked 2 cabins and they were gorgeous. A few things were missing like towels but they were brought after which were fine. Would be great if they could provide extra toilet roll, kitchen towels and floor mat. The bathroom floor was wet as there was no shower curtain. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay and wished it was better weather. The surrounding was peaceful and beautiful.

Есть кухня-столовая, где можно попить чай кафе, разогреть свою еду, приготовить что то простое, поесть Администратор Лали внимательная, приветливая, обаятельня и гостеприимная. Although the checking in process was delayed by quite a while due to the previous guest not leaving on time, the room is perfect for a single traveller or maybe couples.Its only about ten minutes walk to the Bin lift and rentals shops are everywhere, its also right above Spar where you get basically any groceries you need for your stay.
