Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Chiba, Giappone

recently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

Questo posto è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Narita ed è pulito e semplice e il prezzo è buono. Ci tornerei se dovessi prendere un volo in ritardo o un volo in anticipo la mattina successiva. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era piuttosto piccola, ma perfettamente accettabile per una sola persona. La colazione era abbastanza buona, con un sacco di cose diverse tra cui scegliere. Il personale era molto gentile e amichevole. C'è un minimarket accanto al check-in al primo piano e ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. Il che è stato fantastico perché non ero preparato allo stile di spina a due poli del Giappone (il mio laptop è a tre poli). Ha anche del cibo di base, persino del pollo cotto caldo che ho apprezzato dopo il mio arrivo di notte. Il posto fornisce gratuitamente indumenti da notte, pantofole, dentifricio e spazzolino da denti e qualche altro articolo. C'è una navetta aeroportuale che va e viene dall'aeroporto a intervalli regolari. Ma quando sono arrivato all'aeroporto sono rimasto un po' deluso perché era difficile trovare le informazioni su dove andare e quando arrivano gli autobus: speravo che Trip.com fornisse queste informazioni, o almeno un link al sito web principale dell'hotel, ma invece ho dovuto cercarlo da solo e alla fine l'ho trovato sul loro sito web (anche se non ricordo più i dettagli).

The hotel's location is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. However, even though the hotels looks clean… if you are a person with attention to details like me, you will notice things that most ignore. Our room was extremely dusty seems like the lights, AC was never cleaned. The shower head was broken, water was apliting… for the price we pay it could be way better. The staff are helpfulfull

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

too much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful. Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!! Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller. Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!

In generale, è molto bella, sono sorpresa. Le strutture convenienti sono anche molto utili, perché ho dimenticato i denti.Se c'è un cappello ad alto specchio nella stanza di cambio, sarò molto grato.Non mi interessa il suono dello spazio adiacente, voglio usarlo di nuovo.

Il soggiorno nel Famy Hotel è stato un piacere pulito buon colazione e un personale molto buono di ricezione specialmente Kozo che è stato amichevole e molto utile altamente raccomandato chiuso al Makuhari hongo st.. Solo 45 minuti da Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) Ho soggiornato lì 8 notti appena arrivato Onsen con sauna al top e locale Hal’’ vedere ristorante alimentare al top se si è lazy a uscire a mangiare il business base e buono o se si vuole avere una soluzione più conveniente e don Non si preoccupi di un 45 minuti di viaggio a Tokyo anche facile da raggiungere l'aeroporto un modo con Kristi linea così da dare una buona soluzione .

Mi è piaciuto davvero stare in questo hotel. Il check-in è effettuato utilizzando una macchina, che può essere un po' difficile all'inizio. Devi mostrare il tuo passaporto, e il nome dell'ospite deve corrispondere alla prenotazione. Una volta che si passa attraverso questo, il processo è in realtà molto veloce. L'hotel offre tutte le strutture disponibili, quindi non è necessario portare i propri cure cutanee o i bagni. Sono anche forniti pigiama, che è molto conveniente. La stanza è buona per due persone. Non è piccola, non è spazzatura. Tutto si sente compatto e ben organizzato. Il bagno ha un bagno, e il asciugacapelli funziona bene. C'è una lavatrice sul 7° piano, che è molto utile, soprattutto se si rimane più a lungo o viaggia con la famiglia. L'ubicazione è molto conveniente. Se viaggiate con bambini, questo posto è molto familiare e facile da muoversi senza sentirsi stanco. JR e accesso alla metropolitana sono proprio li', si va solo al primo piano. L'unico ribasso è il costo della stazione di Tokyo, dove un tour per adulti può essere circa ¥423–569 su JR. Vi sono molte opzioni alimentari nelle vicinanze, dai ristoranti a Daiso, Donki, negozi e anche AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park è anche facile da raggiungere, circa 20 minuti da JR con un prezzo di solo ¥230. Guardate dalla camera bella. È possibile vedere il risalto del sole e anche il tramonto. Ci siamo fermati al 10° piano a destra. In generale, ero molto soddisfatto di questo hotel e sarei felice di rimanere qui di nuovo.

La camera standard era molto soddisfatta, perché era abbastanza spaziosa con una tavola piccola (alta) accanto a una piccola banca cucita, il piccolo frigo era abbastanza freddo e ci era spazio per la caldaia e le mutande sopra. Il caffè era disponibile tutto il giorno al piano di ricezione all'interno della zona del colazione. Ci hanno chiesto di scegliere l'ora per il colazione e questa procedura ci ha permesso di trovare una tavola quando siamo arrivati al mattino. Il colazione era modesto ma delizioso. Una cosa da notare per coloro che potrebbero avere un problema al ginocchio: il piano del bagno nella stanza era sollevato almeno dieci pollici dal suolo, e l'ingresso e l'uscita erano fatti con qualche cura. Era uno di quei vecchi bagni prefab, ma era ben mantenuto e molto pulito. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno e ci rivolgeremo.

L'ultima tappa del viaggio in solitaria in Giappone dei miei due figli. Hanno trovato la camera molto spaziosa, probabilmente a confronto con quelle più piccole di Tokyo e Kyoto. Con la fretta di prendere la navetta gratuita dell'hotel per l'aeroporto alle 10, i ragazzi si sono dimenticati di fare il check-out. Solo una volta arrivati in aeroporto si sono ricordati di avere ancora la chiave della camera con sé. Hanno contattato l'hotel tramite Ctrip. L'hotel non solo ha gestito il check-out, ma ha anche rassicurato i ragazzi, dicendo loro di non lasciarsi rovinare l'umore da questo inconveniente. Davvero un bel gesto da parte loro. La prossima volta che voleremo da Narita, torneremo sicuramente qui.
