Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Chiba, Giappone

recently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto e offre un servizio navetta per portarti da e per l'aeroporto. Check-in molto comodo e veloce e camera pulita, un tipico Toyoko Inn, ma la camera era sorprendentemente la più grande che abbia mai visto in Giappone, persino più grande delle dimensioni degli Stati Uniti. Location was great! right by the west exit for JR Chiba station - very luggage friendly station as well a 24hr Lawson right outside the 2nd floor entrance and a 7/11 down on the ground floor. Staff were polite, easy self storage for luggage by the check in area. Self check in was great, amenities and robes by the elevator before heading up and overall loation is perfect for sightseeing and oneward travels to and from Narita airport or into Tokyo.

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

È un motel più vecchio con personale domestico che lavorano nell'industria ospite per un po'. Sono arrivato prima del check in tempo (3pm ~), sono stato controllato appena prima delle 3pm che non mi aspettavo. Personale cortese, amichevole. Il colazione è stato incluso nel soggiorno di 2 notti - era un semplice pasto giapponese che era facile da mangiare - un servizio gratuito di riso e zuppa. Il personale ha reso l’atmosfera accogliente con costante attenzione agli ospiti chiedendo loro se volessero più di quello che era disponibile. La stanza 720 era di fronte all'autostrada occupata, ma aveva anche una vista grande che includeva l'albero del cielo. Il personale di pulizia era principalmente straniero, tutti giovani e gentili, e si chiesero se fosse necessario rimuovere la gomma e pulire le stanze. Non ho avuto la possibilità di provare il ristorante su 10F o il bagno pubblico e la sauna - forse la prossima volta. Suggerimenti: (1) custodia: una polvere veloce con il personale di pulizia (polvere di piombo se non i tessuti bagnati) - l'hotel è pulito e anche se non è un hotel 5 stelle fa una differenza. I filtri dell'aria del bagno possono essere facilmente puliti con tessuti bagnati. (2) carte di camera per la pulizia- più specifico di una carta non disturbare. Questo risparmierà tempo per i custodi quando si accenderanno le porte della camera per chiedere se le camere devono essere pulite. Possono concentrarsi sulla pulizia e fare un lavoro migliore in un hotel che è stato tenuto in servizio per un po'.

Ottima zona con supermercato in base e cibo ovunque. anche un Don Quijote vicino. Con treni JR 3-4 min passeggiata. La distanza da Shibuya ecc può essere un problema. Non si lamenta del prezzo. I viaggiatori solitari sono perfettamente adattati, possono essere leggermente convulsi per un paio.

La camera standard era molto soddisfatta, perché era abbastanza spaziosa con una tavola piccola (alta) accanto a una piccola banca cucita, il piccolo frigo era abbastanza freddo e ci era spazio per la caldaia e le mutande sopra. Il caffè era disponibile tutto il giorno al piano di ricezione all'interno della zona del colazione. Ci hanno chiesto di scegliere l'ora per il colazione e questa procedura ci ha permesso di trovare una tavola quando siamo arrivati al mattino. Il colazione era modesto ma delizioso. Una cosa da notare per coloro che potrebbero avere un problema al ginocchio: il piano del bagno nella stanza era sollevato almeno dieci pollici dal suolo, e l'ingresso e l'uscita erano fatti con qualche cura. Era uno di quei vecchi bagni prefab, ma era ben mantenuto e molto pulito. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno e ci rivolgeremo.

Dall'inizio della pianificazione del mio viaggio di 15 giorni in Giappone, ho subito prenotato il Narita Excel Hotel Tokyu. Il nostro volo di ritorno per Singapore era alle 8 del mattino, il che significava dover essere all'aeroporto di Narita prima delle 6:30. L'hotel offriva proprio il servizio di navetta aeroportuale di cui avevamo bisogno! Abbiamo anche approfittato del servizio navetta dell'hotel: il giorno prima, da Asakusa, abbiamo preso un treno diretto per l'aeroporto di Narita e da lì la navetta dedicata dell'hotel per il check-in. Rispetto a cambiare treno più volte da Asakusa per raggiungere l'hotel, questa soluzione si è rivelata molto più pratica. Sebbene l'hotel offrisse la colazione, i nostri tempi non ce l'hanno permesso, quindi non abbiamo potuto gustare l'abbondante buffet. Sarà per la prossima volta! Quel giorno piovigginava, così abbiamo preso in prestito un ombrello dalla reception dell'hotel e siamo andati a piedi a un grande supermercato lì vicino per fare gli ultimi acquisti. La pulizia e le strutture dell'hotel erano impeccabili, il personale si è dimostrato molto professionale e con un'eccellente attitudine al servizio. La prossima volta che tornerò in Giappone, se dovessi avere un volo di ritorno così presto al mattino, soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo al Narita Excel Hotel Tokyu per una notte!
