Conveniently located outside terminal 5 and connected with the Heathrow Pods. Bed is super comfy in an otherwise basic room facing the car park. Staff was indifferent - guess they wouldn’t invest so much in us transient guest. A decent hotel overall for the price paid.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Luton Airport and had a generally positive experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for early morning flights, as it is just a short walk or shuttle ride from the terminal. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a particularly comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep before an early flight. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and assisting with any queries. The on-site restaurant offers a decent variety of meals, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good range of options. Room service was prompt, and the food quality was satisfactory. The hotel also provides good amenities, including a fitness centre, free Wi-Fi, and business services, with ample parking for those driving in. However, being close to the airport does bring some inevitable noise from the planes. While the windows are soundproofed, light sleepers might still notice it. While the convenience is a huge plus, the rates can be on the higher side compared to other nearby accommodations, so it's worth booking in advance to secure a better deal. The immediate area around the hotel is quite utilitarian, with few attractions or dining options outside the hotel itself. Nevertheless, the Holiday Inn Luton Airport is a solid choice for those prioritising convenience and comfort before or after a flight. The staff’s hospitality and the hotel’s amenities make it a pleasant stay despite some minor drawbacks.

I needed a night at the airport before an early flight and this hotel was easy to walk to (about 10mins). I only had a small carry so bag - I’m not sure I would do it with heavy luggage.

Sono rimasto qui per due notti. All'arrivo il personale della reception era molto accogliente e il check-in era veloce ed efficiente. Ho avuto una stanza sul quarto piano con vista sulla stazione di dardo e gli aerei che salgono dall'aeroporto. Non c'era nulla di buono, la stanza era senza spot e aveva un buon numero di accessori, punti USB, ferro, sicurezza, ecc. I miei colleghi e io abbiamo cenato all'hotel. Ancora una volta il personale era amichevole, ma non c'era niente di speciale sul cibo. Tbh, questo (e la mancanza di ciechi neri) è stato il motivo per cui non ho dato il cinque stelle completo. Il nostro soggiorno di notte in questo hotel ci ha fatto piacere. Eravamo una famiglia di 3 e condividevamo una stanza. Il personale era molto accogliente e efficiente sul desk front when we check in. Una volta in camera ci sorprese molto piacevolmente di vedere quanto bene il letto di tiro era per mio figlio più anziano. Infatti era un letto di divano doppio. Era molto forte e aveva una mattress molto decente (a differenza di altri hotel di alta qualità che abbiamo soggiornato). La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto quello che poteva essere necessario, tra cui la tavola di ferro e la tavola di ferro come standard. Il personale è molto amichevole e ha un buon soggiorno a prezzi molto elevati.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were very helpful and the room was to a good standard. Hani was very helpful and great to talk to. A real asset to the company. I will definitely stay here again when I need somewhere to stay in the area. Keep up the good work guys

I needed somewhere reasonably priced as I was in Bedford for an early appointment. I found it on a 3rd party booking platform and booked as it has good reviews, I didn't even think to check tripadvisor, until the day before check in and by then it was too late to cancel after reading all the poor reviews on here. Anyway, we arrived and the parking is plentiful. A few disabled bays. The lobby is very nice, and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We requested something not too far away (from the reviews on here), and they obliged. We didn't have breakfast here as it is rather expensive...£15 per person. They do buffet dinner too and that's not cheap either...about £25 or 30 per person. We decided to get takeaway delivery instead. The room is a bit small for two people, but fine for one. It was OK though for one night. The only thing which was a downer for us was staying here, on the hottest day in England so far this year...all we had was a fan. There is NO air con, we had the windows open until we went to sleep but had to close the window as we were on teh ground floor. So it was a bit of on and off sleep due to the heat. A fan isnt going to cut it but it was only for one night. I'd stay here again should I come to Bedford again.

Sono rimasto qui con più di cento colleghi nel quadro di una conferenza annuale nazionale, ed è stato conveniente avere una stanza nello stesso edificio delle sale di conferenza, perché non ho avuto molto da fare alla fine di un lungo giorno. Ci sono numerose sale di conferenza di diverse dimensioni che sono state utili per distrarre aree/ riunioni più piccole. Il segnale telefonico e la connettività generale sono terribili e lasciano davvero il luogo in giù. Le nostre sessioni plenarie sono state interrotti da video che non potevano essere giocati, dal basso volume audio e dal tentativo di fare una chiamata telefonica è stato molto difficile. Questo è davvero necessario essere ordinato. La mia stanza era di base ma non molto pulita. C’era un lungo capello nel bagno, un piano di bagno con qualche sospetto, e ho chiesto che questo fosse pulito sul mio cammino per cena, e poi mi sono ripreso a trovarlo esattamente lo stesso. Tutte le nostre camere erano occupate da soli, ma i letti da soli non erano stati messi insieme per fare il doppio per più comfort, non si sa perché e quando lo chiedo, non era ancora fatto. La ventilazione è scarsa, l’allarme di fumo è andato via quando ho asciugato i capelli con il secco di gonfiore, e il personale si è svegliato immediatamente per indagare e ho sentito dire che era probabile che fosse una doccia che aveva scatenato l’allarme che suggeriva un problema noto. Come una madre ha detto che la pressione del doccia non esisteva, era come cercare di fare una doccia con. una tazza d'acqua. Le offerte alimentari erano povere e mi piaceva tornare a casa nel mio letto dopo due notti. La prossima volta potrei essere meglio a stare al vicinato Premier Inn, dove alcuni colleghi sono rimasti.
