Hotel a 3 stelle in Victoria, Australia

La camera è un po' piccola e la camera che ci è stata assegnata ha problemi con la doccia d'acqua calda. Tuttavia, l'hotel è abbastanza gentile da fornire un'altra camera per la doccia.

Over the years we have always loved staying at the Victoria Hotel, and is always our first choice, as it is central, well priced, staff are great and rooms are always clean. However our recent one night stay staff mixed up our room with my next reservation and the lady I spoke to on the phone was quite rude when I told her we had a twin room booked not a double and would like to change. (Not a huge deal to us but one we wanted changed) Down at reception this was fixed up by a lovely man who couldn’t apologies enough for the mix up. Once changing our rooms we noticed that the toilet in the new room was leaking all over the bathroom floor when flushed. We did tell reception which was the same lady I spoke to on the phone, she told us she would get someone to come and fix it, which wasn’t a problem again as we were out the rest of the time. I also mention there was no tv remote as I didn’t want to get the blame. Later In The night when we returned the toilet had not been fixed but they had bought a remote. As it was very late and we were checking out the next day we didn’t bother with reception but did let them know again on check out. Hopefully this issue was a once off.

Un ostello con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La fermata del tram è vicina. Il centro città è raggiungibile in tram in circa 20-25 minuti. Doccia calda sempre disponibile. La camera era sufficientemente calda per dormire, anche in inverno. Ho soggiornato in una camerata da 6 persone, ma durante la mia permanenza c'erano solo 3 letti occupati (incluso il mio). Quindi, se cercate un soggiorno tranquillo, è l'ideale. Anche il personale è stato molto cordiale!

La posizione è vicina al terminal dell'aeroporto di Melbourne. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto impeccabile. Gli autisti e il personale della reception sono disponibili e cordiali. Altamente consigliato.

super lovely staff, let me check in abit earlier and plenty of space in the room with comfy bed :) right near tramline and 15ish min walk to palais theatre where i had a concert so super convenient! no elevator incase you have big luggage but it was fine for me and super cool artwork around the place. thanks!

離淘金鎮的景區滿近的，可以說從景區內就有路可以直接走過來，特別有參加淘金鎮的aura活動的話，晚上的接駁車會送到能步行進酒店最近的地方。 不過我是選擇白天車子停淘金鎮入口停車場，玩完後再取車開到這家酒店的入口辦入住，兩者應該都滿方便的。 至於酒店本身，外觀看起來像是澳洲上世紀的農村建築，應該是為了要符合淘金鎮的刻意仿古的風格。 然後房間的話，比較像是印象中看到的歐美校園的風格，都是紅磚牆，連床具、廁所等的感覺也滿像的，不過整體還行，就是符合他的價位的房間內裝，這價格在這巴拉瑞特地區算滿划算的。 然後前台是沒24小時前台的，得打電話等人來check in及check out，澳洲似乎很多地方都這樣。

Very great location, not too far from Southern Cross. If you're carrying luggage be aware there are stairs leading up to the entrance. Check in was really easy. We were there 30 minutes before our check in time but we were able to get in straight away. All we needed to show was proof of ID. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean however no proper window looking outside which was a shame. There are complementary coffee and tea and milk packets. Stayed for one night only but would visit again.

La scelta di scherzetto. Le condizioni dell'alloggio sono buone in tutti gli aspetti. È necessario prestare attenzione che l'hotel ha un terreno di giardino da una parte e una strada da una parte.

Molto bello e pulito, buon cibo al ristorante, vicino al tram e Treno.

Questa seconda volta è stata aspettata, andare all'aeroporto per il volo presto e arrivare a 15 minuti a piedi.Se è conveniente, è una buona scelta vicino all'aeroporto di Melbourne.Il personale è anche molto amichevole e paziente. Se c'è una grande scatola da prestare attenzione, senza elettricità, siamo al secondo piano due volte, quindi va bene.
