Hotel a 3 stelle in Victoria, Australia

L'appartamento era senza spot, confortevole e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è fantastica, con facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici, ai ristoranti e alle principali attrazioni di Melbourne, rendendola una base perfetta per esplorare la città. In generale, ha offerto un grande valore per i soldi, e non esitaremmo a rimanere qui di nuovo per la nostra prossima visita a Melbourne.

Benvenuto presso il receptionista. Servizio fantastico. Qualità e servizio a par eccellenza. Molto vicino alle stazioni di treno. Il Best Western era perfettamente buono per il mio viaggio d'affari di una notte a Melbourne, abbastanza pulito e molto ben situato.La mia unica vera denuncia è che mancavano le attrezzature di base; non c'era pasta o acqua in bottiglia nella stanza. Non mi ha rovinato il soggiorno, ma aggiungere questi semplici comfort andrebbe a lungo per gli ospiti di breve durata.

Had a great stay in Melbourne! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, making it very convenient for airport transfers, day trips, and public transport. Being within the Free Tram Zone was a huge bonus, allowing us to explore Melbourne CBD easily without additional transport costs. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and attractions nearby, all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for convenience, accessibility, and value for money in Melbourne. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space. Room was basic but clean. Insulation of the room was not good. It was cold as we can feel the cold air entering the room from the window and door edges. Heater wasn’t functioning. Easy check out. Location ok. Not worth for the price we paid.

L'hotel era vicino a diverse stazioni ferroviarie e del tram, il che rendeva facile raggiungere una varietà di percorsi e linee. Nelle vicinanze c'erano anche molti ottimi posti dove mangiare e bere, dal caffè del mattino e il matcha del pomeriggio a fragranti pasticcini e confortanti piatti caldi. Anche se alcuni locali non erano proprio a due passi, erano comunque facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, tra cui Little Rogue, Matcha Kobo, Puzzle Coffee, Time After Time, Lulu’s Malaysian Hawker e molti altri. Vale anche la pena menzionare che sono arrivato a Melbourne prima del previsto e ho chiamato l'hotel per chiedere quando la camera sarebbe stata pronta. Il personale è stato puntuale e affidabile, infatti ho potuto fare il check-in esattamente all'orario che mi avevano comunicato.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Quality Hotel Westmeadows per la seconda volta e ancora una volta non sono stato deluso. L'intero processo è stato senza sosta, da scegliere la mia camera standard a chiamarli al mio arrivo all'aeroporto di Melbourne e a chiamare per il loro servizio di autobus complementare Ho aspettato 10 minuti per il buon conducente di autobus e quando arrivate alla reception dopo un viaggio di 5 minuti siete salutati dalla squadra più amichevole. Il mio bagno era assolutamente senza spot e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per la notte. Ho avuto un buffet colazione che ha una buona selezione più un caffè sorprendente da una piccola macchina. Ho avuto un divertimento con la bella signora che gestisce il buffet. Solo un passo veloce di 5 minuti sulla strada sono poche buone cibo e un po' più lungo un paio di posti di cibo rapido. Non posso davvero indebolire il posto o il personale e consigliarlo a chiunque voglia la comodità di un posto per stare vicino all'aeroporto a buon prezzo.

Spacious, hearthy and very comfortable stay. Right next to the famous 12 Apostles (10 min drive) it is extremely convenient for sunset and sunrise visits and also close by to so many other viewpoints on the last stretch of the Great Ocean road! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute home style unit, with all thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, car parking right next to the unit, nice sitout area in the back with a wooden bench. While there were only 2 of us, but we felt that this unit is great valu for money as it can easily accommodate a large family of 5-7 people (1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds and large couches in the living room) Very warm & welcoming and definitely recommend if you're passing through Port Campbell!

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Attualmente è l'ostello per backpacker più caro di Melbourne. La vista sulla città dalla sala comune è fantastica. Se chiedono così tanto, non dovrebbero almeno offrire il deposito bagagli gratuito? Lo custodiscono solo fino a mezzanotte, dopodiché fanno pagare... Ostelli molto più economici come Bounce e YH Nomad offrono il deposito bagagli gratuito. Anche se l'obiettivo è guadagnare, questo non è giusto. Dovreste riflettere su questa politica.

It's an old place..carpets are too old and looked unclean..Unclean beneath and beside the cots..Need a good tidy up and freshness... Friendly staff.. Food area was well looked after..
