The Hotel itself is very good, and for the price, it should be.
However, if you are arriving by plane, you have to get the shuttle bus, to the Luton Airport Parkway railway Station and then transverse the station in order to get to the hotel.
Alternatively you can take the A bus or the 100, which stops outside the hotel.
Nobody tells you this.
The breakfast is good.

Hair in every bed I saw as I had to change room at about midnight as I checked in late that day. Yellow stain on a mattress cover. The manager was speaking loud in the corridors even though it was late. He told me that he was happy to refund me so I would leave when I explained that I was only trying to find a solution and wanted to sleep. I was offered complementary water. The breakfast consisted in non fresh items mainly and the pots containing yogurt were not clean.

Room, staff and service was very good. Cooked breakfast was awful bacon like cardboard, sausage over cooked and tasteless, scrambled egg dry and tasteless very dissapointing

Stay was okay for it's purpose. Food was average and menu could be improved. I would eat out if you have a choice. I wouldn't eat there again. They serve frozen boxed cheap fish and not worth the price. The breakfast choice was average. However the service in the hotel offered throughout was good.
