We wish to give our deepest gratitude to all the staff especially the front desk ladies in this lovely hotel. The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with warm hospitality and welcoming smiles. The lady assisted us with our travels by giving us tips on getting around using the public transport. Upon checking into the clean, spacious and comfortable room, we requested for two pairs of bathroom slippers. We are deeply moved when the aunty cleaner lady came back with two pairs of new rubber slippers. She was assigned to go to the nearest store to buy the two pairs of slippers. Thank you again. We slept very well for three nights here. The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers, perfect for hotel guests. The breakfast was superb. For three days continuously, they served a variety of food. Another perfect💯 score for the kitchen staff as well as the hardworking staff in the dining room who ensured that the food served is always sufficient for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is also great as it is easy to move around using public bus as well as taxis. The surrounding areas also have lots of eating shops and restaurants. Thank you to all of you in this lovely hotel for making our stay in Zhongwei so memorable.

La camera è grande e pulita. Doccia e bagni separati. La posizione è vicino ai vigneti, ma sono lontani e pochi tra loro. Grapejoy offre una tour della loro struttura viticola e un gusto gratuito dei loro vini. Non ci sono lampade stradali fuori Grapejoy, ma se siete in una macchina che va bene. I booked this hotel room based on the reviews provided by past customers on trip. com website. I fully agree with the 10/10 score given by other guests because this hotel is strategically located in the center of the ancient part of Yinchuan city. It is easy to travel around and to the outskirts of Yinchuan from the hotel by public buses. The hotel staff are always ready to assist us and respond immediately to our requests and needs. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. If I have the chance to visit Yinchuan again, I will choose Shen Hua hotel (Gulou branch) again. Highly recommended.

This is a good modern hotel that provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast bar is great, and the hotel location provides easy access (by Didi or taxi) to the train and bus stations, as well as Guyuan's outstanding museum. Only problems were having to overcome receiving two room key cards (one of which stopped working after a day), problem with the standard wifi authorization (room number and name). The night latch was broken/ non-functional. That wasn't a big problem, but reveals poor attention to facility maintenance/repair. An oddity was that each elevator ride was punctuated by a loud noise that sounded like a dog's bark. I'm not sure what that noise reveals about the elevator mechanism. All options taken into account, I'd definitely consider staying in this hotel on any future visit to Guyuan.

All'alloggio in questo hotel è come aprire un giardino, e mi sorprende davvero. L'hotel è una nuova struttura aperta, il servizio del personale è particolarmente attento, ci ha anche dato bevande, l'intelligenza in tutta la casa, è davvero molto conveniente, può controllare la finestra, la TV, Il cappuccio è ancora una decorazione elettrica riscaldata nell'atmosfera semplice, e si consiglia di rimanere!

Of all the camps in the area to choose from I highly recommend staying at this particular one. The manager Wang Shiquan and his team are incredibly good hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. As a foreigner I felt incredibly welcomed and included. The tents are of really good quality and very roomy. The beds are really comfy too. The activities are also plentiful with quad biking, camel riding and sandboarding. Shapotou is very close by too with much to do. Ningxia is definitely an underrated province and I highly recommend anyone to come and see it and experience the kind hospitality of it's people from this camp. Thank you for a great stay.
