The InterContinental Marseille is undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in Marseille. Housed in a converted historical hospital, it offers a unique and charming ambiance. The breakfast served at the Terrace boasts breathtaking views and includes delicious freshly made waffles and refreshing orange juice. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. However, upon our late arrival at 11pm, we were disappointed to find only cold sandwiches available for room service.

La camera dell'hotel è molto piccola, con finestre piccole e senza balcone. La camera è stata rinnovata di recente e non ha odore. La biancheria da letto è molto buona e il letto è comodo. L'acqua della vasca è piccola, il bagno è piccolo e il lavandino è angusto. Non c'è la piscina e la palestra è molto piccola. La colazione è semi-buffet, abbastanza buona e con poca scelta. Il personale di servizio è entusiasta.

Niente di cui lamentarsi per la camera e l'arredamento in generale. il tetto con la vista e la piscina è assolutamente sublime, è molto piacevole, il personale è molto attento e premuroso, unico punto negativo, il centro benessere è leggermente deludente, le strutture sono vecchie, non molto ben arredate e illuminate, non lo fa evidenziare la spa, manca una jacuzzi ma il personale della spa è super top e fanno il miglior massaggio. In termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo, è il miglior 5 stelle di Nizza! E il fatto di non essere sul lungomare, ma siamo comunque poco distanti da 10 min a piedi e la passeggiata è molto bella, è davvero compensato dal tetto che è il punto migliore dell'hotel.

Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

This hotel is beautiful but up on the hill. But car cannot drive to hotel entrance. There is a car valet service at the entrance of the road. Thank God for the two great porters that helped to carry our luggages up to our rooms. Great room with spectacular view and a sauna pool overlooking the hills. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel is amazing!!! Must try, very romantic and food is delicious, server is attentive.

One of the most unforgettable experience in my life! The hotel is beautiful situated! Our room is modern and clean! I enjoyed having a stroll in the beautiful garden! It was amazing to have wine tasting and Michelin starred dinner in the hotel. The entire experience was exclusive! I enjoyed staying in this chateau hotel with my husband. It’s one of the highlights in our honeymoon trip.

Mi piace molto l'hotel, la posizione geografica e il servizio sono molto buoni. Infrastrutture: la piscina è grande, la temperatura dell'acqua è alta Ambiente: grande lode, e'molto piacevole sedersi vicino alla piscina con la colazione e il champagne Servizio: molto buono e intimo

La vasca da bagno in camera è stata progettata senza tenda da doccia, il che è un po' scomoda da usare. Tutto il resto è molto buono e la zona è abbastanza grande. Hotel molto ben situato vicino al centro di Arles. Ottimo accoglienza e presentazione di qualità

L'hotel è buono. Il costo di Trip.com è troppo alto. Più di 2100 hotel determinati al momento della partenza in casa sono diventati più di 1800 all'hotel.La differenza di hotel determinata a Ginevra è stata di oltre 400 yuan. Si consiglia di cancellare la decisione. Arrivare in anticipo all'hotel e tornare indietro per acquistare alla reception

We stayed in Sofitel Marseille for 3 nights in the summer of 2023. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the old port of Marseille where all the shops and restaurants are located. It takes about a 15-minute walk to get from the hotel all the way to the centre of the old port so the hotel is fairly insulated from the hustle and bustle of the old port. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated but the interiors feel very fresh, clean and bright. We upgraded our room to a deluxe room facing the old port at the reception and we thought it was worth it. We never tired of waking up to a view of the old port with a clear blue sky. The room itself was quite clean and spacious. There was enough room to open up two luggages and still move around comfortably. There is also a turn down service where the staff will put out the bedroom slippers and play some nice Jazz music when you come back. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning would turn off in the middle of the night. The air conditioning control did not seem to work and it seems like the air conditioning is centrally controlled so the in-room controls did nothing. I could not sleep the first night as it was too warm and stuffy so we asked for a ventilateur (fan) the next day. That helped us to sleep better. Obviously, if you are planning to stay during the winter months then the heat at night should not be an issue. The staff at the reception were always pleasant, warm, friendly and polite. We were upsold the room with a view when we checked in so that should say something about how friendly the staff were. It was EUR70 per night for the room with a view and it included overnight parking (EUR27 per night) so it was really only about EUR50 extra per night. The valet and the concierge were all very helpful and nice and they all speak English well enough. If you intend to park here, do note that the roads within the hotel property can be quite narrow and the parking lots are quite narrow as well. It may be worthwhile getting the valet to help you park your car at least for the first day because driving from the car rental agencies at the Marseille train station to the hotel was stressful enough for us. We paid around EUR300 - 350 a night but we thought it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Molto bel hotel nel cuore di M****ille. Camera spaziale e tranquilla. Personale molto professionale. Esposizione contemporanea nelle scale che aiuta fortemente a fare molti incubi di notte. Problema di doccia con rapida inondazione della camera da bagno e della camera, incluso moquette. Odor molto forte al nostro arrivo di prodotti chimici nella camera del pulizia della moquette. Ottimo soggiorno.

호텔이 너무 예쁘고 만족스러웠어요 공주 대접 받는 기분이라 신혼여행숙소로 최고 였던것 같아요. 다음에도 엑상프로방스 올기회가 생기면 또 오고 싶어요~

超級無敵喜歡的度假空間，有户外泳池，能看到非常美麗的南法自然景觀和山，服務超好，早餐也很好吃非常豐盛，house keeping及時，有暖床服務。就是也沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，當天入住的時候indoor spa和泳池在維修沒有享受到。周圍啥也沒有，適合自駕和度蜜月，如果要去小鎮有班車。機場過來打車挺貴的。非常好的體驗啦在南法！
