Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

We stayed here for just the evening. We walked to the baseball game and back. It was a quick stay and did not spend much time in our room. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the check in was smooth and easy. I was able to get signed up for the Marriott membership.

L'hotel dispone di un lobby immacolato e di personale amichevole. La stanza era pulita con tipiche attrezzi attesi. Dispongono di un ampio centro fitness con una buona selezione di attrezzature. Non c'è piscina o colazione gratuita, ma questo hotel ha incontrato tutto quello che mi serviva.

Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente. La posizione era grande. Tutto quello che ci serviva era a piedi di distanza per noi. Il bersaglio non era troppo lontano, abbastanza vicino da camminare. Dritto dalla Mall del Pavilione. La zona non sembrava male al momento in cui eravamo li'. Abbiamo fatto un torneo di volleyball al centro convenzionale e la passeggiata era di circa 5 minuti. Super veloce. L'unica mia denuncia era che non c'è una microonde nella stanza. Tuttavia c'è un frigo. Il parcheggio era costoso, quindi ho usato l'app Spot Hero e parcheggiato nel parcheggio proprio dietro l'hotel. Letteralmente a piedi 2 minuti o meno. Era inferiore a $30 per parcheggiare venerdì fino a lunedì. Ma leggere i termini se decide di farlo. Non si può entrare e uscire se si parcheggia lì. È solo parcheggiare e lasciare la vostra auto fino a quando non si è fatto con il vostro soggiorno e lasciare. Le camere erano pulite e la vista non era grande ma decente. Nessuna piscina all'interno ma c'è una piscina al tetto che è aperto stagionale. Non durante i mesi freddi, ma in generale è stato un bel soggiorno.

Il personale era molto amichevole. Hotel situato in una grande posizione con molte opzioni per cena. Bottiglie d'acqua gratuite al desk aiutarono in modo enorme. Il ristorante dell'hotel era bello. Divertente.

Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

The room itself was good, but we were really disappointed that the hot tub and swimming pool were closed for maintenance during our stay. I specifically called the hotel before booking to confirm if the hot tub and pool would be available, and I was told they were fully functional. That was the main reason I chose this hotel. I feel misled, and honestly, it was a waste of money given that the main amenities we were looking forward to were unavailable.
