Отель отличный! Новый, сверкающий, чистейший! Номер очень просторный! Кровать удобнейшая, бельё белоснежное, качественное. Завтрак хороший, на 7/10. Хотелось бы ещё свежих овощей, зелени. Из минусов, отель расположен далековато от ж/д вокзала и старого города. Автобус ходит, но интервалы бывают по 30 минут.

Хорошая комната, единственное надо заморочиться что бы попасть во внутрь. На домофона надо найти название отеля, среди жильцов. Это делается стрелками вверх вниз, потом нажать звоночек. Мне не сообщили номер комнаты, дали только код входной двери, он же код комнаты, благо на этаже всего 6 комнат, ходил набирал свой код к каждой двери, конечно моя последняя, а в общем неплохо все

Siamo stati di nuovo qui e siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto! Appartamento pulito, letto comodissimo, terrazzo gradevole, comodo check-in indipendente a qualsiasi ora. 1 km dal centro storico, un paio di km dalla spiaggia cittadina, vicina la stazione centrale e di fronte un grande supermercato; La zona è piena di caffè e nella strada vicina potrete anche acquistare le ostriche più fresche.

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Hotel molto buono, edificio vecchio ma molto confortevole, design e illuminazione delle camere molto facili da usare, anche il bagno è molto moderno, l'hotel è ben tenuto. Nella stanza è presente una semplice cucina che, anche se la maggior parte degli ospiti non può utilizzare, può percepire il vero ambiente di vita degli abitanti dei trulli. Poiché gli hotel sono tutti vecchi trulli indipendenti, il luogo della reception è nel centro del paese. Dopo il check-in, il servizio clienti vi guiderà alla camera e al parcheggio dell'hotel. Il servizio è molto premuroso ed entusiasta. Per i turisti vale la pena provarlo e consigliarlo.

UUtente ospiteUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking. The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location. I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place. I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room! I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused. Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside. I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees. After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages. The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water. It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.” She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me! I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful. If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts. Don't give this rude lady business. I never did get to play a game of billiards.

UUtente ospiteÈ stata una buona idea scegliere di stare al Trullidea! In primo luogo, la posizione è grande - nel centro del villaggio di Alberobello Trulli, ma un po' lontano che lo sveglia ancora più comodo. La casa ha tutto quello che ti serve: piccola cucina, con caffè e altre strutture, vasca da bagno, letto grande e un sedile. Il personale di Trullidea è anche perfetto e vi dirà tutto quello che avete bisogno di sapere sul villaggio e tutti i luoghi che meritano di visitare. Il colazione è servito in un caffè vicino e consisteva di formaggio buffola, prosciuto, pan e caffè - tutto super fresco e supergustoso! Raccomando Trulliidea e le loro belle case per un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole a Alberobello!

Ppaulrob200Ottimo ubicazione, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla porta posteriore, offre accesso diretto al centro storico brillante. È molto piacevole soggiornare all'Hotel Arryvo. È molto moderno, design moderno, con letto confortevole e camere pulite. Un bel posto a sedere sul primo piano e un grande caffè/restaurante. Il colazione è una la carta dal menu e è stato un rinfrescante cambiamento dalla norma del buffet. La lavastoviglie e le macchine da asciugare sul sito sono stati un massiccio bonus. Benvenuti al ricevimento al check-in, estremamente utile e simile al check-out. Rimango assolutamente ancora se ritorno a Lecce in futuro.

Il manager/persona responsabile era molto cortese e attento, ci ha consentito di entrare più tardi e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il processo con chat e video. Era sempre un messaggio/telefono e ha risposto piuttosto rapidamente. Situato perfettamente e solo a piedi di supermercato, farmacia, caffè, negozi e posti da mangiare. Inoltre, solo un breve viaggio da luoghi sorprendenti per visitare. Vorrei certamente raccomandare e considerare la prenotazione di nuovo quando torno in zona.

LLittle Prince 小王子The location on Main street with palm trees ist best and very cliose to the port with many restaurants. The building is historic but the rooms are new and well designed and big. There is AC. It is a 10 min. walk from the train station where the bus feom the airport arrives. The breakfast has a good choice and egg dishes and freshly squeezed orange juice can be paid extra. Veey comfortable bed and quiet room with bakcony. They will send you the code fir the entrance door by email after the reservation. Would atay there again

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

Shuttle all'aeroporto 24 ore, euro 10 per viaggio (non per persona) durante il giorno, euro 15 durante la notte. Il hotel è pulito, ben tenuto e include tutto quello che volevamo. Wi-Fi gratuito, aria condizionata e un semplice colazione continentale al mattino quando lo volevamo. L'ospite non avrebbe potuto fare di più per noi, molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno, sicuramente tornerà

UUtente ospiteMolto vicino all'aeroporto, quando si cerca il nome dell'hotel che mostra che è all'interno dell'aeroporto, che è sbagliato, è a 20 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto Bari.  I conducenti di taxi prelevano 20Euros per una guida minima, perché è molto vicino. Ho dovuto pagare perché dovevo lasciare a 4AM da solo e non andare per questa volta. Molto bel appartamento, grandi bagni. Comfortabile per una notte facile prima di un volo - lontano dalla città - non il luogo dove si desidera andare in turismo nella città.
