Hotel molto buono, edificio vecchio ma molto confortevole, design e illuminazione delle camere molto facili da usare, anche il bagno è molto moderno, l'hotel è ben tenuto. Nella stanza è presente una semplice cucina che, anche se la maggior parte degli ospiti non può utilizzare, può percepire il vero ambiente di vita degli abitanti dei trulli. Poiché gli hotel sono tutti vecchi trulli indipendenti, il luogo della reception è nel centro del paese. Dopo il check-in, il servizio clienti vi guiderà alla camera e al parcheggio dell'hotel. Il servizio è molto premuroso ed entusiasta. Per i turisti vale la pena provarlo e consigliarlo.

Ottimo ubicazione, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla porta posteriore, offre accesso diretto al centro storico brillante. È molto piacevole soggiornare all'Hotel Arryvo. È molto moderno, design moderno, con letto confortevole e camere pulite. Un bel posto a sedere sul primo piano e un grande caffè/restaurante. Il colazione è una la carta dal menu e è stato un rinfrescante cambiamento dalla norma del buffet. La lavastoviglie e le macchine da asciugare sul sito sono stati un massiccio bonus.
Benvenuti al ricevimento al check-in, estremamente utile e simile al check-out. Rimango assolutamente ancora se ritorno a Lecce in futuro.

I didn't get to use the washing machine as it was in use all the time ..but the place was good to stay in . No lift only stairs. Having a kitchen was good. Bus stop very close to get you to train station. Easy walk to the waterfront and town square.

UUtente ospiteUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.

MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

AAkkarpanQuesto posto è tutto incentrato sulla posizione, posizione, posizione: un posto assolutamente fantastico in una città italiana molto turistica e, a 40 $ a notte, non puoi davvero battere il prezzo. È decisamente più un micro-hotel giapponese con tecnologia avanzata. Non c'è reception, niente chiavi, solo il telefono per effettuare il check-in e accedere alla stanza. Per noi ha funzionato bene, ma se stai cercando un'esperienza alberghiera più tradizionale, questa potrebbe non essere la tua atmosfera.
L'edificio in sé è un appartamento convertito, ora diviso in cinque stanze. La comunicazione è stata fantastica: gli host sono stati molto reattivi tramite WhatsApp. Molte recensioni sono entusiaste della pulizia, ma abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo lì. La nostra doccia era intasata e quando è arrivata la manutenzione, hanno tirato fuori quello che sembrava un piccolo barboncino dallo scarico. Ciò ha sicuramente sollevato alcune preoccupazioni su quanto fosse stata accurata la pulizia prima del nostro soggiorno.
Detto questo, una volta risolto il problema, tutto il resto è andato liscio. Se sei abituato a sistemazioni minimaliste e hai solo bisogno di una base fantastica in una posizione fantastica, è una scelta solida. Ma non aspettarti il lusso o l'atmosfera di un hotel con servizi completi. Nel complesso: buono, non eccezionale, ma prenderei in considerazione di tornarci.

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

La strada è un po' rumorosa, ma comunque uso i capelli, quindi non mi sono causato problemi

L'AC è centralmente controllato attraverso l'appartamento e mi sento un po' debole se viaggiate nei mesi più caldi dell'anno, anche è posizionato proprio sopra il letto, quindi non è molto bello perché si soffia proprio sulla testa

CChristutiGrande e spaziosa camera e bagno. Area molto ben tenuta e pulita. Il manager/persona responsabile era molto cortese e attento, ci ha consentito di entrare più tardi e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il processo con chat e video. Era sempre un messaggio/telefono e ha risposto piuttosto rapidamente. Situato perfettamente e solo a piedi di supermercato, farmacia, caffè, negozi e posti da mangiare. Inoltre, solo un breve viaggio da luoghi sorprendenti per visitare. Vorrei certamente raccomandare e considerare la prenotazione di nuovo quando torno in zona.

LLittle Prince 小王子The location on Main street with palm trees ist best and very cliose to the port with many restaurants. The building is historic but the rooms are new and well designed and big. There is AC. It is a 10 min. walk from the train station where the bus feom the airport arrives. The breakfast has a good choice and egg dishes and freshly squeezed orange juice can be paid extra.
Veey comfortable bed and quiet room with bakcony.
They will send you the code fir the entrance door by email after the reservation.

NNadezhdaРасположение апартаментов хорошее, до базилики Николая Чудотворца мин. 10-15 пешком вдоль набережной. До пляжа Pane e Pomodoro тоже не так далеко, приятно прогуляться вдоль набережной, а она красивая в Бари. Старый город рядом и все магазины. Заселение было интересным. В начале надо было зарегистрироваться онлайн, тебе приходит код, на стене у дверей весит сейф набираешь код и забираешь ключи, заходишь в общий коридор у квартиры еще один сеф там тоже лежит ключ непосредственно уже от твоей квартиры. Номер был чистый, не сказать что очень уютный, но мы туда приходили только ночевать. Завтраков не было. А так все понравилось Спасибо.
