⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional hotel, exceptional people A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Azura and its entire team. I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Every one of the staff is very friendly and very helpful everybody treated as family

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Siamo stati qui per 3 notti in un gruppo di sei e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza. L'hotel è moderno, pulito e in una grande posizione con splendide viste sul mare. Le camere erano spaziose, confortevoli e pulite quotidianamente. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e sempre disposto ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda.Il colazione era fresco e offre una buona varietà ogni mattina. La posizione è eccellente, con facile accesso alla città di Sarandë, Ksamil, ristoranti, supermercati e la spiaggia. In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. In definitiva, consiglierei l'Hotel Orchids a coppie, famiglie e gruppi che visitano Sarandë, e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all. But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time. View is beautiful - sea view Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.

Gastgeber, sowie Unterkerfunt waren perfekt. Die Unterkunft wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt und der Gastgeber war stets mit Tipps und Ratschlägen da um uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. 5 Sterne - wir kommen wieder.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questa bella stanza. Era pulito, comodo, e aveva un caldo, accogliente sentimento che rendeva facile rilassarsi. Anche loro hanno servito buon colazione. La posizione era grande, e l'atmosfera generale era esattamente quello che sperava. L'unico svantaggio è che non c'è Wi-Fi nella stanza, che è un po' deludente TV ha bisogno di Wi-Fi o Internet per lavorare anche. In generale, un luogo affascinante per rimanere, e sarei felice di tornare una volta che il problema Wi-Fi è ordinato!

Un hotel molto buono e fresco con un'atmosfera accogliente e una posizione conveniente solo 5-10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Sono vicini i caffè e i negozi, ma non ci sono strade rumorose intorno. Il personale è amichevole e utile, la pulizia della stanza è eccellente, le tole sono di buona qualità. Se sei fortunato con i vicini e seguono le regole fondamentali della vita della comunità, il soggiorno può essere perfetto. Un altro grande plus l'hotel ha il proprio parcheggio.

Il posto era molto moderno, arredato con gusto, pulito e molto tranquillo. Tutto il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. C'era solo un aspetto negativo dell'hotel: avevamo prenotato il soggiorno con colazione inclusa, che veniva servita in un ristorante di fronte all'hotel, il che andava bene per noi, ma limitavano la quantità di cibo che potevamo ordinare 😓 solo una bevanda, un piatto e due fette di pane a persona ☹️ se si sceglievano le uova, erano consentite solo due uova a persona. Io non mangio molto la mattina, ma se qualcuno lo fa, il mio consiglio è di non includere la colazione nella prenotazione.

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is excellent the apartments are clean, comfortable and well-equipped, making for a wonderful stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was Mrs. Florinka. She is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I have ever met and her hospitality made us feel right at home. If I return to Albania I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Thank you Mrs. Florinka for your outstanding hospitality and for making our trip so memorable!
