⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional hotel, exceptional people A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Azura and its entire team. I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all. But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time. View is beautiful - sea view Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.

La Blue Wave è in una posizione fantastica, attraversa la strada e si è sulla spiaggia! Solo un po' più in alto sono un paio di bar di spiaggia che serve grandi cocktail e si rifriggono sui sacchi di fegato per guardare il sole e riscaldare se stessi nei piatti di fuoco. Un semplice 10-15 minuto a piedi e si trova a una grande selezione di ristoranti e negozi. L'hotel è senza spazi, completamente pulito ogni giorno. Il personale è amichevole. La piscina è bella. La stanza è una buona dimensione - l'unica cosa mancante è una caldaia (avrei voluto poter fare un caffè al mattino)

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool. PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questa bella stanza. Era pulito, comodo, e aveva un caldo, accogliente sentimento che rendeva facile rilassarsi. Anche loro hanno servito buon colazione. La posizione era grande, e l'atmosfera generale era esattamente quello che sperava. L'unico svantaggio è che non c'è Wi-Fi nella stanza, che è un po' deludente TV ha bisogno di Wi-Fi o Internet per lavorare anche. In generale, un luogo affascinante per rimanere, e sarei felice di tornare una volta che il problema Wi-Fi è ordinato!

La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente e conveniente, e la pulizia era buona in generale. Tuttavia, l'esperienza di servizio era deludente. Non c'era acqua potabile fornita nella stanza, che era inconveniente per gli ospiti. La colazione era inclusa, ma vi erano molto limitate opzioni vegetariane, quindi non può essere la scelta migliore per i viaggiatori vegetariani. Le strutture erano medie, ma l'ospitalità e il servizio si potevano certamente migliorare.

Ottimo hotel la verità q non mi immaginava q potrebbe essere così speciale ...arrivo dopo le 2:30am e armando il proprietario mi ha lasciato le chiavi della stanza con il check-in già pronto ....Ana super attenta e gentile il signore della cucina molto attento e la colazione Vari e abbondanti.....senza dubbio ripeterò ....

We had a comfortable stay at Onorato Hotel. The public bus stops opposite the hotel, which made it easy to commute from the bus station. The room was large and had a washing line outside the window. The shower was a bit tight, and the mattress on the bed had a definite dip in it, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was adequate if a little boring. The hotel was situated close to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

Nice location, a few minutes walk to promenade (there is a short cut just past the parking lot on the left, little concrete path. Take it down two streets right to the end ) place was very clean. Nice balcony view of the ocean . Self check-in was flawless. Google maps makes it look farther than it is.

Location was not the same address in trip.com. Took me almost half hour to find the actual place. Actually found the right address in ******* and ***********. Shower was not working properly. Only the rain shower worked but the hand shower switch was stuck. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend that. Overall it was pleasant stay.
