Benvenuti al Lalit Hotel di Nuova Delhi, dove l'ospitalità è calorosa come un naan appena fatto e il personale è composto dalle ragazze più belle dell'India! Davvero, appena entrata, ho pensato di essere capitata per caso in una prova generale del concorso di Miss India. Mi aspettavo quasi che un giudice saltasse fuori e mi chiedesse di valutare i loro sorrisi! Ora parliamo del cibo. Oh, bhai! Il cibo qui dovrebbe essere accompagnato da un'etichetta di avvertenza: ”Attenzione: può causare una salivazione incontrollabile!”. Un morso e sono rimasta agganciata. Credo di aver mangiato abbastanza biryani da sfamare un'intera festa di nozze! Voglio dire, ero così piena che ho pensato di rotolare fuori dalla sala da pranzo come un gigantesco samosa. Portatevi i pantaloni con l'elastico in vita perché vi serviranno, fidatevi! E quei letti! Mi sono sdraiata e sono entrata in un coma notturno che è durato un mese intero. Quando finalmente mi sono svegliato, mi sentivo come un orso appena uscito dal letargo: peloso, scontroso e con la testa che si chiedeva dove fosse finito tutto il cibo! Ero così riposato che pensavo di poter correre una maratona o almeno arrivare al frigorifero senza sentirmi stanco! Quindi, se cercate un posto dove la bellezza incontra la delizia e dove i letti sono più morbidi di un paratha appena sfornato, il Lalit Hotel è il posto che fa per voi! Ricordatevi solo di venire a stomaco vuoto e con un po' di senso dell'umorismo, così potrete ridere di quei chili di troppo che sicuramente prenderete. Fidatevi, ve ne andrete con una borsa piena di ricordi e forse qualche chilo di troppo, ma chi se ne frega? E tu! मैंने लेटते ही एक ऐसी नींद में चला गया कि पूरे एक महीने तक सोता रहा। Io sono così, e io sono così. जो हाइबरनेशन से बाहर आया है—बालों वाला, गुस्से Bene, e tu sei qui! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly.

Siamo stati a Roseate Aerocity anche qualche mese prima, e ogni volta il soggiorno era troppo confortevole, il che ci ha fatto scegliere di nuovo Roseate House, tuttavia un giorno abbiamo dovuto affrontare grossi inconvenienti perché la camera non era pronta e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in fino a quando Erano le 22:00 e la mattina c'erano dei lavori in corso all'esterno dell'hotel che producevano forti rumori e non riuscivamo a dormire sonni tranquilli lamentandoci dello stesso con il direttore e il team, con mio grande shock il direttore e il resto del team erano estremamente generosi e cortesi nel gestire la situazione, hanno capito la situazione senza discutere e senza fornire alcuna motivazione e si sono assicurati che avessimo il soggiorno più confortevole la prossima volta quando verremo (cosa che abbiamo fatto) devo dire che ho soggiornato in così tanti hotel tutti in tutto il mondo ma quando si tratta di Delhi, Aerocity Roseate House rimane la mia preferita…. Grazie per la meravigliosa ospitalità… ti sei guadagnato un cliente fedele ❤️

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera è molto pulita e silenziosa; il letto è molto comodo con diversi tipi di cuscini: morbidi e duri, un'ottima combinazione. Il bagno è pulito e la doccia è molto potente. Ottima colazione a buffet! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, dalla guardia di sicurezza all'ingresso, al personale della reception e al personale del ristorante. Tutti molto cordiali, cordiali e disponibili! Prince alla reception e Biru al buffet della colazione sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili! Molto apprezzati. Nel complesso, la cordialità e la calorosa accoglienza mi hanno lasciato un'impressione davvero memorabile. Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie mille!

Beyond doubt one of the best hotel experiences ever. This is one of the finest hotels in the world.  Can’t love it enough.

È stato il viaggio più memorabile e speciale con trip.com, dall'inizio alla fine, soprattutto dopo i problemi all'aeroporto di Heathrow il 21/03/2025. Il team dell'Oberoi è stato speciale, Akshita e tutto il team ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, come in famiglia. Avete superato le nostre aspettative per il nostro soggiorno all'Oberoi. Grazie anche a Serker, Nikhil e a tutto il team che hanno aggiunto un tocco speciale per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole, piacevole e speciale possibile. L'esperienza complessiva è stata buona. Mi è piaciuto il design vuoto dell'hotel. La colazione era ottima con una vasta gamma di scelte e tutto era delizioso. Mi è piaciuta la scelta della colazione in stile europeo. Ha molti ospiti e ha dovuto aspettare per fare il check-in. Non c'erano asciugamani, asciugamani per il pavimento della doccia o asciugamani più piccoli, solo asciugamani da bagno. È stato un po' deludente. Mi piacerebbe avere tutto l'acciaio e i vetri della doccia puliti, ma non lo era. Spero che si concentreranno maggiormente sulla pulizia profonda. Nel complesso lo consiglierei.

Room Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light! Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available. Amenities Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good. Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out. Location Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely. Service House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable. I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful. Airport pick up Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful. (Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.) Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

È molto caratteristico dell'India e si dice che sia il primo hotel a cinque stelle a Delhi, in India. La colazione è abbondante e la hall e il cortile sono spaziosi.
