I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel. During my stay, the air conditioning in the hallway and lift area was not functioning, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work in the hallway, which caused a significant amount of noise and disturbance throughout the day. These issues greatly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected a far more pleasant and seamless experience. I hope you understand my disappointment.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend.

Per quanto questo hotel sia bellissimo, ero estremamente deluso dal loro colazione. Mancava varietà e il cibo non era fresco. La stanza era comoda anche se poteva essere più grande. A mio parere, ci sono migliori alberghi a Delhi per rimanere considerando il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, non credo che abbiamo avuto valore per i nostri soldi qui.

Hotel eccezionale! Un'Oasi, molto verde nel mezzo della nuova Caotica Delhi. Hotel davvero 5 stelle, eccellente servizio standard OBEROI, cortesia di tutti i dipendenti tutto il tempo dal check in al check out, super moderne e funzionali strutture, e decorazione estremamente buon gusto. Caffè da *** è incredibile, con opzioni fantastiche su Buffet o a La carte, i ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel sono meravigliosi, il tetto ha un bar super sofisticato e frequentato da persone super cool. Se torno a New Delhi, rimarrò in questo hotel, non dimenticherò mai l'odore indescritbile di questo hotel e delle sue Amenities.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Pullman Delhi! Il buffet è stato eccellente sia io che mio figlio 7-year-old, che è molto selettivo con cibo, ha trovato molte piatti che ci piaceva davvero. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale. Quando abbiamo incontrato mia madre la sera, il conducente era incredibilmente attento, rimasto con noi tutto il tempo, e ci ha guidato persino su dove stare per vedere meglio che uscisse dal terminale. Purtroppo, non abbiamo avuto abbastanza tempo per godere della piscina ma è una ragione perfetta per tornare!

I stayed at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel last night with my wife and infant daughter, and it was truly the best stay we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The room was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The crib provided for our infant daughter was clean and comfortable, ensuring she slept peacefully throughout the night. The food was delicious, and the dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The hotel's ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were simply outstanding. Special thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend Shangri-La's Eros Hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. Pro - Ottima posizione, personale cordiale. Contro - Gli interni delle camere sono vecchi e datati, e mostrano i segni del tempo. Manca l'insonorizzazione, quindi sento rumori forti provenire da fuori la porta. La colazione è discreta, ma con diverse opzioni. La zona doccia è all'interno di una vasca da bagno e non è presente un tappetino antiscivolo. È incredibilmente rischioso. Non mi aspettavo che un hotel di lusso a 5 stelle utilizzasse carta igienica monostrato economica.

Il servizio era esterno. Tutti i membri del personale che interagiamo con erano molto amichevoli. Il nostro personale di controllo ci ha consigliato di visitare Dilli Haat, perché avevamo solo un giorno a Delhi e era una raccomandazione perfetta. Ci hanno offerto anche un generoso colazione per la partenza mattinale, e tutto nella stanza era immacolato.
