Il mio soggiorno recente a Fremont Marriott è stato un piacevole esperienza da parte di un inizio a finire. Un aspetto del mio soggiorno che si è reso veramente evidente è stato il colazione. Il buffet del colazione dell’hotel era impressionante, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni per adattarsi a ogni gusto. Ma quello che mi ha davvero attirato l’attenzione è stata la stazione omeletta. L'appartamento è un po'vecchio, c'è un piccolo balcone che può vedere il panorama del mare.Il bagno è in generale pulito, ma il bagno ha trovato un giovenco.

Ho appena concluso un fantastico soggiorno di 4 giorni al citizenM San Francisco e, sinceramente, avrei voluto prenotare lì l'intero viaggio! Il personale è stato eccezionalmente disponibile, offrendo un'esperienza di check-in/check-out impeccabile e tenendomi volentieri i bagagli per ore, sia prima che dopo il soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la camera, aveva le dimensioni perfette per un viaggiatore singolo come me e sarebbe perfetta anche per le coppie. Sebbene la camera in sé non sia ideale come spazio di lavoro, l'hotel offre numerose aree di lavoro condivise nella hall al piano inferiore. Mi sono sentito completamente al sicuro durante tutto il mio soggiorno, con il personale all'ingresso 24 ore su 24. La zona circostante era notevolmente migliore rispetto alla maggior parte delle zone di San Francisco al momento. Se cercate un'esperienza alberghiera in ottima posizione e senza problemi a San Francisco, citizenM merita sicuramente di essere preso in considerazione!

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay for the room, which I did. However, I noticed the amount charged was higher than the total from my original booking. I asked the receptionist (I believe his name was Raul, though I’m not entirely sure) why that was. I explained the amount I had been quoted during booking. He then mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that a $150 deposit is taken at check-in. I told him this should have been communicated before processing the payment, as it’s standard practice to inform guests of such charges upfront. While I wasn’t pleased, I went ahead and paid. I also mentioned that I had submitted a request in advance for a room away from the elevator with a good view. He told me the hotel was fully booked, which confused me, since I had booked well in advance and included my request at the time. He assigned me Room 503, which was directly across from the elevator, not away from it. I didn’t want to complain as I had just traveled over 12 hours from London to San Diego and was extremely tired. I planned to grab some dinner and get straight to bed. However, the room was quite noisy—there was a lot of hallway activity, and the family next door had their TV volume quite high. I decided not to go downstairs and complain, hoping I could just fall asleep. Unfortunately, I was woken up around 3 a.m. by a crying child, and again at 5 a.m. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and went to speak to the receptionist on duty, Matthew. I explained everything to him, and he was very understanding. He said there was availability and offered to move me immediately…this was surprising, considering the earlier claim that the hotel was full. He moved me to Room 204. While it wasn’t far from the elevator either, he assured me it would be quieter since there were no large families on that floor. He was right—the room was much more peaceful, and I appreciated his help. At checkout, I saw the same receptionist who had checked me in and decided not to approach him. Instead, I spoke to Antonio at the other desk. I asked about the deposit, and he informed me it would take 2–3 business days to be released. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, especially after the earlier issues, so I shared my entire experience with him. He apologized sincerely and mentioned the initial receptionist may need additional training, which they would look into. Overall, the stay was decent for a short 3-night visit, but the start could have been handled much better.

My first impression walking into the lobby, many people eating outside food and drinking in front of the front desk. Overall seems like the carpet in the hallway is new install, room is clean but the sofa is a little bit old, bathroom towel can be upgrade to better quality, body wash gel is empty, coffee machine seems like a long time nobody used kinda dirty.

I love this place. The staff is incredibly kind, everyone I interacted with went above and beyond in making me and my friend comfortable. The hotel is clean, smells great, was quiet and peaceful.

All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.

La posizione era molto comoda e l'hotel era pulito e confortevole. Navetta gratuita da e per l'aeroporto. Distributore d'acqua accanto alla hall per riempire le bottiglie. Bella piscina esterna al terzo piano. Le camere non erano troppo anguste. Ristorante e bar al piano terra. Non c'è molto altro nei dintorni dell'hotel raggiungibile a piedi, a parte alcune stazioni di servizio, autonoleggi e uno Starbucks.

Great hotel with a lot of restaurants nearby. It’s a bit far from LA but the drive is really not bad if you plan your day correctly. It is excellent for Disney land as they offer amazing shuttle services with amazing drivers! Rooms were very good! Cons: I didn’t like the Keurig coffee machine it look a bit dirty and I wish they offered complementary coffee. I had pay 3-4$ every morning for coffee. I hope they upgrade the laundry room and add apple pay as carrying 25 cents coins was annoying.
