This hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly.
However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.

È possibile godere di una vista fantastica della Toscana, camere da letto e letto pulite, bagni puliti, personale molto amichevole, buon colazione, ecc.
Molto raccomandato agli amici e alle conoscenze.
Sono rimasto in questo hotel, a 30 minuti da Firenze, dopo aver fatto shopping a The Mall Firenze e visitato Firenze durante il mio viaggio a Roma, e sono tornato a Roma attraverso Siena e Bannorejo per un giorno e due notti.
Mi consiglio di controllare in anticipo e vedere il fantastico tramonto in Toscana. Questo è un hotel che voglio sicuramente visitare di nuovo.

Molto bello. Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta. Pulito e igienico. Tornerò sicuramente in futuro. Avrei voluto restare un altro giorno, ma i tempi erano serrati. Questo posto è un po' lontano dal centro, ma la stanza è grande! ! ! Anche il parcheggio è comodo. Abbiamo preso un taxi per il centro città spendendo circa 25 euro.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. La sua gentilezza e la sua attenzione: eccezionale, chi ha una piscina, anche se piccola, per dare un cappotto soprattutto in estate, con il calore che fa, è un punto importante da tenere in considerazione, E anche se ho letto che non avverte che non ha ascensore e che molti casi, come noi, ti mandano al secondo piano con molte scale, è vero, ma anche loro ti salgono e ti abbassano i bagagli.
Indubbiamente ripeterò in questo hotel nel mio prossimo viaggio a Firenze .

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

Ho soggiornato per una notte, ma la camera era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, e ho alloggiato in una camera singola con colazione inclusa. Ed è vicino alla stazione! !
Ho pensato che fosse un buon valore per questo importo. Ho potuto soggiornare comodamente come viaggiatore singolo.
Anche i dipendenti erano gentili.
Avevo la sensazione che il buffet della colazione non contenesse molte verdure, ma ritenevo che fosse sufficiente dato che c'erano molte bevande come formaggio, prosciutto, pane e caffè.
Non c'è problema.
Quando ho detto alla reception che avevo dimenticato il caricabatterie, me lo hanno gentilmente prestato, il che è stato molto utile.

L'arredamento è molto pulito e rinfrescante, il letto è grande ma non morbido, la stanza non è piccola e ha un balcone, il bagno è completamente attrezzato con interruttori intelligenti controllati da punti, la stazione centrale e la stazione del tram sono proprio davanti alla porta dell'hotel (adatto per gli amici che devono prendere un treno per Pisa, Roma, Venezia o Milano), e ha anche un piccolo cortile, piscina e spa. La cosa più sorprendente è che questo hotel ha effettivamente le pantofole. Chissà! ! Lo svantaggio è che il prezzo oscilla molto e l'isolamento acustico non è molto buono (non si sente il rumore del treno ma si sentono vagamente le persone che parlano nella stanza accanto)

Ctrip mi ha rimborsato rapidamente la differenza di oltre 700 yuan. Tutti dovrebbero prestare attenzione al prezzo di questo hotel in alta stagione. Costa solo circa 1.000 yuan. Se è più alto, prenotatelo più tardi.
Posizione: È a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È molto comodo. La sicurezza generale intorno alla stazione ferroviaria è nella media.
Servizi: Il livello delle famiglie ospitanti potrebbe essere leggermente peggiore. La camera è piccola, anche il bagno è piccolo e i servizi igienici non sono proprio il massimo.

AAL'hotel è situato in una cittadina molto piccola. L'hotel in sé è buono. Ho avuto una nuova stanza, non c'era rumore. Molto pulito ogni giorno. Tra le mancanze posso notare: mancanza di shampoo, frigorifero poco funzionante e mancanza di bicchieri in camera.
Sono andato alla reception a prendere i bicchieri, mi hanno mandato al bar, dove mi hanno dato dei bicchieri di plastica. Quelli di vetro li ho presi io io, visto che non bevo dalla plastica.
L'hotel e la stessa Tirrenia sono il luogo perfetto per fuggire dal mondo. La vita in città si ferma alle 8-9. Non c'è nessun posto dove andare.
C'è un buon supermercato e diversi ristoranti a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. In nessuno di essi il cibo era particolarmente impressionante.
Il mare è stupendo. Molto pulito. Viene monitorata anche la pulizia della spiaggia.
A mezz'ora di autobus dall'hotel c'è Pisa. Non c'è niente da fare lì se non visitare la torre, ma non è per molto tempo: massimo 30 minuti.

LLuxenomadRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare allo Sheraton di Siena e la mia esperienza è stata a dir poco eccellente. Il servizio fornito dal personale è stato impeccabile, dal momento del check-in al momento del check-out. Le strutture erano di prim'ordine e offrivano una perfetta combinazione di lusso e comfort.
La camera ha superato le mie aspettative, offrendo un rifugio accogliente con tutti i comfort che si possano desiderare. L'attenzione ai dettagli nel design e nella pulizia della camera era evidente, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno complessivamente piacevole.
