MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

MMacDouggalHotel è probabilmente la migliore posizione in dicembre, poiché il parcheggio non è obbligatorio quel mese. Altre volte, si dovrà prendere una navetta all'hotel da parcheggio remoto. Situazione è gusto nel centro della città.
Il pranzo al ristorante dell'hotel era grande. Il bagno sembra bello, ma non abbiamo partecipato. L'hotel ha un grande senso di vintage, come è veramente originale. Amiamo il trim di legno duro, il cameriere del desk cage e la facilità di controllare -in. Definitivamente un viaggio nella storia. L'ascensore era piccolo e dolorosamente slow, quindi anche dopo un lungo periodo di attesa, c'era una buona possibilità che non potevi andare a bordo a causa di altri ospiti (e molti cani) che lo riempivano. Non c'è bisogno di correre da nessuna parte.
Ah, la stanza. Interessante letto di legno duro che era abbastanza comodo. Grande con tetti incredibilmente alti. Purtroppo questo è circa per i positivi. Parede a/c e calore lontano ma molto rumoroso.  Il bagno era più nuovo ma orribilemente progettatol’m certain from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was stranamente up on a small platform too small for any function. La doccia era anche molto piccola con un lungo aspettare per l'acqua calda e nessun controllo per la velocità.Sai, un singolo leva con freddo vicino all'uscita e rotato al caldo.La pressione dell'acqua era debole e sono felice di aver bisogno solo di uno. Non ero un fan delle riparazioni economiche che hanno fallito completamente lo stile della camera 3 moderna hardware cromo vicino al bronzo antico. Quanto male chi ha permesso questo era più preoccupato per il costo più che per l'autenticità.
Il bastone era nel dormitorio senza la minima privacy. Lo specchio sopra il bastone era così alto, mia moglie 5’3 doveva usare il suo telefono sul cassetto per vedersi. Anche il mio 6’4 aveva solo la parte superiore della mia testa; il centro dello specchio era 6’6” alto. Molto cattivo.
In tutto, un ottimo hotel con qualche strano chirk ma io resterei di nuovo.

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities.
The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

UUtente ospiteFamilia preferita! Ci siamo trasferiti diverse volte negli anni da quando abbiamo avuto due figli a Univ. di Arkansas, e questo è più come una casa lontana da casa che un hotel. Il personale è professionale ma personale e amichevole. Il caffè è la birra alle 03:30 Am. Buon colazione con cereali, frutta, uova (omelette, scrambled), salsa e bacon, patate, biscotti e sega, pane, pesche di cavolo, ecc. E un'Ora felice con cibo gratuito (sottosolo, salate, ecc.) e bevande. Le camere sono grandi e senza spot, e ci piace soprattutto le suite con soggiorno, cucina (completamente memorizzata), e due camere con 3 letti grandi. Ci danno anche microonde di popcorn e un sacco di caffè per il produttore di caffè. La prossima volta prendo foto!

MMJLoRuIl miglior posto per soggiornare in Eureka Springs, AR. Molto strategicamente situato - a pochi minuti da Lovell Estate & Winery, Downtown, ecc. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. La piscina dell'hotel era migliore delle foto. Ci piaceva che avessero anche una zona ricreativa con mini golf, biliardo, piscina di calcio, hockey aereo e buco di granturco. Il mini golf è l'unica cosa che costa soldi $0.25/ball che si può facilmente ottenere dalla macchina, e il biliardo era $1, il hockey aereo era $0.75! Tutto il resto era libero di giocare! Questo posto era molto gentile. Abbiamo detto all'hotel di avere un bastone e hanno fatto la sua entrata nella stanza.

UUtente ospiteLe cose importanti prima. Pulizia, Ambiente sicuro, Bed Comfortable, Grande Doccia, Bella TV, Buono Size Refrigeratore e un AC che vi congelerà. L'unico sfondo (se non) è il desk front è solo staffato dalle 9 alle 9:00. La colazione continentale complimentare è stata eliminata dal mio soggiorno l'anno scorso. Tuttavia, è possibile ottenere ancora il caffè complimentare da un Keurig nella zona comune che ha precedentemente ospitato il colazione giornaliero. Per il prezzo, penso che sia un grande negoziato. Ho un'altra prenotazione qui entro 30 giorni.

GGeorgina DotsonWe had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

UUtente ospiteI was extremely satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel except for one thing, which I expressed to a front desk employee: there is an exterior trash can close to the main entrance that became overflowing with trash to the point where it was on the ground, and the ashtray on top of it was never emptied during my 3 night stay either. The response I received was that the owners would not hire a 'houseman' to attend to this and other duties, and no one else is assigned to do so. Unacceptable. Something has to be done to ensure this is rectified immediately.

UUtente ospiteWe stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the ******. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.
