Hotel 2 stelle a Kunshan

La stanza è pulita e pulita, il lato dell'acqua è tranquillo, il capo è attento e le cose preparate sono anche complete.La colazione raccomandata e la faccia di Oreo sono deliziose e molto raccomandate.

L'ambiente è molto buono. Seduto nella stanza può vedere la barca davanti alla porta attraverso la finestra di terra!L'atteggiamento del capo è molto entusiasta e amorevole. Poiché io e mia sorella non sono comodi per la valigia, ci ha sempre aiutato a mandare il taxi per andarsene! La prossima volta viviamo nella sua casa!Molto bene!

The homestay is located in the water town and requires the purchase of entrance ticket. It is at the quieter part of the water town, about 10 minutes walk from the main entrance to the water town. It is within 10 minutes walk to most of the main attractions. When i contacted them for guidance to enter the area, the lady who responded to my messages was kind enough to wait for me at the bus stop and walked with me from the entrance to the homestay, it was a journey of about 15minutes. She sent me to my room and i did not meet her again. The place is managed by her in laws who stay onsite. The uncle seemed reluctant to provide bottled water to me, during my 2 nights stay, i only got 1 bottle of 500ml water. The room i booked is on the ground floor, with windows overlooking the external walkway. The bed was quite hard, would be good if a floor mat can be provided to confine water in the bathroom.

Questa volta, durante il mio viaggio nella città antica di Zhouzhuang, ho scelto il Feng Yuantang Courtyard Inn e, dopo il mio soggiorno, posso dire di aver fatto la scelta giusta. Ecco un breve resoconto della mia esperienza. Innanzitutto, la posizione: la locanda si trova in un punto tranquillo nel cuore della vivace città antica, il che la rende ideale per spostarsi. Dopo aver ammirato il panorama notturno, potevo tornare tranquillamente a piedi al mio alloggio: un'esperienza davvero senza stress. La locanda stessa è l'antica residenza di Feng Yuantang, risalente alla dinastia Qing e tutelata come edificio storico nella città di Kunshan. Si tratta di una tipica casa tradizionale in stile Jiangnan, con tegole nere, finestre in legno, cancelli intagliati e corridoi coperti, che emanano tutto il fascino dell'antico Jiangnan. Pur essendo stata ricavata da una casa centenaria, la locanda è completamente priva dell'umidità e della sensazione di stantio che spesso si riscontrano nelle case antiche. Il livello di comfort è molto elevato, conservando solo l'inconfondibile tranquillità rustica dell'architettura antica, garantendo un soggiorno sereno e rilassante. Il proprietario ha impiegato più di un anno per ristrutturare meticolosamente il posto. Il cortile vanta diversi angoli incantevoli, dai sentieri in pietra e alberi di melograno alla vegetazione lussureggiante, altalene, tavoli e panchine in pietra. Nei giorni di pioggia, le gocce che gocciolano dalle grondaie e le lanterne rosse sospese nell'aria creano un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Ogni angolo è fotogenico e rilassarsi nel cortile con una tazza di tè è incredibilmente rilassante. Le mie due notti lì sono coincise con la stagione delle piogge di Jiangnan, ma vivere l'atmosfera nebbiosa di Jiangnan in questa antica casa è stata un'esperienza davvero unica. I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente calorosi e accoglienti, trattando tutti con genuina gentilezza e premura. La colazione era un pasto semplice ma autentico in stile casalingo di Jiangnan: congee con bastoncini di pasta fritta, mais e uova, e contorni rinfrescanti: leggero, gustoso e perfetto per esplorare l'antica città. L'intera struttura era impeccabilmente pulita. L'antico edificio è stato ristrutturato con gusto, conservando il suo fascino. Ogni passo nel cortile rivela uno scenario pittoresco. Il servizio era attento e la posizione comoda. Il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto e sicuramente ci tornerò la prossima volta che sarò a Zhouzhuang. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri un soggiorno rilassante in una città antica!

We had the most wonderful stay here, all thanks to the amazing owner. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—carrying our very heavy luggage all by himself, upgrading us to a ground-floor room so we didn’t need to climb stairs, and even helping us take our bags to the main entrance when we left. He also showed us some of the most beautiful local spots and recommended fantastic restaurants in town. Thanks to his kindness and generosity, our trip was not only comfortable but truly memorable. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here because you will never forget this amazing experience. Without a doubt, this was the best stay we had in all of China, and we will definitely come back again!

The room at this homestay was a little dated but very nice. The view is of another building's roof. Please note that the check in location is advertised on the site but you room is actually at another location. The owner was very helpful, even carried my suitcases on the cobble streets. I was surprised as there were not many people out at night, even though the ancient town is very pretty at night. The owner recommended a restaurant but I don't recommend eating in the town as its very expensive. If you want to try the local dishes, go to Suzhou city it's a lot cheaper. I had a squirrel fish with cost over 200rmb and the same dish was only 130rmb in Suzhou.

Strutture: tutte le strutture sono complete, compresi portapantofole e portabicchieri per collutorio. Il proprietario del negozio è molto premuroso e premuroso. Vedendo che c'erano persone anziane che viaggiavano con noi, mia zia ci ha addirittura spostato in una camera a tre letti al primo piano per evitare la fatica di salire le scale. Anche il servizio fornito dalla padrona di casa è molto gentile, attento, cordiale ed educato. Nel complesso, è un'ottima locanda. Mia madre è rimasta lì per una notte ed era ancora insoddisfatta, quindi ha prenotato un'altra camera il giorno successivo. Grazie mille al proprietario e alla sua famiglia per il loro servizio. 😊😊😊

I arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner.   I didn’t and still don’t  have an eSIM that can make local  call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free.  I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands.  I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.  I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their  blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop  to Suzhou which was my next destination.  This  operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a  lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.  After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge .  If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass.  Do check with the owner for up to date information.  The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.  Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. .  There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from  the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy.  It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances. The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.  This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.  I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in  Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I  couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket. 

Questa volta l'esperienza del negozio è fantastica!La stanza e le foto di propaganda non sono del tutto disgustose.La decorazione è semplice e elegante, sembra molto chiara e confortevole!Le strutture della stanza sono state disposte particolarmente delicate.L'igiene è anche molto tranquilla e pulita. Il traffico intorno all'hotel è molto conveniente, ovunque.Anche la notte è molto tranquilla, non c'è rumore intorno, e il riposo è buono.La prossima volta che torno, lo scelgo!Il servizio è anche buono, qualsiasi problema può essere risolto in tempo.Vale la pena raccomandare!

L'alloggio si rilassa in una grande stanza. Ci sono supermercati e ristoranti vicino, e la posizione è conveniente, proprio all'ingresso della città antica di Zhou Xiaojiang.
