Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.

Location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and a 6 minute walk from Lidl. The receptionists are hardworking, friendly and efficient, whilst this A&O has a communal kitchen to offer guests and a storage for Bicycles. There is naturally a bar and coffee available too, to buy. The place has a decent sized common space for working and socialising alongside a pool table and a 48 player table football! Lots of books are scattered around too. Would recommend 100% Rooms were clean and spacious with complimentary shower gel provided. Good value.

For those who are travelling by car and passing Graz in Austria this is a perfect location to make a stop over for a night. The hotel is next to the runway to continue next day. In general during our travel we have stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can say that this is the cleanest hotel we stayed. Everything were spotless. Breakfast very good not many things, but products that everyone eats nothing is going to waste😅. Staff is very friendly and welcoming always tries to help you. We stayed in the room 103 and can say very nice room got everything you need 🥰 I am suggesting this hotel to everyone who is travelling. Also, there is an airport next for the Hotel FYI .

L'hotel non ci ha informato che c'era un maratone che andava in entrata il giorno del check-in, doveva andare fuori dalla zona fino a quando il maratone non era più tardi di notte e si è bloccato in una forte pioggia. Quando ho dato un feedback al controllo, sapevano solo del maratono il giorno stesso ...

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

I colleghi hanno dato l'hotel raccomandato, perché l'hotel accanto all'hotel ha improvvisamente aumentato il prezzo, ha scelto la sua casa in modo provvisorio. La posizione è anche buona. L'hotel europeo è quasi. Il servizio è generalmente disponibile. Ci sono diversi ristoranti sottostanti, e tutto è bene.

本來想住在哈爾施塔特的，但那裡沒找到合適的住所，就訂了這家酒店。雖然是此行程中最貴的酒店，但沒有讓我們失望。酒店坐落在湖邊的山坡上。我們的房間位於湖邊，出門就是草坪與湖景，每個房間門口有兩把椅子和一個小桌，還有一個躺椅，天暖和的話可以在這裡邊喝咖啡邊曬太陽邊欣賞美景，冬天嘛還是算了。房間裏有做飯設施和餐具，想自己做飯的話可以提前買好食材。早上推開房門，晨霧繚繞的湖景真是美呆了。早餐食品很豐富。停車位不少，最遠的位置離房間也不算太遠。

Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz. Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed. Very nice gym with the view. Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking. Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly

Il personale di questo hotel è molto cordiale, disponibile e accogliente. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate e la posizione non è lontana dal centro storico. È un'ottima scelta per soggiornare a Graz! Inoltre gli ingredienti della colazione sono selezionati con cura e vale la pena provarli!

Veramente grande servizio!!! Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. La stanza è perfetta con vista sul lago. Il colazione e cena è anche bello, fortemente raccomandare la cena, essere notato che Mon & Tue è chiuso per cena.
