The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern decor and comfortable beds. The view from my window was beautiful, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. My room had all the amenities I needed, including a minibar, coffee maker, and toiletries.

Clean. the room is not that big but its good for like overnight if your having an early flight by the next day. the breakfast is good and you can enjoy there amenities at rooftop at night where you can buy drinks.

This was a good choice for a budget stay for a night. The staff were nice and friendly. The wifi was fast, the room was ok but could have been cleaner. The location is good near the port and sm mall. They have a restaurant and balcony which was handy.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.

Fizz Gastro Pub server Laira was above an employee, made us feel very welcome! The hotel was very clean like always, we lucked out and got parking by front door for two nights. The problem is check in is usually slow, not this time. Our favourite hotel in Tacloban. We have stayed there 10 times this year. Room prices always competitive, love the place as does my wife!

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Il posto buono per stare in becos è pulito e tranquillo. Situato a 500 metri dal centro di Ronbinson e c'è Mc Donalds e Jolibee molto vicino non è nemmeno nel centro. La stanza è molto pulita e i lavoratori sono molto gentili con i costumi.

Not sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.
