Clean and comfy! I got 2 rooms for a family of 6. Front dest was super kind and supportive. I really appreciate it. On top of that they provided enough blankets and amenities! I strongly recommend this place if you want to stay outside of Huis Ten Bosch.

티아라몰 바로 앞이라 위치도 너무 좋았고, 잠옷도 제공해주고침구도 너무 깨끗했고 조식까지 주니 너무 좋았습니다.  조식으로 나온 모든 반찬들이 맛있었고, 처음으로 낫또를 먹어봤습니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고 불편한점은 하나도 없었습니다.

최고의 호텔입니다. 이 호텔 하나만해도 나가사키에 또 가고싶어지네요.. 늦은 밤에 조용히 즐기는 온천욕이 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 주변에는 술집이 별로 없어서 조금 아쉽지만 트램을 타면 3정거장(10분 정도)만 가면 나가사키 역이 있어서 먹을 곳이 좀 있습니다. 나가사키 여행하시는분은 꼭 이용해보시길..

They could have scored a 5 smiley if they don't charge guests to use their gym. Otherwise, great hotel that is well maintained despite being old and very near the train station with value for money.

Standard King Room. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing. Service was exceptional, staff was great and helpful with anything and everything from luggage’s sent to our room while we check in, to helping to book restaurants within the hotel and even helped us to cut a melon we bought from the supermarket outside. Amenities were great. Gym was big. We had Omakase lunch at the De Jima restaurant within the hotel and it was fantastic. Hotel is connected to Amu Plaza which is a huge mall.

La posizione è buona, la stazione di tram in prossimità. Camminare a negozi n ristoranti. Istruzioni di parcheggio dovrebbero essere parte della conferma di posta elettronica di prenotazione. Abbiamo fatto un giro per cercare un parcheggio all'hotel, non sapendo che l'hotel è nell'arcade shopping. Abbiamo fermato la macchina in un angolo e uno di noi è andato all'hotel per chiedere, poi solo abbiamo capito che dobbiamo parcheggiare al parcheggio pubblico all'opuscolo dell'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel ha dato una mappa alle tre zone di parcheggio, ma la caratteristica della mappa è troppo piccola e debole, abbiamo finito per mancare il parcheggio più vicino all'hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, be aware that the hotel has limited free parking spaces. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. If parking is full, the front desk staff are very helpful and can suggest nearby parking options that are just a short walk away. Check-in and check-out are both quick and convenient with the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches—like providing nightgowns for guests. If you need to do laundry, there’s even a coin-operated washing machine available. The room comes with a full set of kitchen appliances, which is super convenient for light cooking or prepping fruits and snacks. While the room isn't very large, it still offers enough space for a baby to move around comfortably. Overall, a clean, efficient, and cozy stay with thoughtful amenities that made a real difference.

Molto conveniente, dal momento che è vicino alla stazione Nagasaki. Come si aspettava che potresti lasciare le tue borse con le cose prima di controllare. Puoi facilmente camminare o prendere la trappola alle principali attrazioni. Sarei certamente rimasto lì.

Raccomando questo hotel per i viaggiatori. È nel centro e molto vicino ai luoghi di visione. Ha il proprio parcheggio, quindi è facile e ragionevole. Le camere sono pulite e si può godere di onsen e sauna gratuitamente. Miglior per le vacanze familiari a un prezzo ragionevole.
