Quando vieni a Porto, assicurati di prenotare il tuo alloggio qui! La posizione non è male e la pulizia della struttura è molto buona! Il ragazzo che è stato così gentile quando ho fatto il check-in ha parlato bene e hai preso un drink di benvenuto? Stesso vino? Te l'ho regalato ed era davvero delizioso!! Non hanno messo un cartello per la pulizia della stanza, quindi ho preso solo un asciugamano e ho provato a rientrare, ma hanno pulito la stanza mentre eravamo fuori a mangiare! E mi hanno portato anche un asciugamano... mi dispiace ㅠㅠ Ma ero così grata che mi abbiano trattato così gentilmente! Sono felice di aver avuto dei bei ricordi e una buona sistemazione durante il mio secondo viaggio a Porto!! Altamente raccomandato!! Le altre app sono un po' costose, ma Trip offre uno sconto, quindi l'ho presa per 150.000 won per 2 notti!!

Hotel bellissimo, atmosferico. In realtà è una casa con più camere e una grande area comune. Tutto è molto casa, comodo, tutti i dipendenti sono molto attenti e attenti. In effetti superano le aspettative degli ospiti. Molto consiglia questo hotel.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended
Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is strategic—close to everywhere we needed to go, making our trip very convenient.
What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Every one of them was genuinely helpful. The breakfast staff were always smiling, which made each morning feel warm and welcoming.
This hotel deserves more than just 5 stars. I highly recommend it and want to thank the entire team for their excellent service. Well done!

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e incredibilmente disponibile. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di comfort moderni e funzionanti. La posizione è ottima, vicina ai mezzi pubblici e a piccoli negozi di alimentari. Una piacevole passeggiata permette di raggiungere il centro e i vari punti di interesse, per chi ama le camminate più lunghe.

L'hotel offre un accogliente accoglienza, con una giovane donna molto gentile e utile alla reception che ha fatto l'iscrizione veloce e piacevole. Tuttavia, il signore al divano del mattino successivo non era molto amichevole non ci ha salutati e immediatamente, con un tono piuttosto sospetto, ha chiesto se il colazione fosse incluso nella nostra prenotazione. E' stato un'impressione che stiamo cercando di fare colazione senza pagare, che si sentiva incomoda e lasciava un'impressione negativa alla fine di un buon soggiorno.

DDAI ZHENGXIStrutture: questo hotel è il più soddisfacente del mio viaggio. Palestra, piscina interna riscaldata, bagno turco, tè pomeridiano, tutto a disposizione! Sembra che se sei in vacanza, puoi portarlo con te in hotel tutto il giorno senza uscire.
Igiene: molto buona. Mi piace lo stile e l'a**osfera dell'hotel. Anche l'igiene è buona
Ambiente: a pochi passi c'è il molo delle navi da crociera e la funivia, il che è fantastico e molto conveniente. E l'ambiente dell'alloggio è relativamente tranquillo, molto adatto per le vacanze
Servizio: molto buono. Ti saluteranno quando si incontreranno. Forniremo tempestivo feedback su eventuali esigenze.

MMar4MorAn amazing hotel! I was so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness and above all... the staff! They were pleasant, accomodating and even gave us an upgrade which was just incredible! I want to especially thank the following wonderful staff members who made our 1 night stay so special... they should be commended for their HIGH CUSTOMER ORIENTED persona! Very rare to find these days. The people I would like to thank are: Debouc, Fernando, Andre and Joao! Absolutely wonder human beings who treat customers with respect and dignity! I fould this hotel along with another one in Cascais to be TOP NOTCH when it came to hospitality! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I pray these folks are recognized for their outstanding customer relations and hospitality! Impeccable to say the least! They deserve a raise!

JJay Rh.One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At
This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities.
Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests:
• The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster.
• No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help.
• Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs.
• Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify?
Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

UUtente ospiteWe were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

La posizione non è la migliore per la vista, è circa un 10-minute passeggiata al metro più vicino, poi poche fermate alle principali attrazioni, che possono essere scomode soprattutto in tempo piovoso. On the plus side, it’s right next to a lively market/food court with lots of local bites, and there’s even a supermarket inside.
Il personale era molto gentile, parlava bene l’inglese, e forniva anche una piastra di benvenuto con frutta e torte d’uovo, che era un bel toccamento. La camera stessa era più bella delle foto: spazioso, molto pulito, con una scatola, un giacca, una camera da bagno e un bagno separato.
Pochi passi: il personale di pulizia entrava nella mia stanza due volte mentre ero dentro (una volta al mattino mentre dormivo, un'altra volta mentre ero in bagno), forse hanno colpito, ma si sentiva ancora intruso. La finestra era anche terribile, la mia stanza era di fronte al lobby, quindi dovevo tenere la tenda chiusa per tutta la permanenza, per la privacy, che faceva buio la stanza.
In generale, è un hotel confortevole con un grande personale, ma la posizione non è ideale se si desidera essere vicini alle principali attrazioni. If the price is good compared to the ones in the center, then it could be a good choice as taxis to the center cost about €5 one way. Otherwise, I'd probably choose somewhere in the more central area next time.

EEmilyI recently spent four nights at Aparthotel Oporto Sol, and while my stay was overall okay, it came with a few drawbacks.
First, the location is a bit outside the main area of Porto, which required some extra effort to get into the heart of the city. While the surroundings were quiet and less crowded, I did find myself relying on public transport or taxis more than I would have liked.
One of the main issues was the absence of air conditioning in the bedroom. During my stay, the temperatures were warm, and it made things uncomfortable at night. Opening the windows was not an option due to the presence of mosquitoes outside, which meant I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping temperature.
On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and generally clean. The amenities were adequate for my needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a few blocks over. I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay.
In summary, while my stay at Aparthotel Oporto Sol had its merits, the lack of air conditioning and its location outside the main area impacted my overall experience. If you're sensitive to heat or prefer to be in the city center, you may want to consider other options. Otherwise, it serves as a decent accommodation for those seeking a quieter spot.

UUtente ospiteOur family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.
