L'hotel 🏨 è molto pulito, anche l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, c'è un parcheggio al piano di sotto, ma tornerò per prendere il diploma, quindi ho soggiornato temporaneamente per una notte, è considerato un hotel economico

Abbiamo prenotato una camera di vista sul porto - questa vista è anche stata una vista non così bella di un'area di servizio/caricamento untidy! La stanza era vecchia e aveva bisogno di binoculari per vedere la TV era così piccola. Dopo una visita alla piscina, siamo tornati nella stanza senza acqua calda e sono stati detto che era perché tutti gli altri ospiti lo usavano! Dopo aver aspettato circa un’ora e più telefonate alla ricezione da parte dei nostri telefoni, poiché non c’era nessun telefono nella nostra stanza, finalmente andò in persona a ordinarlo e ci trasferirono in un altro locale molto più bello dove l’acqua calda funzionava. La stanza era al retro dell'hotel senza vista.Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante Waterside, dovevamo mandare la pecora di agnello in cucina quando era cotta. In generale, era un hotel medio, non sicuramente ci sarebbe rimasto qui, soprattutto in occasione speciale.

Si consiglia di visitare questo hotel. I membri del personale sono eccezionalmente utili e gentili, rendendo il nostro compleanno veramente memorabile. La loro vera attenzione e attenzione ai dettagli verso gli ospiti illustrano l'ospitalità eccezionale. ❤️👍🏻 L'equipaggio del desk front, soprattutto Jimmy, è stato incredibilmente bello e affascinante.

The check in was fast and flawless. The room wasn't ready so reception offered to keep our bags safely while we wondered around the hotel waiting till it was ready. The location was perfect next to a large mall. The room was made up again on the second day of our stay. A welcome cocktail was a nice touch. Excellent location if you just came off or starting a cruise from Southampton.

Overall I thought this Hotel for having ‘budget’ in its name was very good, I still think that £182 was pretty expensive for what was on offer compared to the big brands like Travelodge/Premier Inn. This Hotel was in a very convent location in Southampton and is within short walking distance from Southampton Cebtrak Train Station, Southampton Coach Station and Southampton Cruise Terminal. There’s even a McDonald’s right outside the building, The lobby was clean and tidy and check in speed was fast, first problem is that the Key cards kept randomly l stop working almost every time I went in and out of the hotel, asked what the problem could be and was told that the cards de magnetise if near a mobile device, I found this irritating, the room was a decent size with comfortable bed, Shower is in the bedroom and the toilet was in its own little closet, dident bother me as a solo traveller, the shower was slightly frustrating as the temperature consistently kept changing from hot to cold and the handle was that big it was easy to knock the handle and turn if the shower without intentionally doing so, Imtge rooms have no kettle and no plug sockets near the bed only two plugs by the desk, I like the option to have 24/7 access to food and drink at recipe if you need it there’s a menu/leaflet in the rooms, unfortunately the breakfast for a continental breakfast was very poor, very little selection on offer and the 2nd morning had considerably less with very little to eat, for the price that was very disappointing, apart from that its convent on location and gets the job done

NO POOL OR SPA FACILITIES AVAILABLE. Me and the family found out the hard way. Trip and booking.com both say there's a pool, spa facilities but there hasn't been since lockdown. Checked it out and its all still there just not in use. Manager told me it closed due to covid but hasn't reopened due to cost.... Other than that, great sleep and breakfast. Gym is pretty decent, beds are comfy, bathroom shower are nice. Just misleading. I think it's just to get people to pay higher prices. I felt a bit ripped off to be honest for it being a Marriott hotel.

Hotel ambience was very clean, staff were friendly and warm, breakfast great. Room ambience also good. Overall experience was excellent

This was the worst guesthouse experience I’ve ever had. We arrived around 7:30 on the 18 Oct 24 in the evening when opened the room it looked like it was waiting to be cleaned, the following points were found: 1. The was hair in the sink and shower and the draws (I have photos as proof). 2. There was as a mixture of cups provided for drinks don’t know about Southampton but we use a tea spoon to stir a drink not a fork (again a photo for proof). 3. There was as wardrobe looked like it hadn’t been finished 4. There towel rail was hanging off the wall. 5. There was mould around the base of the shower. 6. When contacted the person blamed his cleaning staff, said we would have a refund, we then left for few days when contacted he, stated that it would take up to 10 days to process, i I then gave, him a few weeks and still have not received the refund. The guesthouse looks like a dos house or somewhere they use for people just out of jail. if anyone is thinking staying there I would think twice before doing so. Needles to say we drove to a premier Inn and stayed there instead of. Still hasn’t received the refund

Good hotel but chaotic during the breakfast period. Staff overwhelmed but in good spirits Beds comfortable and clean. Not overly keen on liquid soap but that is just a personal opinion. Overall a good stay

Il motel è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Southampton. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Apprezzava la caldaia. Wi-Fi era buono. Vicino alla città e al porto. La cena era OK. La zona di pranzo potrebbe essere migliorata con un po'di decorazione.

Very nice hotel and clean. The room decoration is very nice and the room is spacious. They got us a free upgrade which was amazing.

Pulito, camera piccola ma confortevole. Possibilità di avere the e caffè gratuito tutto il giorno nella hall. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma ho visto che era varia ed abbondante. Posizione non centrale, ma comoda per chi usa l'auto per spostarsi e buono il parcheggio gratuito davanti l'hotel (i posti sono limitati, ma se si trova tutto pieno si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio del centro commerciale di fronte gratuitamente).

Posizione fantastica, grande posizione. Maria, alla ricezione era una ”star” - che un benvenuto. Amichevole e professionale. Tratta due tazze di crema di ghiaccio, aggiunge bonus. Una stanza fuori dalla zona di cena, prima a destra, nessuna miglia a piedi, eccellente. Puli e confortevoli, come il bagno, bella e pulita. Colazione normale, seriamente maniaco. Molto occupato, buffet, solo cibo caldo, molte scelte, marroni di hash meraviglioso. Nessun prigioniero preso, ancora piacevole. Tavoli puliti tra ospiti, ben fatto. Solo al lato inferiore di 'Lui' è diventato un disabile registrato, non è disponibile alcun parcheggio nella piccola zona parcheggio situata sul sito che era annoiante. È stato un problema per lui di andare e di uscire dall'hotel. Non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno, l'ha amato, spero rimarrà.

Nice hotel，good location，many restaurants nearby，and close to Portsmouth & Southsea station. Very nice staff，especially Hasan！Very enthusiastic and friendly！When we go back to the hotel，he always say hello to us. We feel so happy and warm. In other words，in Chinese we call it “宾至如归”. The meaning of “宾至如归” is guests feel at home. Thank you so much!

E il grado di conformità alle esigenze della gente di Hong Kong è corretto, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la salute. Il servizio del personale è molto buono. L'unico modo per fare il rumore è quello di isolamento sonore. Una guancia può essere sentita per minuti. È un centesimi per un pezzo di merce, e la persona si sente un problema di guancia, Non importa se vai alla spiaggia per cenare, la strada può arrivare per circa cinque o quindici minuti!!!!

Check in polite and efficient. Room was compact however had a number of mod cons - Dyson fan etc. The bathroom had the windows that black out once you press a button which was a nice touch. Supposed to have Sky TV but the TV didnt work, only there for one night and got there late so no big deal for me. Parking was simple, tons out the front. Massive TVs showing the football in the bar area which was busy. Loved the place, will def go back

Mi piace molto questo hotel. La stanza è molto pulita e luminosa. Molto luminosa della foto. La nostra stanza è molto più grande della foto. Il sorriso sulla reception è caldo e piacevole. State qui, come entrare nel piccolo museo della marina, le immagini sul muro sono ancora più calde per il bastone di guerriero fermato nel porto, che aggiunge un po'di calore.Cinque minuti a piedi dalla baia e sei minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Portsmouth. Anche se le strutture sono vecchie, sono molto buone in tre hotel.

Hotel molto vecchio. L' atmosfera che si respira però è vintage e quindi non dispiace affatto. Si affaccia sul vecchio porto e quindi molto comodo per vuole godere di un po' di atmosfera marinara. Di fronte alla stazione di Portsmouth Harbour. In generale comodo come posizione. Il personale della reception è disponibile e competente. Alcuni anche molto gentili (Adriano). Le camere sono vecchie. La prima stanza che mi avevano assegnato era completamente buia e quindi improponibile. Ho fatto un upgrade pagando una differenza considerevole. La nuova stanza ha una bella vista sul mare. La sala ristorante è accogliente e offre una prima colazione all'inglese. Il cibo gluten free è limitato nella scelta e non tanto buono. Il bar è ok. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente da migliorare.

Breakfast was decent and I had a nice meal in the evening where the Chef accommodated my requests. Room was comfortable and I would stay again if I'm in Portsmouth.

Lovely hotel and spa . Only let down was the car park attached to hotel only has one way in , no exit very very dangerous there was four of us grid locked inside it. Lucky we were all good drivers and managed to exit . There is a public one outside , but hotel car park is very limited and dangerous hardly any room inside , weird old shape and reverse driving more than forward . Hotel are cash less and there attitude was.... ah na , sorry cashless system . Shop up road. that's all they could offer don't give a dam how you park. Also took 160 deposit and will return sometime after. At later date. That was the real letdown reception staff.. .. not my problem attitude was poor. While the people that did get in hotel carpark was lucky to pay at reception off there deposit. Such poor service for such a lovely hotel. Apart from that the rest good.

Staff excellent especially Abby on Reception, so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Perfect welcome. Spacious room, excellent bathroom spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Electric heater made room perfectly warm. Bar and entrance area excellent. Loved the style and quirkiness - reminded us of Canadian hotels ( quality of some much worse ) and Disney Wilderness Lodge. Perfect. Breakfast excellent. Dinner not so much. This is not a Boutique Hotel so perhaps the name Bespoke Hotels sets it up to fail, sadly. Yes it needs new mattresses and mattress covers are a MUST. Agree that dining room chairs need cleaning and much dusting required. It could be so much better - just TLC - But no where near as bad as the horrible reviews which nearly out us off. We Loved It !! Can't wait to come back....Thank You :) :) :)

The hotel is well located in the centre of town however parking and access by car was a big problem; we had to park a mile away. Our room (and those of other travellers) wasn't ready on arrival. The room was in the main building; the bed was comfortable and the room had usual amenities. The shower was a little dated. We used the bar which was comfortable although overly busy due to two large parties booked in for events that evening. The bartender, Micky, coped really well with the large number of customers from the events. Breakfast included a good choice of hot and cold options and service was good. We felt the hotel tariff was over-priced even allowing that we visited for the Christmas market in December.

Non si è mai utilizzato Days Inn prima e ci siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Bella accoglienza calda e la camera perfettamente adatta per un soggiorno di una notte. Sì, ha bisogno di riabilitazione, ma per il denaro è buono valore. Infatti, sicuramente riusciremo a farlo di nuovo in rotta a Southampton.

Stayed for 2 nights. Reception was very welcoming. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable and desk was great to work at. Breakfast was mixed. Coffee machine on the first day was super slow, so waited along time and the coffee was bitter. Next day new machine, so much better. The Breakfast rush came in waves, so if you hit it at the wrong time, be prepared to wait for items to be refilled.

Room was nice enough and comfortable. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow, 2 hours for a single occupant for a main and desert only (they forgot to bring my starter) and whilst the food was nice enough not worthy of the inflated price tag. The restaurant is also where breakfast is, I always enjoy a full English, but I can honestly say it’s the worst breakfast I have ever had, not just once but all four days, clearly cooked on mass way before service starts and left under heat lamps to dry out to gobi desert levels, yolks of fried eggs should NOT make a tapping noise when you touch them with cutlery. The bacon undercooked on the underside and dried to inedible on the top side, both the beans and mushrooms dried to a stomach churning brown colour and the hash browns so dry that you’d better have your drink ready to wash them down. What I would say is that the other breakfast options, pasties, muffins, fresh fruit were really very nice. I spent the rest of the week eating in the bar to avoid service delays, much quicker, unfortunately it’s clear some of the options are frozen food rather than individually cooked meals which again for the prices is very disappointing. Very strange selection of draught options in the bar, and again over inflated prices, thankfully every single member of bar staff was lovely and they are what made my stay more palatable! Overall a nice enough stay, just overpriced for what you get!

We have just got home after having our wedding at the hotel, staying the night before and the night after, having breakfast each morning. Overall, we were delighted with the experience although there were some minor issues along the way, all of which were resolved. We started the wedding planning with the hotel in January, booking rooms and so forth. Between then and our wedding there were changes in staff that led to some issues but these were resolved swiftly by Louise, the hotel manager who was very proactive and efficient. The process of arranging the civil ceremony, the flowers, photography and cake was simpler because the suppliers all knew and had worked with the hotel beforehand. Communication at this level was really good. The choosing of menus and food was straightforward and we were able to customise with no problems. Come the day and everyone was impressed by the hotel team. We have to mention and praise Sennen, Minty and Izzy who worked non-stop to keep us and our three dozen guests fed and watered. We had the service in the Lombard Room which was light and airy with a lunchtime buffet in that room and dinner in the Winery, as well as post service drinks and canapes before the buffet. The chefs did a great job for both the lunchtime buffet and the evening sit down meal. Food arrived promptly and hot. The wines were generally praised as well as the food. Breakfasts were universally praised. You have to appreciate that this is a Georgian, listed building so there are constraints on what can be done. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. I found the air conditioning controls less than intuitive (an instruction sheet would be useful) and its always a shame when windows can’t be opened. We were delighted with the whole experience and would have no problems recommending the hotel for a wedding venue. If you want just a cheap bed for the night, then it isn’t going to win that competition. But that is not what this hotel is about and if you recognise that, then we think you will enjoy it.

Bella base non fritte hotel, ma tranquillo e pulito con un buon letto confortevole e una doccia ben attrezzata. Le camere sono di buona dimensione. Facile da trovare. Buona parcheggio. Grazie per il personale.
