Hotel con spa a Haikou

The breakfast variety is very comprehensive and tasty, definitely matching a 5-star hotel standard! There is a great mix of international, Chinese, and local Hainan cuisine. We loved the small bowls of Hainan noodles, which they rotate daily; I enjoyed a different type of noodle on both days. Since I did not have a Chinese phone number, I faced some problems paying a special promotional breakfast price for one of my children. Ms Lisa Wang kindly helped me resolve it. She was there on both days and remembered my payment issue from the previous day! This hotel is perfectly suited for families with young children. Our kids loved the amenities so much and there was plenty to do, meaning they were never bored. We went to the outdoor water playground every day. On Level 2, there is an indoor playground for kids, a mini obstacle course, and four VR arcade machines—the kids had so much fun! Ms Jiang Yulu and Ms Alice Tang were on duty there, and they were incredibly patient with the children. They even kindly allowed my kids to play multiple VR game rounds because my little boy was crying after playing one fewer round than his sister. At the basement level, the kids could visit the gym, the indoor swimming pool, a mini indoor water playground, and play table tennis or Chinese chess. On our last day, knowing that we were checking out, Ms Lisa immediately arranged pick up for our luggage from the room so that we could head straight to the airport right after breakfast. It was a wonderful stay at an excellent hotel with super friendly frontline staff—from the cleaning ladies to the housekeeping team. All of them greeted us with a smile. The housekeeping lady on the 15th floor (during my two night stay) constantly checked in with us whenever she saw us in the corridor to ask when it would be convenient to make up our room. We had to keep changing the time with her because the kids were having so much fun with the hotel's family-friendly facilities! Every night, we came back to an immaculately cleaned room, along with a complimentary night-time dessert for two people.

I had a lovely stay even though it was one night, wish I had actually booked a few nights but had just booked it because it was near the airport and would be convenient. The porter was helpful and front desk checked me in in good time and let me know all the necessary things and places I can go to enjoy the stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and it was very comfortable. The view was great and a surprise is at that it actually shares common facilities with ritz Carlton which is next door. You can enjoy the gardens, golfing area, pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient in cleaning up. Across the hotel is the teddy bear museum and outlet stores. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely come again ✨

Hong Yuan Hotel is part of the great chain of hotels Ascott hotels. A five star hotel with compotent leadership and staff. A special thanks to the reception staff Alysa, Alice and Annie for making my stay even more pleasant. I do recommend the hotel for those who value quitness with trendy stay. A variety of breakfast open buffet in addition to aLa cart lunch and dinner.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza familiare per 3D2N. Quando siamo arrivati, il servizio clienti era impeccabile. L'equipaggio del desk front ci ha salutati caldamente, e il processo di check-in era veloce, smooth, e altamente professionale. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è andato fuori dal loro modo per garantire il nostro comfort, dimostrando veri standard di ospite. Le strutture dell'hotel sono di alta qualità e ben mantenute. La piscina ha dimensioni ragionevoli per un soggiorno non di picco. I miei bambini godono ogni volta che sono nella piscina.. La nostra camera era spaziale, perfettamente pulita, e l'aria condizionata continua anche quando non siamo nella stanza. Questo hotel mix perfettamente le strutture di lusso con una cura calda e attenta. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare per un altro soggiorno memorabile.

Hotel in Haikou. Deliziosi colazione, servizio attento, piscina, spa, pulizia, posizione conveniente, vicino a un grande parco verde, biblioteca, numerosi stabilimenti e centro commerciale Mix. Grazie al personale dell'hotel per un soggiorno confortevole!

Siamo 3 generazioni che hanno soggiornato in una villa con 2 camere da letto e che ha riscontrato molti problemi durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti. Ci sono stati 2 giorni in cui abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, 2 giorni diversi in cui abbiamo avuto problemi elettrici (le luci non si accendevano o spegnevano nella camera da letto principale), 1 giorno di problemi con il bagno e anche alcuni problemi con la pulizia della cucina. La nostra maggiordoma Michelle si è impegnata a fondo per aiutarci a risolvere i problemi il più velocemente possibile, ma è stato piuttosto frustrante e non era affatto ciò che ci aspettavamo da un Ritz Carlton. Mi è dispiaciuto per Michelle che ha dovuto occuparsi dei nostri problemi anche nei suoi giorni liberi e, quando non era presente, abbiamo dovuto parlare con 3 diversi manager (Peter, Arthur e Felix) in 3 giorni diversi... sembra proprio che non ci sia stata coerenza nel loro servizio, nonostante le buone intenzioni del personale. Purtroppo, non possiamo consigliare questo hotel in base al nostro soggiorno.

Siamo stati così fortunati con il tempo a Haikouit è stato luminoso e chiaro, piacevolmente freddo con aria fresca umida.Anche se l'hotel è un po' fuori strada, il servizio è assolutamente eccellente. Arrivammo molto prima dell’arrivo, e Fiona, dall’ufficio del fronte, ci ha organizzato un pulizia precoce, e ci ha anche aggiornato in una sala di vista marina, con colazione gratuita e frutta di benvenuto. Il processo di estensione è stato semplice ed efficiente.Il ristorante cinese serve deliziosi cibi con piatti di sconto giornaliero, offrendo un grande gusto e un valore invincibile. Il mio bambino amava tutte le attività del club dei bambini, e la piscina non era mai stata affollata.

Amazing stay! Large swimming pools, comfortable room, and the property is located right on the public beach. There is a lovely walking/cycling path right outside the back gate facing the beach.Delicious buffet style breakfast. The manager Amber was ever so helpful with securing us seats on the free airport shuttle service. The only improvement worth making is providing bicycle rental services as it makes so much sense with the beach front cycling path available. There was one bicycle in the gym but apparently not for guest use.

Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, la colazione a buffet può essere affollata nelle ore di punta, quindi è consigliabile arrivare presto. Trattandosi di un marchio francese, la colazione del Sofitel include croissant e baguette, comuni anche in altri hotel a cinque stelle, quindi non è stata particolarmente eccezionale. Non ho nemmeno visto altre specialità francesi a colazione. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza in hotel è stata nella media.
