Hotel con spa a Haikou

Ci siamo divertiti a Yatter, grazie a Kiki, che è stato molto utile e responsabile, che ha migliorato la nostra stanza e ha risolto i miei problemi anche prima di arrivare. Penso che sia ancora un buon valore considerando tutte le strutture e i servizi, anche se è lontano dal centro della città, ma preferiamo stare in un posto tranquillo e bello come Yatter per una migliore qualità.

Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole - molto grato per il personale del front desk (Joan e la squadra), e soprattutto per il personale della sala per aver curato bene di noi e per essere flessibile con i tempi. L'hotel si trova a circa 15 minuti di auto da strada arcade e altri centri, e offre una vista sorprendente sul sole.

Avrei avuto un bel soggiorno anche se fosse una notte, se avessi effettivamente prenotato qualche notte, ma avrei appena prenotato perché era vicino all'aeroporto e sarebbe conveniente. Il portatore era utile e il desk mi ha fatto entrare in tempo utile e mi ha fatto sapere tutte le cose e i posti necessari per andare a godere del soggiorno. Mi è stato molto impressionato dalla pulizia della stanza e è stato molto confortevole. La vista era grande e sorpresa è che in realtà condivide le strutture comuni con la ritz Carlton, che è la porta accanto. Si può godere dei giardini, golf, piscina e spa. La colazione è buona e il personale è efficiente nel pulire. Intorno all'hotel si trova il museo di orso e i negozi di uscita. Grazie per il meraviglioso soggiorno, sarò certamente tornato ✨

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera a tema familiare e siamo rimasti molto colpiti! Era spaziosa, con un letto king-size e un letto singolo super largo quasi 130 cm, perfetto per la nostra famiglia di due adulti e due bambini. Anche la posizione è molto comoda, vicino a diversi centri commerciali e ristoranti. L'hotel offre una lavanderia self-service gratuita, ma è necessario ritirare prima un voucher alla reception. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati fluidi. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception, 小进, che ha gentilmente organizzato un check-out posticipato e ci ha persino ricordato un oggetto che avevamo dimenticato. Molto apprezzato!

One of the best 5 star hotel i have stayed. Cleaningless is good except carpet has weird smell. Location is great! Had a great shopping spree in the outlet nearby (shutter bus provided by hotel) there is many good buy in big brands like Adidas, Guess, Fila, Gap, CK and underamour etc. The restaurant in the outlet is well reasonable priced. Amenities is superb. The swimming pool is big and loaded with lots of fun play which my boys enjoyed. The hot spring included in the package is on another level! My family has a a great time exploring the wide big different type of hot springs. Wish we had stayed couple more days to fully explore it. Breakfast can be improved by adding more varieties but still considered acceptable. The dinner buffet is fabulous! The only thing is service can be improved if they help assign the tables. There is many varieties and they are not stingy with expensive ingredients like small lobsters, lamb/beef satay, roast bake oyster, 4 types of japanese sashimi. They provide beer too! Concierge service is nice and friendly unlike some 7 star hotel concierge act high and mighty in Haitang Bay. They went extra mile to provide dessert and fruit patter for us. Although we rejected it as we dont take it, i appreciate the service. Their concierge is friendly and explain the shutter bus service timing and location to us. Definitely recommend to stay here for a longer period. Do select the package that include free buffet dinner. You will not regret it. Heard from other guest that its a golf heaven but i do not have enough time to try it as only stay for 1 day. In future will give a try.

L'hotel ha le caratteristiche molto specifiche, la confezione è molto completa, se vuoi stare tranquillo, vivere qui è molto bene, l'obiettivo è il servizio molto buono, fare molto attentamente, la reception Xiao Xiao Mei, Xiao Su e Xiao Xiao Xiao, e Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao X L'emozione è molto utile. If you fancy a short trip on the tropical Chinese island of Hainan, in its capital, Haikou, then I would highly recommend the Westin Hotel. It has a lovely river view and is close to both shopping districts and The Bund, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, furnished to a high standard, and the staff are all friendly and take care of your every need. My hotel room overlooked both the river and the Bund but was never noisy and very relaxing. The breakfast has a good mix of traditional Chinese fare and Western breakfasts. Overall a lovely stay for a city where I was fortunate to live for a couple of years. Thanks to Bella and all her team for making my stay there very special.

Siamo 3 generazioni che hanno soggiornato in una villa con 2 camere da letto e che ha riscontrato molti problemi durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti. Ci sono stati 2 giorni in cui abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, 2 giorni diversi in cui abbiamo avuto problemi elettrici (le luci non si accendevano o spegnevano nella camera da letto principale), 1 giorno di problemi con il bagno e anche alcuni problemi con la pulizia della cucina. La nostra maggiordoma Michelle si è impegnata a fondo per aiutarci a risolvere i problemi il più velocemente possibile, ma è stato piuttosto frustrante e non era affatto ciò che ci aspettavamo da un Ritz Carlton. Mi è dispiaciuto per Michelle che ha dovuto occuparsi dei nostri problemi anche nei suoi giorni liberi e, quando non era presente, abbiamo dovuto parlare con 3 diversi manager (Peter, Arthur e Felix) in 3 giorni diversi... sembra proprio che non ci sia stata coerenza nel loro servizio, nonostante le buone intenzioni del personale. Purtroppo, non possiamo consigliare questo hotel in base al nostro soggiorno.

Eileen mi fece davvero eccezionale il soggiorno al Marriott. La sua calda ospitezza, professionalità e attenzione ai dettagli si sono rese fuori dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Era sempre utile, assicurando che tutto fosse perfetto e comodo. La sua atteggiamento e dedizione positiva hanno creato un’atmosfera benvenuta che ha reso la mia esperienza memorabile e piacevole.

The staff working here are absolutely excellent. From the ladies and gentlemen on the front desk, to the amazing chefs and restaurant staff, and the fantastic guest room upkeep and service crew, the duty managers and floor managers and the maintenance and garden and pool crew. We stayed for a few days during a national holiday, and were so impressed by the professional, friendly excellent staff who were all doing a truly great job. It made our stay, with a child, of the highest quality and satisfaction. Justin, the manager on duty when we arrived was very friendly and attentive and was a wonderful help to us. The pools and restaurants and cafes at the I hotel are fantastic. Beautiful, clean and well organized. The evening hour in the Executive Lounge was excellent also. Very satisfied and grateful to Justin and all the staff at this great hotel.
