Portogallo: hotel con spa nella provincia di Distretto di Lisbona

L'hotel non si trova in centro città, ma a dieci minuti a piedi c'è una stazione della metropolitana, il che rende facile raggiungere il centro storico. Essendo fuori città, prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto è molto comodo. La colazione dell'hotel è eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di opzioni e di buona qualità, oltre a un servizio eccezionale. SANA è una catena alberghiera portoghese, quindi la qualità e il servizio sono generalmente affidabili. L'hotel si trova proprio sulla rotta di volo, ma le camere sono ben insonorizzate, il che lo rende un luogo fantastico per osservare e fotografare gli aerei.

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Letti matrimoniali, i bambini sono grandi e dormire separatamente dagli adulti è molto adatto; le piccole parole dei bambini sono anche buone.La zona commerciale principale sottostante è molto conveniente per mangiare cibo cinese e andare al parco océanico molto vicino.

Hotel fantastico nel cuore di Lisbona. La posizione è proprio nel cuore del Bairro Alto. L'hotel è a pochi passi da punti panoramici sul centro storico, fermate dei tram e numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante e bar sul tetto è altamente consigliato per la colazione o per sorseggiare un drink al tramonto ammirando i colori che cambiano sui tetti del centro storico. Indimenticabile.

In Sintra ”abuso” dopo a Lisbona, l'hotel si è dimostrato una buona scelta.La posizione è eccellente, ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti intorno, camminare lungo il fiume e arco Augusta è molto conveniente. La camera è vasta, tutti i servizi aggiuntivi forniti dall'hotel sono fantastici. Mi sento come tornare all'hotel nazionale, come il drink di acqua potabile e il pranzo di pasto del salone.L'hotel offre anche una colazione gratuita per inviare alla stanza degli ospiti!La sala fitness nel primo piano negativo è anche una caratteristica, e l'ambiente circostante è il resto di Roma! Grazie in particolare al signor Nuno del Gibi, quando sono stato costretto a rinunciare all'uber prenotazione (il conducente ha chiesto di cancellare il pagamento in contanti) il giorno in cui sono uscito dall'hotel a Évora, mi ha rapidamente organizzato un'auto molto comoda e un conducente molto professionale per consegnarmi a Évora, pagando con la carta, Mi è anche molto consigliato per il ristorante che ha portato alla sua famiglia.In breve, l'esperienza di soggiorno di quattro notti è buona, il servizio dell'hotel è molto disponibile.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were booked into a very small room. But since we were staying for 4 days they changed us into a slightly larger one upon request. This made it better for 2 people and lots of luggage. The hotel is really well situated, within 15 minutes to walk to the old town, and very close to Edward VII park. Loved the spa for daily relaxation. Highly recommend. It has a minimalist vibe, but very friendly. and the breakfasts are incredible all you can eat buffets.

L'hotel è piuttosto distante da tutte le stazioni della metropolitana. Se avete bagagli ingombranti, orientarsi tra le strade lastricate di ciottoli può essere piuttosto impegnativo, quindi è altamente consigliato prendere un Uber o un taxi. All'arrivo, abbiamo gustato deliziosi dessert di benvenuto in camera. I servizi includono un bollitore per l'acqua bollente e una bottiglia d'acqua in omaggio. Tuttavia, non sono forniti dentifricio, spazzolini da denti o pantofole. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia era più debole di quanto avrei preferito e il lavandino del bagno è troppo piccolo, rendendo difficile appoggiare gli oggetti. Lavarsi le mani spesso causava schizzi d'acqua ovunque. Il lato positivo è che il letto era molto spazioso, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il deposito bagagli è gratuito. I bagagli vengono custoditi nel deposito bagagli e bisogna aspettare che il personale apra la porta per ritirarli. A volte c'è solo un membro del personale alla reception e, se si ha fretta e non c'è nessuno nella zona reception, potrebbe essere necessario prevedere più tempo. Noi abbiamo aspettato circa 10 minuti.

La posizione geografica è eccellente, la ricezione, l'igiene, il servizio è molto buono, tranne che per la stanza leggermente piccola.La rotazione è molto conveniente. È la carne bovina francese sottostante. È meglio prenotare in anticipo.Il negozio di prodotti alimentari all'interno dell'hotel è anche delizioso, non è molto dolce, vale la pena provare.La colazione è unico e ricco. Vivere due giorni può risparmiare molti corpi.

Great city views from the rooms. Bedroom light switch was broken therefore had to sleep with lights on. However problem resolved quickly once communicated to staff.
