Il parcheggio è troppo costoso. Evitare di parcheggiare la vostra auto in parcheggio hotel se non vuoi pagare un prezzo di parcheggio. L'hotel è pulito, il personale è amichevole, e vicino all'aeroporto. Molto conveniente per i viaggiatori che parteno o arrivano all'aeroporto di Luton.

床放置在一條柱及窗台的中間，左右落床都不能，只可以單邊落床非常不方便！相片不是這樣，有被欺騙的感覺🥹 洗手間竟然沒有 refill 沖涼液，害我要在沖涼的中途走出來，在自己的行李箱找沐浴露才能完成洗澡的過程😭😭 床非常軟，被鋪亦相對比較簡陋，還找到一兩條短頭髮在床上🥲 好處是酒店的裝修比較新👍🏼而且服務人員還是有禮的。

I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.

Great experience overall. Delicious breakfast, great stuff. Thanks all again! The bathroom is a bit tired . I stayed in handycup room, the handrails seemed to be rusty and teared apart.

Stayed here with my daughter when we were booked to go to MK Bowl. Lady on reception was very welcoming and we got checked in without a problem. Room was good, bathroom clean and the air con was on so we stepped into a lovely cool room from sitting in the car. Breakfast was as expected. All in all, great value for money.

The room is impeccably clean and welcoming, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Its location couldn’t be more ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling bus and train stations, as well as a variety of shops and inviting restaurants. However, a noticeable downside is the lack of soundproofing; during my stay, I found myself disturbed by the muffled sounds of snoring and occasional arguments from the neighboring room, which significantly impacted the tranquility I had hoped for.

Il personale era così gentile e utile. Ho controllato appena la cucina si chiuse e ho chiesto al cuoco di riavviare la pizza per cena. Ho anche una gamba rotta, che era molto dolorosa e gonfia da un giorno intero a piedi intorno all'aeroporto di Luton. Mi hanno fornito un enorme bollo di ghiaccio che ha fatto una grande differenza e ho lasciato l'hotel il giorno dopo, mi sono sentito molto più comodo e tranquillo. Quando stavo per lasciare una gentile signora al check-in, è venuto a darmi una bottiglia di acqua e un bar di cioccolato per portarmi. Grande esperienza dopo l’esperienza di EasyJet all’aeroporto di Luton, il giorno precedente.

Marcure Hotel is a nice place to be, the serenity of the place is awesome. Excellent staff support and breakfast was good. The location is in the centre of Bedford making it a very enjoyable place to be. Though Car Park is paid for, but the experience is worth repeating.
