Staff were amazing, so helpful, understanding and supportive. Room was nice, lovely view I really the river. Air conditioning unit, was really dusty and I found lumps of dust on the table beneath it which had fallen from it.

Stavo solo qui per accedere all'aeroporto all'inizio della mattina seguente. A questo proposito, l'hotel serviva pienamente il suo scopo. Non abbiamo davvero provato nessun altro servizio, abbiamo avuto un sonno decente - la stanza era abbastanza fondamentale, ma funzionale! Camminare all'aeroporto richiede circa 10-15 min. Room clean and tidy. Unfortunately a couple of lights were not working in the bathroom so made for a bit of a palaver trying to shower in almost darkness.  The breakfast was good with lots of choice, sadly the coffee in the machine wasn’t of good quality and was very bitter.  The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.  Overall, would choose to stay again.

Molto convenientemente situato per le nostre esigenze. Bella stanza spaziale Letto confortevole con due opzioni, se necessario Caffè, tè ecc. disponibile quando necessario. La colazione, anche se produce da sola, fate abbastanza opzioni e varietà per iniziare il giorno e il viaggio a casa. Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport è una scelta ideale se voli da Luton e vuoi qualcosa di comodo e confortevole. L'hotel è a pochi passi dal terminale, che lo rende davvero ideale per voli di mattina presto o di notte tardi. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e ben mantenute. Nonostante sia così vicino all'aeroporto, la resistenza sonora è molto buona e la camera si sentiva abbastanza tranquilla per un buon sonno notturno. Il letto era comodo e la camera aveva tutto per un breve soggiorno. L'ispezione era ben organizzata e il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la permanenza. Una bella parka è il complimentare colazione la selezione è piuttosto semplice ma comprende prodotti caldi, pasticceria, frutta e caffè, che è perfetto prima di arrivare all'aeroporto. In generale, non è un hotel di lusso, ma è affidabile, pulito e estremamente conveniente per i viaggiatori che volano da Luton.

No issues checking in. Clean and tidy place. No issues with room, beds very large and comfy. It was very quiet when we stayed family of 4. I requested 2 rooms next door to each other and request fulfilled. Water pressure excellent for showers. Have pool sauna, gym, unfortunately we didn't try these facilities. Do check breakfast times, we thought breakfast was served until 11am but was mistaken. Got to restaurant at 10am and were closed. Luckily, a staff member from reception managed to get us some pastries and yogurts, very kind! Accommodation is within the Cranfield University campus and near Cranfield Airport.

I am David Lee from Hong Kong, Luton Town fans before we are in the Premier League. The location of Thistle Express Luton is just 10 minutes walk from the station, and the exit of the hotel, would you believe it is just a minute walk from Luton Point, their main shopping mall! There are KFC and McDonalds in there which you are no longer to use UBER Eat to pay extra, also there are TESCO Express which you can buy drink and fast food there. The Thistle Express Luton hotel lobby provide free breakfast, tea and coffee, and you can use microwave, so you can save lots of money on lunch and dinner.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.
