Мало свежих отзывов , поэтому хочу написать. Хороший уютный отель. Насколько индусы могут соблюдать чистоту, настолько они ее соблюдают, постоянно подметают, что-то трут, вытирают , молодцы. Уборка каждый день, персонал вежливый, до самой ночи видела, что приносят напитки и даже еду в номера. Завтраки вполне приемлимые, голодными не останетесь , есть разное на выбор.
Мы были единственными русскими, но это не смущает нисколько. Нам есть с чем сравнивать, мы много где были - для Азии , особенно для Индии- отель прекрасный.

La posizione di Riva è eccellente. È sulla parte più tranquilla della spiaggia, ma è ancora molto accessibile a scacchi e ristoranti. Ci sono 3 piscine nelle stanze e i servizi spa sono grandi. Check-in e check-out è stato così liscio. Mi piacerebbe davvero poter pagare un prezzo più alto per Riva, perché è un bel ristorante con personale ospite e ha il potenziale di essere molto rilassante. Goa è conosciuta come una cucina sorprendente, e vorrei che Riva potesse offrire cibo che rispettasse le norme di Goan. Ho ordinato una tazza al caffè e era sottostandard per dire il meno. La mattina dopo, la samba e la vega erano immerse e poi saltate, e fortunatamente la mia famiglia ricca ha trovato delle opzioni alimentari sorprendenti al di fuori dell'hotel.
Ci sono lavori da fare e aspettare di sentire migliori recensioni alimentari prima di raccomandare o visitare di nuovo.

Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed.
We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available.
Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed.
The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

That was mine second visit in Artistry Suites - this time thy excited all expectations after first brilliant stay. Big thank you to all staff- very humble & polite at the same time friendly. Food is excellent, rooftop pool that place when you can escape from the midday heat on the beach. Highly recommended - can’t wait for next visit.

We were surprised with the Holi experience that the hotel curated for the guests. the pool is the highlight of the property, and it stays open till 11 at night. the staff is very warm and it is very close to both Morjim and Ashvem beach. The breakfast spread could be improved, but there are a lot of restaurants and shopping points at walking distance.

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza sul piano superiore con vista sull'oceano. Non l'hotel del sogno, ma era pulita, acqua calda 24 ore, nessun insetto! La sorpresa non era che la stanza fosse un balcone, ma eravamo sicuri che fosse il tipo di stanza, ma alcuni usavano il balcone comune per asciugare i vestiti. Bella vista è anche un buon punto di questo posto 🫶

Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.

Loved the ambience of the property, especially at night. Service at the Bongo Shack is also good. If you want to do water activities, this is the place. Overall, had a great time. 👍

Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here.
Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help.
Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes.
The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good!
The pool was very quite, but suited us.
April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible.
We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

PPrateek DahiyaRecently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice.
However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well!
The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment.
Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks
