We had a great stay at the hotel. In new clean and nice design rooms with the high quality of furniture. We loved it. Great location if you want to explore the area closed to the Parliament House. A pretty lot variety of cafe and restaurants. The staff kind and nice. If we have chance to visit Canberra again will stay here. Strongly recommend this hotel to our friends and others

Hotel Null Hotel, l'hotel è molto buono, molto buono, la stanza è molto grande e molto parcheggio, il ristorante alberghiero conveniente ha anche buon gusto, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è anche molto buona, molto tranquillo e molto buono

L’iscrizione al servizio era un po’ lento, poiché solo un membro del personale del desk non era disponibile per qualche ragione, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po’ prima di ricevere i biglietti.
Eravamo l'ultima a questo hotel poco prima che Covid colpisce, quindi c'era un notevole miglioramento, ma le finestre devono essere protette dal suono e anche le tende di blocco devono essere lavate perché erano molto polverose.
Il bar è stato un grande personale!
In tutto, ci siamo divertiti con il nostro soggiorno di 2 giorni!

Our internet service wasn’t good / and shower had a little bit issues. The hotel solved it quickly . The hotel service is excellent. in the room it provide coffee machine / kettle - Italy good brand . Also I really like the shower gel / body lotion provided by the hotel - these all 5 stars hotel standard. It is highly recommended. The only thing I can criticize to the hotel is it should replace the shower head .

Modern hotel, pretty and clean apartment with all the amenities. The extra cot for our daughter was fantastic and they even bothered to make it look like a well-made bed. When checking out at the reception our daughter received a nice backpack gift from the staff.
Impressed with the hotel, definitely we will come back.
Ps. If we want to be picky, I would suggest changing the robes to softer ones.

JJamieWe recently stayed at the Canberra Rex Hotel as a family of three, traveling from Sydney to celebrate the New Year. While there were some positive aspects, our overall experience was disappointing.
Starting with the positives, the reception staff were very nice and courteous, which we appreciated. We liked that it is very near a light rail station and quite close to parks, restaurants, and cafes.
The layout of the hotel posed challenges. Our room was quite far from the lifts, and with only two lifts positioned side by side in a corner of the building, accessibility was inconvenient. It seems the hotel design is to blame, as the lifts are not centrally located like in most hotels.
One of the biggest letdowns was the pool. We specifically chose this hotel for its pool, hoping our little one could enjoy it. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working, and the water was freezing cold. To make matters worse, we noticed some bugs in the pool, which was unsettling. The staff wouldn’t have known the heater wasn’t working if we hadn’t informed them. It felt like the pool's maintenance and condition were overlooked, which was a major disappointment for us. Had we known that we won't be able to enjoy the pool, we would've settled in a hotel that is far more affordable.
As compensation for the pool issue, we requested and were granted a late check-out, which was a kind gesture from the hotel. However, it didn’t feel adequate given the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced.
Additionally, the King Suite we stayed in had some practical flaws. It only had one bin, which was insufficient for a family of three, as it filled up quickly. Another inconvenience was the shower area, which didn’t have any shelves. This meant we had to place shampoo and conditioner bottles on the floor while showering, which was far from ideal.
Overall, while the reception staff’s service was commendable, the hotel fell short in terms of facilities and maintenance. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for future guests.

SSC24Siamo stati qui per 2 notti a Sydney, sulla strada di ritorno. Camera spaziosa, letto pulito e confortevole. Parcheggio ragionevole a 12 dollari a notte con entrate e uscite multiple, e spazio di parcheggio ampio. Buona posizione in una zona tranquilla, non troppo lontano dalla CBD. Camminando a Westfield Belconnen. Rimarrà qui.

SSaffat BinService was good at this property. Beautiful hotel. Food in this hotel was exceptionally good. However, the bathroom in the hotel room was a little old fashioned and the walk-in-shower in the bathroom had a leak in it which caused the bathroom to get flooded whenever a shower was taken.

EElaine Yuen YanThe hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day.
The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin.
There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning.
Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday.

La camera (il re superiore) era grande, ben vista e aveva molte finestre. Il letto era molto comodo. Solo negativo era che una regina di dimensioni doona era sul letto del re, che la lasciava un po' sul lato piccolo. Le letti e le mutande erano tutte di buona qualità. Il personale era amichevole, anche se quando abbiamo chiesto che il doona fosse sostituito con un doona più grande, ci fu detto quando tornavamo all'hotel dopo che era stato fatto. Non era stato.
Il principale punto di svantaggio di questo hotel ben conservato e attraente è che non ci sono strutture per la mangiare o il bar, anche se forniscono collegamenti a caffè e altri ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed over Christmas and it was lovely for the kids. They were welcomed with gift packs full of mini-games, not just the normal colouring papers and pencils. They also have a Christmas workshop set up way before Christmas. The room was very nicely decorated with ample of space for crafting and small table for some drinks. The only downside was that many things had been used up and not refilled as the workshop opened a few weeks before Christmas. They also served milk in the workshop room, but I had concerns that the milk was there from the morning for the whole day and that it was not kept chilled, which might not be good for the kids to consume. The receptionists were very friendly.

UUtente ospiteOur first experience with A by Adina was in Sydney, so we decided to try the one in Canberra. We loved the vibe, the cleanliness, and the layout of the room we stayed in. The gym was smaller than I expected but it was good enough for me to get in a workout. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and usually at other hotels, we would be given something like a small chocolate or a complimentary beverage but we didn't receive anything so don't expect something if you're celebrating a special occasion during your stay. The location is amazing as it is within walking distance to Canberra City Centre and surrounding suburbs. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the CBD.
