The room was comfy; The TV was a good size; The bed was a king size & good to sleep on. We had a buffet breakfast & dinner each day. The staff managed to keep up the service. The food was ok. The staff was extremely busy & run off their feet. A big thank you to Christian & Jane for looking after us. The site is the perfect location. Close to the city & landmarks. An ideal base to travel from to tourist destinations. We loved it.

Dopo aver trascorso il giorno nel deserto, potrebbe essere stato bello avere una nuotata ma con palme morti, disintegrando foglie e assortendo flosam non identificabile che mi impedisce di entrare (non menzionare il sedimento sporco e il film alghe rivestiti il pavimento della piscina) Questa recensione non è tutto cattiva, ma la doccia era bella, pulita e confortevole e il freddo pallido ala nella taverna adiacente, proprio come ordinato dal dottore. Ma davvero a 170 dollari per notte per una camera da regina di base sarebbe così difficile pulire la piscina una volta per ora?

Siamo andati in Waikerie 6 mesi fa e abbiamo visitato qui regolarmente e siamo sempre stati molto soddisfatti dei pasti fino a poco tempo fa. Non sono sicuro se ci sia un diverso cuoco, ma i pasti delle ultime due visite erano deludenti per dire il meno. Le salate laterali sono diminuite a metà della dimensione e non sono una garniera, ma una salata. Le costole, in precedenza saporose e grandi gusti, hanno gusto come il dolce fiocchio e il ricaldamento microonde. (non come descritto nel menu). Il mio Caesar salad con pollo non aveva uova di pollo e il pollo era goduto come se fosse coperto di polvere di curry. Considerato questo e il locale club sono gli unici posti che serve alcol e cibo in città il fine settimana di notte, forse dovremo riconsiderare il cibo fuori.

We had a magnificent time at The Commodore recently. We had a wonderful, spacious room; as well as a very attentive bartender who helped us enjoy and choose a few pre-drink gins from their enormous selection. Dinner was fantastic, be both had amazing steak and sides, and beautiful wine. Breakfast the next morning was also lovely. I would stay here again next time I'm in the Mount, no questions.

Abbiamo prenotato per 3 notti, grande valore la camera è piccola ma sufficiente per poche notti, caldaia, microonde e frigorifero . Il centro di Barossa è un posto più vecchio, ma la nostra stanza era bella e pulita, i manager sono super amici e si vede che stanno cercando di farlo andare bene. Lo consiglio se lo fate solo per qualche giorno. Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 appartamento di camera che era fantastico per la nostra famiglia di 4. E 'stato pulito, spazioso e molto confortevole (soprattutto le letti). Booking months ahead (Black Friday discounts) we got a very affordable rate for our stay but were unlucky in that the Barossa had an extreme heatwave (38°c - 44°c) every day during our 5 night stay. The AC unit in our room appeared to have a maximum lowest temp setting of 20°c. While the remote let you go lower, the display on the unit always said 20°c and it never really felt very cool. Given outside heat, it didn’t cool the room sufficiently and the AC unit either shut itself off during the day or someone (not us) shut it off during the day, leaving leaving the room to heat up, sadly also warming up our recently acquired wine purchases. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, however, when you untuck the covers for the night the flat bottom sheet comes untucked too. Normal for a hotel, right. No worries I thought, however, I really struggled to tuck bottom sheet back in as the mattress weighs a ton. Seriously, a ton. I had to try and shove the sheet edge into the crack between the mattress and box spring with fingertips which didn’t work very well. The room had a separate WC/toilet room and a separate shower room to the left and right of the vanity. The WC/toilet was quite compact. It had no exhaust fan and only a high sliding window as the only source of ventilation. We couldn’t keep the window open because with the extreme outside temps and with no AC vent in the toilet room, the WC was hotter than blazes when the door was closed and in use. We had to keep window closed and door propped open with large runners to keep the room cool and ventilated, sadly allowing unpleasant odours to waft into the rest of the room. The shower room had a wooden door with no gap at the top and a few inches gap at the bottom. It had no AC vent, no fan, and apart from the gap between the bottom of the door, only a small sliding window for ventilation. With hot water running and no ventilation, the heat and steam build up was overwhelming. Both these rooms could cause a panic attack for a claustrophobic person especially when combined with the heat and lack of ventilation. The tile floor in front of the vanity had lots of hard raised bumps protruding in the grout lines and when stepped on, felt like you were stepping on sharp stones or maybe nails grouted over the top. Reported the issue to management. Throughout the day and night we heard the occasional loud banging type noise. It wasn’t constant, just a bang every now again. We never did figure out what caused it but it was rather annoying. The room was quite dark most of the time. Above the vanity were some small frosted windows covered by a blind that we didn’t notice for the first day or two. The other end of the room had a sliding glass door covered by long black curtains with no sheers under so you couldn’t let the light in and have privacy at the same time. The hotel does not service the rooms daily. The room came with sufficient coffee and toiletry supplies for one day so if you need

Perfect location for our drive Perth to Melbourne, easy access from and to the highway. Spacious, clean room with table, couch, TV, aircon and very comfortable bed. Ensuite a little outdated but the room had been freshened up. We had trouble connecting to the wifi. The restaurant was closed on our visit but we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that while there is a 'late check-in' window, a sign on the door said that reception hours had changed to 8am - 8pm (when we booked the site said it was open all night... it might be wise to check ahead if you're likely to be later) Good, clean accommodation. We had a good stay.

Passare 4 giorni qui durante una bella scrivania. La stanza era al secondo piano, che era deludente, perché non c'era ascensore e non siamo galline da primavera. La stanza stessa è stata colpita dal rumore stradale; la stanza è stata vista sul principale (Portrush) strada fuori dal fronte. Ci siamo lasciati prima 10:00AM ogni giorno, la stanza è stata costruita nei primi due giorni, non è stata toccata al terzo. Non c'erano forniture per lavare i vostri piatti (spazzatura, tovagliolo, lavatrice di liquidi, ecc.) Il bagno era un po' di sacchetto misto, la doccia era a posto, ma un distributore di sapone era a metà legato al muro. Il portatore del bagno era tenuto insieme al tac blu (non molto bene, posso aggiungere). Non ci sono posti di parcheggio disponibili quando siamo tornati dopo mezzanotte a NYE. Due to flight delays and re-routing from Bali to Perth to Adelaide instead of Bali to Adelaide direct, I arrived too late to check in, so I did not get to stay there. However my communications with them prior to the potential delay were polite and they tried as best as possible to accommodate potential late arrival but it was after midnight by the time I cleared Adelaide airport.

Most plastic chairs and 1 of the 2 plastic loungers at the pool were broken and beyond repair. Pool seemed to have its often leafy and hair-balled bottom vacuumed and some water added once a week. It never appeared to have any disinfecting chemicals added. There was a pool safety sign that showed first aid tips and a no-running rule in small font, but there was no mention of the commonplace horseplay, jumping, and diving in the pool. Also, kids routinely ignored the No Running bit - often in full view of their watching adults. The pool’s layout seemed to invite accidents with sharp edges protruding in at least 3 places along the attached remains of 2 jacuzzis. Overall, it was often a playground for kids and their watchers, but at best, rather like a plunge pool with insufficient space for any real swimming, even for a couple of guests. A shading structure covered 2 wooden tables and benches, and the whole pool area was enclosed in a fenced part of the parking lot adjacent to bins for recyclables and garbage. Someone made a daily routine of throwing out crushed biscuits and crackers to feed pigeons, etc. Housekeeping and reception were very professional with only occasional reminders needed about missed reservations and amenities at the busy time we were there. Room furnishings included large tv, microwave, refrigerator, good mattress and kitchenware. Laundry room with card reading machines was another plus. Location was great for either walking or taking the tram to Glenelg beach - walking there along ANZAC Hwy or using the tram at 4th Ave & Dunbar Tce.

Very clean comfortable motel for the price. Comfy beds with great big thick pillows. Obliging staff. Outside seating and very clean pool although the weather was a bit cool to swim. Would stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Presidential Motel and will never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there again. We checked in on Thursday, 24th February 2022 to a lady who was very rude. She advised me as I was booking in that they would be charging me a $200.00 pre-authorisation damages fee that would cover any damages to the room. I asked her why this was the case and she advised that it was standard through booking.com and booking.com charged this on all booking.com bookings. I advised her that I used booking.com on all my bookings and have never been charged a damages fee. She was quite rude and ended up charging me $150.00 after admitting that it was the hotels preference to charge customers a damages fee not booking.com. I want to the room with friends to put my luggage away. 2 cleaners were cleaning the room beside my room. They asked me if I was booking into the room that they were cleaning and advised them that I was booking into Room 48. 1 of the cleaners advised that she would do a check of the room to see if it was ready to be booked. She unlocked the room and went inside to do a check. She advised me that the fridge had to be stocked. I asked her if I could take some blankets as it was cold and she said yes. She showed me the cupboards where the blankets were and I removed 2 blankets from the cupboard that was encased in white bags. These bags were carried out to the boot of my car. The door closed behind me and I thought I had left the swipe card in the room. I asked the cleaner could she unlock the room for me, which she did. The cleaner then went back to the room next door to finish her cleaning. (Approval of using the blankets were witnessed by 4 people that were with me). On Friday, 25th February 2022 I received a missed call from 08 8724 9966 at 12:24 pm. I returned this call and was greeted by a man advising that he was the manager of the Presidential Motel and had been advised by his cleaner that the blankets had not been returned to the room. I advised him that the blankets were still in the car as I grabbed them because my kids were cold. He asked where I was and I told him that I was at the speedway. He spat the dummy stating that they could not be at the speedway and had to be returned to the motel so they wouldn’t get dirty. I told him that they wouldn’t get dirty because we were parked in the pits and the blankets were kept in the car for the kids to use. He said that they would get grease etc on them because we were at the speedway. I again advised him that this wouldn’t be the case because they were in the car. Our kids were racing go karts, which doesn’t have grease etc like the cars would. I told him that I would return the blankets to the room and told him I had to go. I then hung up the phone. On Friday, 25th February 2022 when we returned to the room it was late and I forgot to remove the blankets from the boot (that had still not been used and were still in the white bags). We we

The Henry is ok if you are looking to just put your head down. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Was reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Bathroom light flashed like a disco we advised cleaners to report which she did but nobody came to fix it. The globe needed replacing.don’t know why this wasn’t picked up by the pre clean. This was a standard room double bed plus single. Other rooms may be better ? Hot water pressure was good. These rooms are very outdated but as I said you get what you pay for. tv had foxtel which was good. It was just a head down place for us and I’m assuming for most people staying in these type of units. Not much around here walking distance it’s very quiet but a close drive to attractions. We went use restaurant so can’t comment on that. If the light had of been fixed it would have been a decent stay. I don’t understand why these things aren’t attended to.

Good location but few other positive things to say about this place. Bed was horrible. Don't think there was a single spring in the mattress & thought it would swallow me whole. Pillows were like massive bricks. Horrible smell that constantly permeated the room. Shower was the absolute worst! Terrible water pressure & would go from scalding hot to freezing cold over & over for no particular reason. Bathroom fan did not work & the toilet would refill with a trickle. Would literally take over half an hour to fill. TV had terrible reception. There was a fridge & Wi-Fi. No hairdryer. I do not recommend this motel.

Having swimming pool was so nice and refreshing.

Our stay at Aloha took an unfortunate turn when we used an openly accessible outdoor power point to slow charge and top up our EV’s battery overnight. There are multiple outdoor power points attached to the guest laundry and it was not indicated in any way that they were not to be used by guests. Early the next morning the host Nicola unplugged our charger, left it on the ground and brushed it aside with her foot while taking photos of our car (all recorded by the Tesla’s sentry mode cameras). We were then awoken by her loud knocking on the door and confronted with accusations of theft and illegal activity related to electricity usage, coupled with threats of eviction. Moreover, the host charged our friend's credit card $100 without prior notice, assuming the car belonged to them (the $100 was only refunded after she realised the car belonged to us) and failing to assess the actual electricity consumption. This unprofessional behaviour, lack of transparency, plus her condescending attitude left us questioning the overall service at Aloha. The host's comparison of our Tesla charging to providing guests with a free tank of petrol highlighted a fundamental misunderstanding of electric vehicle charging costs. Such an experience ruined the rest of our trip in Mt Gambier, as we had a constant fear that she would follow through with her threat of eviction by forcibly removing our belongings from the apartment.

L’ingresso e l’uscita di questo posto erano senza ispirazione. Tuttavia, la camera della Regina Superiore era magnifica! Era in ottima condizione, pulita e ben attrezzata. La cucina aveva un bacino e tutti i lavastoviglie erano forniti. C'era un buon tavolo di tè e caffè. Le biscotti complimentari erano un bel toccamento. La doccia era grande. C'era un BBQ coperto e un'area di mangiare all'aperto. Il parcheggio era facile da accedere. Anche se si trovava su una strada occupata, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore di traffico. Una camera superiore, certo!

Sono andato a Ceduna per visitare un amico malato e ho scelto di rimanere al motel, ho prenotato la stanza compatta, ed era estremamente conveniente, e si' compatta. La stanza era pulita, il letto era anche bello, più forte di quanto mi piacesse, ma questa è la mia preferenza personale, e le mutandine erano grandi, la stanza e il bagno erano date, ma tutto il resto era piuttosto nuovo, le foglie e gli asciugamani erano piuttosto nuove e fresche. Il bagno era data, ma molto pulito, il personale era grande, amichevole e utile. Non c'è cena, ma non c'è problema, ho avuto una macchina e andai a prendere qualcosa di cibo. I miei soli negativi erano il condizionatore d'aria molto vecchio e alto e a circa 1:00, immagino che alcuni locali decisero che sarebbe stato divertente urlare e spaccare le porte per circa mezz'ora. Non è colpa del motel, penso che sia una questione in molti luoghi, quindi ho messo alcune orecchini e sono tornato a dormire.
