I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron trip app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too.

Carlton Suites Motel in Goulburn is a great choice for a short stay. The rooms are very clean, and the location is convenient, making it easy to get around. It’s also quite affordable, offering good value for money. However, there are a couple of minor downsides. The soundproofing isn’t the best, so noise from other rooms or outside can be noticeable. Also, I had trouble reaching the staff by phone, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a clean and budget-friendly place to stay in Goulburn. Despite the small issues, I’d stay here again!

Perfect location and clean hostel. The beds are comfortable and clean. They have personal luggage storage in the shared room just bring your padlock . Toilets are great with hot and cold showers. However, they don't have bidet, so if you're someone who uses bidet, then this place is not for you. They also have a good kitchen to cook your favorite dishes. The staff are good they are friendly and accommodating. I just don't like their strict check out policy. I was at the toilet and exceeded 5min before checking out, but when I tried to open the shared room to get my luggage, I could not open it anymore they deactivated the keycard already which is really rude. Maybe you can give consideration when it comes to checkout time.

Ho avuto fortuna di avere la mia stanza pronta in anticipo, prima 2PM e dal mio volo arrivato presto al mattino, è stato davvero bello! Cathy era anche una persona meravigliosa in generale, per tutta la mia permanenza. La stanza è abbastanza grande, con un asciugamano e un frigo. 👌🏻 La stanza che avevo è vicino alla zona comune, ma la gente non era troppo alta, soprattutto la sera, nonostante fosse quasi il pranzo, così è stato bello. La zona è molto fredda, poche scuole e case intorno non sono così rumorosi a notte, ma si trova sulla rotta degli aerei e sono piuttosto bassi nel cielo, dal momento che si avvicina all'aeroporto. Ma non c'è nessuno alla notte (a mezzanotte fino a 6AM direi) e non è nemmeno ogni 5 minuti. Il sole si è messo in piedi molto presto all'epoca dell'anno e per me, mi sentivo come il quartiere non aveva luce per camminare, ma non era molto disturbo e non c'era nulla che possa cambiare, Quindi solo un head-up per avere una piccola luce/batteria sufficiente sul telefono da usare quando tornate dalle vostre attività di viaggio di giorno.

Most of the staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. The capsules look very futuristic and are quite big. There is a huge common room where you can watch TV and play billiards. But the design of the hotel is very poor, for instance the cabins of the toilets are way too small. Same applies to the bathroom. Some parts in the bathrooms are broken (leaking waste drains and shower heads etc.). The kitchen was very dirty and smelly. Was a nightmare to cook there.

We’ve already stayed at this hostel a month prior to this stay and we had a great time once again. Great value for money! Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay close to Chinatown.

Overall a good 3 night stay at the Hermitage. Large spacious room, fairly comfortable bed/bedding. Don’t know about aircon/heating as it was not used during our stay. Unfortunately it is not shown in the online pictures that the hotel is surrounded by commercial facilities on 3 sides and a highway on the 4th. Great to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a toaster (as breakfast is not offered at the hotel). Unfortunately, though you can cook toast there were no plates or knives supplied to put any butter or spreads on it. The restaurant meal was great, service was really good, wine list small (inexpensive) but fine. The whole experience was let down by our final night when we ordered in-house meals from the restaurant at 7.30 and when we called at 9pm to enquire how much longer they would be we were informed our order had been lost. Went to sleep hungry. Attitude over this issue was abysmal.

The interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre.
