The historic cottage was a carriage house in the past and has been converted into an adorable little guest house. It sits behind the main house which is also a vacation rental. It’s quiet and very private.Inside you’ll find one queen size bed, a small chair that makes into a narrow bed (child size or a very thin person), love seat, whirlpool tub, kitchenette, smart TV with Roku and excellent WiFi.Outdoors you find a fully fenced private yard with a private hot tub, a barbecue grill and a fire pit.The spaceThe guest suite is a detached studio with approx 450 sq ft. It has a private yard with a grill and outdoor furniture. A queen size bed, a full bath with a whirlpool tub and a kitchenette which consists of a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, two burner cooktop, pots & pans, coffee maker, table & 2 chairs, and a kitchen sink. Guest accessPass the main house, turn right on 1st, and right onto the alley behind the main house.
