Ho soggiornato a Hong Kong per alcune notti. È davvero bello soggiornare in questo hotel sull'isola di Hong Kong Anche se è un residence, la camera è grande e ha tutto, soprattutto il bagno una lode. Il bagno è abbastanza grande e l'acqua è buona. È grande e comodo per fare il bagno. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto. È abbastanza nuovo, probabilmente rinnovato negli ultimi due anni. Era mezzogiorno quando siamo arrivati, quindi abbiamo potuto fare il check-in dopo l'una. Anche se nelle vicinanze c'è un famoso hotel, la sua superficie è solo una dozzina di metri quadrati, mentre questa stanza è più di trenta metri quadrati. È solo che è così difficile trovare l'ingresso dell'hotel, ho guardato nel sistema di navigazione ma non l'ho ancora visto. Effettua il check-in alla reception, entra nell'ascensore e sali al primo piano. La lobby al primo piano qui è G. È comodissimo nelle vicinanze. Ci sono stazioni della metropolitana, stazioni degli autobus, ristoranti e negozi di dolci, e i prezzi sono abbastanza economici. È anche molto comodo prendere l'autobus Ding Ding. Sono uscito verso le 14 e sono andato a Kennedy Town, Victoria Peak e Central.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. Starting from the check-in until checkout, everything was smooth, fast and clear. The room was more like a serviced-apartment with everyday cleaning service, laundry, shoe cleaning. The room has a small kitchen area with a kettle, a sink, dishware for 2 people, a microwave and a small refrigerator. We stayed in studio deluxe room was 3 nights and it was extremely clean (which really deserved 4/5 rating shown on Trip.com and that was our main criteria for choosing this hotel). We had esims so we haven’t tried their wifi nor have we checked if they had an internet 😊. Visitors to Hong Kong need to pay attention to socket types (you can see them from the pictures). Restroom was clean, seemed well maintained, and the shower has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, each 300ml, installed to the wall. The bed mattress was sturdy and bed sheets were so clean (loved it!!!). I loved staying in Modena by Fraser Hong Kong, so I’ll definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was incredible! We spent New Year's in Hong Kong and stayed in the City View Family Suite. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for three people. The location is unbeatable on a quiet residential street that's perfect for exploring the city. It's just a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a tram right on the same street that takes you directly to the Peak Tram. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the team kindly stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Il letto è così fermo! è quasi come dormire su un tavolo. Al contrario, le mutandine non sono abbastanza ferme per sostenere la mia testa, quindi è troppo basso o troppo alto. Non molto forte- potevo facilmente sentire le persone aprire/chiudere le porte quando sono a letto. Mi svegliai per qualche volta dal rumore. La macchina per filtrare l’acqua in cucina è un po’ difficile da usare. Per alcune ragioni, dopo aver aggiunto l’acqua, ha mostrato ancora “nessuna acqua”, e le istruzioni non erano molto chiare. Non forniscono gratis toothbrush e pasta di denti così avrete bisogno di preparare il vostro o acquisto ($15hkd per 2). Pulizia - alcune molle sul rullino della carta igienica. Il servizio è stato un buon pensiero.Il personale è stato molto gentile e responsabile per WhatsApp.

La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione MTR Jordan e alle stazioni degli autobus. La stanza originale che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile al momento del check-in, ma ci hanno fatto l'upgrade a una stanza più grande per assicurarsi che fossimo sistemati. Puliscono la stanza ogni giorno, i kit orali vengono riforniti. Acqua potabile, microonde, ecc. sono disponibili nell'area comune. La stanza è un po' piccola, ma con il prezzo, è ragionevole.

After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.  In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross. What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.  If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere.

L'appartamento è stato servito, quindi non ci sono grandi aspettative sul servizio, ma il personale lo ha reso molto facile - concierge al desk Friant in lobby non poteva essere più utile su diverse richieste e ha ospitato qualsiasi calendario per la pulizia giornaliera.

I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!

La posizione dell'hotel è ideale, è molto conveniente per viaggiare. È possibile camminare rapidamente alla stazione di metropolitana di Liu Shao. E'molto vicino alla Strada della luce stellare e al porto di Vin. È una buona scelta per viaggiare e vivere. L'atteggiamento del proprietario dell'hotel è migliore, molto amichevole
