Excellent location, warm-hearted owners, clean, great breakfast, highly convenient eateries and grocery store within 100-300m walk. Easily accessible from airport by Bus #16 or 41 (loading bay at Zone 15, outside Terminal 1, direct, 14 bus stops). As the digital board and announcement in the bus is rather confusing, the best is to request the bus driver to inform you to get off at ”Shanvarna Road Est, stop 231”. Try to buy a Standard Leap Card from Terminal 1 Convenient Store for €10 (€5 deposit included), if not available, a Leap Card for single ride can be purchased at €2.60 or simply pay at bus with €2.60 coins. Upon checking in, walk 500m from B&B to Maxol Service Station Swords Road to purchase the Standard Leap Card, your single ride will then cost €2 only with free transfers within 90 minutes. Buses to downtown Dublin (14-17 stops) or other counties nearby are also available from the same bus stop across the road of the B&B. Returning from downtown will drop you off at the bus stop right in front of the B&B. The Comet (a local pub) and Centra Santry Village grocery store are within 100-200m walk from B&B, a pizza/burger take away and a Chinese Takeway are also available across the road. Owners are kind and friendly. Would recommend this B&B to everyone visiting Dublin especially solo traveler depending on public transport and prefers quiet places out of downtown.

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

I so much loved the lodge, it was so very clean, the location was so easy as it is just few minutes walk from the Dublin city center, the most amazing part is that the airport bus 41 stops right in front ot the Abbott Lodge so using google map is also very easy. The service is top notch and the reception is 247. Room so clean and the bed is big even with extra bed for kids.

Located in the Georgian area of Dublin - you’re away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre. Check in was easy as was check out - I’ve nothing but good things to say about all the staff here who were friendly and helpful. The room was small but quiet and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was great. Searsons is just down the road for a bevvy or something to eat - as is Bobbys wine bar and other coffee shops and food places. Would definitely stay here again when in Dublin.

Bella camera calda e confortevole e vicino alla fermata degli autobus! Bella villaggio. Molto amichevole portoghese che lavorava li pulisce le camere. Era molto utile, mi ha chiamato un taxi e mi ha portato la valigia per la strada per un taxi. Questo mi è molto apprezzato. Ha bisogno di un aumento dei salari.🍀😊

Gardiner Lodge is right in the heart of Dublin and has a rustic, authentic feel, though the neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy. Breakfast was good, but you have to choose a time in advance, which can make sightseeing tricky if you’re only in the city for a couple of days. The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Parking is expensive and not very close, but otherwise everything you need is within walking distance or a short bus ride.

Such a lovely friendly upmarket place to stay, next to Aviva stadium. Staff are relaxed and helpful. Appreciated the complimentary snacks in drawing room, and honesty box wine. Breakfast is second to none, with lots of choice of tasty items and view of Aviva from some tables. Great location for the rugby, but also only a 30 min walk to Trinity College and Dublin attractions. Highly recommend.

È una casa di ospiti eccellente che non rompe il tasco con noi che viaggia con nostro figlio.Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla e abbiamo una macchina perfetta. Il personale (familiare) è molto amichevole e utile, la posizione è vicina a molte cose, tra cui gli autobus. Il nostro riscaldamento non funzionava la notte, quindi era un po' freddo per noi. Non prende comunque quanto piacevole il posto. Rimarrà.

Cleaners came once a day but i found the guests to be dirty. Due to the shower layout the floor of the bathroom was always dirty. Some interesting characters as they don’t require ID or have a front desk. Free wifi and breakfast which is nice. The bed itself is good and has curtains but the room is bright even with lights off and noise travels.
