L'hotel è molto pulito, la posizione è molto tranquilla nel quartiere residenziale, non lontano dal lago, ma occasionalmente l'elettricità salterà, che non può essere evitata.Il negozio ha anche prenotato biglietti e altri viaggi, e potrebbe essere meglio se hai un atteggiamento di servizio con loro.

Amo questo hotel. Le camere erano buone e pulite, l’hotel stesso era bello con calda ospitalità dal personale, ci trovarono in un ospedale in tempo, ci organizzarono una navetta gratuita per andare alla macchina via cavo, e anche pendeva i nostri vestiti per noi nel balcone. Devo sottolineare il loro colazione, il cuoco mi ha fatto una nuotata di mela, e le diverse creature carine per i miei altri familiari, e il cibo era bellissimo.
La posizione è così conveniente che possiamo camminare verso il lago entro minuti dove le attività erano in tutto il lago.
Tornerò certamente la prossima volta che visiterò Nepal!

У нас был лучший номер - на 5 этаже люкс с огромной террасой с видом на озеро и горы, мы кайфовали от вида!
Персонал очень приветливый, дружелюбный и готов во всем помочь: ЛУЧШИЕ!:)
В первый день заезда был жуткий ливень и ветер, было страшно, на нашей прекрасной веранде все разнесло в разные стороны, как закончился ливень, мы пошли в город гулять, когда вернулись: персонал уже все прибрал так, что не было даже мокрых следов и вообще каких-то последствий ливня и урагана: вот это сервис! Кайф!!!
Завтрак вкусный: выбор не сказать, что большой, но все, что есть на выбор: съедобно и очень вкусно! Мы съедали все-все, что набирали попробовать:) единственный минус, что нет нормального кофе, только пакетированный(
От всей души рекомендую этот отель - лучший х моей поездки по Непалу, где я сменила 4 отеля и 3 лоджи.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lake View Hotel in Pokhara! The service was excellent all around, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience.
The cozy cottage I stayed in was perfect – comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed to provide a sense of calm and privacy. After a long trek, it was exactly the kind of retreat I needed.
The bathtub was spectacular, offering a luxurious way to relax and soothe tired muscles. The extensive breakfast spread was another highlight – from fresh fruits to warm pastries and hearty options, it catered to every taste and set me up perfectly for the day.

Очень хороший отель. С балкона вид на горы (см.фото), тихо, можно выспаться на свежем воздухе. Я была в начале ноября и спала без кондиционера с открытым окном, никаких Комаров не было, но на этот случай в номере предусмотрено средство от москитов.
На крыше небольшой бассейн с прекрасным видом, хорошо бы конечно его открывали в 5-6 утра, чтобы можно быдло вступить там рассвет (это пожелание).
Из бассейна можно подняться в СПА на 6 этаж и сделать массаж. Массажистка великолепная. 90 минут массажа стоит примерно 60 долларов, но это очень хороший массаж и атмосфера прекрасная.

SSofia_PoeL'hotel è a un chilometro dalla fermata di autobus turistico. È anche a circa 15 minuti dal lago se si cammina a piedi. La posizione è molto conveniente.
La stanza è ben attrezzata e dispone di un tavolo, due sedie, un set TV, una caldaia, un AC, un bicchiere d'acqua e un tè. Ha anche acqua calda (non solo calda), che è stata la prima volta che ho visto in Nepal 😅 Ho avuto un bel colazione, anche preconfezionato uno il giorno che lasciavo troppo presto per poterlo entrare.
Il principale svantaggio per me era che gli orologi si svegliavano a partire da tre in qualche parte, ma, in realtà, molto.

The hotel was quite good for our stay. It has a good location, and the rooms are clean and safe. The shower had great water pressure, which was a plus.
We had expected a buffet breakfast, but it was served à la carte instead. “Healthy breakfast” (muesli with yogurt and papaya) was quite tasty! They also offered coffee, but it was instant. It would have been better to have the option for freshly brewed coffee.

UUtente ospiteThe look of the hotel does not look close to the photos on the trip.com. The photos are misleading and probably a max 3 stars hotel.
The room I booked does not come with a bathtub which I really wanted after 5 days trekking to ABC. The air-control ran out of battery and took them more than 30 mins to come and fix it. It also took 5 mins before the hot water comes in the morning.
The room and other 4 rooms are in the building that does not have lift and will be a real issue if one comes with big luggage. The building does not look like other 3-4 buildings.
The check out time is noon and you have to pay 50% to late check out.
In conclusion, it is not worth that kind of money for the room I stay.

On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. Abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti sul servizio scritto sul sito ufficiale, ma il personale ha detto “Io non lo so”. Il giorno dopo siamo arrivati al manager, e si è detto che questo servizio deve essere riservato un giorno in anticipo e applicabile solo alla prenotazione attraverso il loro sito ufficiale. Se prenotiamo attraverso altre piattaforme online questo servizio non sarà disponibile. Caso abbiamo esteso per una notte e non abbiamo attraversato le piattaforme online, ho pensato che siamo ammissibili al trasferimento. Beh, questo è già un hotel di classe media a Pokhara, ma non lo trovo di valore con il servizio. Tuttavia, dovrebbero informare il cliente durante l'iscrizione. Neanche abbastanza formazione per il personale della linea di fronte. Mancanza di coerenza.

VVicky59This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.
